One&Only One Za'abeel Dubai

Great stay during a tough time for Dubai tourism but we were made to feel most welcome at One&Only Za Abeel. Thank you to the whole team who were lovely, helpful and caring from the doormen and women through to guest services on the phone, reception staff and beyond. The rooms are spacious, perfectly appointed with incredible views. An extra big thank you to the enthusiastic Diksha who requested a special mention for our lovely clean room every day….😊 Also Dinesh for delivering our laundry and Rowan at Andaliman for his excellent menu suggestions, Campari spritz solution and sweet service. No fault of the hotel as most of the restaurants were closed due to the lack of tourists but sad to miss our 20th wedding anniversary dinner at La Dame Pic. Our first heavenly Pic experience was at the original in Valence 20 yrs this year. Ahh life! The pool area also looks incredible but it rained daily so we popped over to the Louvre in Abu Dhabi - worth the drive - and enjoyed an excellent mani pedi at Sisters Beauty Lounge. Would definitely recommend O&O Za Abeel. Thx again for a lovely stay 🙏🏻

Some places don’t announce themselves. They reveal themselves slowly. Alkemy Salon sits tucked away on the second floor above One&Only in One Za’abeel, almost as if it prefers to be found rather than seen. Quiet. Composed. Intentional. At the front desk, Lamia holds the space with a calm, effortless grace. A beautiful presence that sets the tone the moment you arrive. Everything softens here. And then there is Mo. He works with a kind of quiet certainty, not chasing trends, not over-speaking, not performing. Just understanding… refining. There is an ease to his hairdressing skills. When he finishes, it feels like something has been gently brought back into alignment. You leave lighter. More yourself. That stays with you long after you walk out. A truly lovely experience.

Kareem you are the best staff ever

I had a wonderful experience during iftaar, thanks in large part to the excellent service from Waqas in the house keeping department. His professionalism and effeciency did not go unnoticed. It's rare to see such dedicated service - thank you, Waqas, for making our evening so comfortable.🥰🥰🥰
