Hideous
It’s full of grotty people living in dubai on cheap day passes behaving terribly - nabbing all the sun beds at 8am, talking loudly about their Turkish bum lifts on phones, playing iPads on full vol, generally grabby and rude behaviour. Long queues for meals and the tiny gyms full of day pass people too. No longer a luxury hotel it’s a free for all

First Experience in Samovar lounge
Visiting this place for the first time. It was incredible starting from the staff showing us around . The food was amazing. We had peach ale and sand dune sunset paired with smoked chicken quesadillas. The menu presentation was nice and not forgetting the attention to detail . Thanks to the amazing staff ( Francine and Albin)for the wonderful experience. Definitely coming back .

Fantastic pool garden
Beautiful hotel , with style, good service. The pool garden is incredible , the breakfast is fantastic with the best service by Mr. Denzel. Thank you :-) The room will soon need a renovation and the key card is old school. But still a nice hotel that need a visit
