Having been coming to Dubai as a family for 15 years and been lucky enough to stay at many lovely hotels, we truly had the best holiday we’ve ever had this year, and it’s all down to the One & Only Royal Mirage. Adults and children aged from 8-16 all had the most amazing stay…we were genuinely sad to leave! Facilities are truly first class, as are the wonderful staff throughout. We were so happy to be given an early check in on the first day. Rooms are amazing, clean and spacious. Housekeeping flawless. Big shoutout to the gang at The Rotisserie - especially Tony and Shivam. Our daughter turned 16 during our stay and the day was made so special by everyone - birthday pancakes at breakfast, and no less than two birthday cakes during the day! Free access to Aquaventure water park, padel on site - which we all LOVED! - with seamless buggy transfers by the brilliant front of house team. Pool, food, beach, hospitality: all sublime. Not a single complaint, only wish we could have stayed longer. The farewell pancakes 🥹🫶🏽 Thank you team, we appreciated you so much…can only hope we will be back. Our stay at One&Only Royal Mirage Dubai was truly exceptional. This iconic resort remains one of Dubai’s finest, combining timeless Arabian elegance, lush gardens, a beautiful private beach, and outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to the breakfast team. Although the restaurant was consistently busy each morning, they handled everything with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. They always did their very best to accommodate guests as quickly as possible while maintaining exceptional service, making every breakfast a pleasure. Another highlight was Eau Zone, where we enjoyed both lunch and dinner. The stunning beachfront setting, beautifully presented dishes, and attentive service created memorable dining experiences. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly executed, making Eauzone a destination in its own right, they even have their own peacock! ! The genuine warmth and attention to detail shown by every member of the team made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay. One&Only Royal Mirage continues to set the benchmark for luxury hospitality in Dubai. A well-deserved five stars.
