Excellent, but some service gaps vs the price
Overall great service and accomodation. Hotel is enormous with good pool, beach, restaurants and breakfast. Still, for 1k a night stay, some services didn't properly worked out. i asked for an hairdryer base 10€ accessory (curly hair diffuser), hotel didn't have (clear gap) and told me to go out and buy it myself (making it even worse). Also one lift had terrain and some gardening residues on the floor, not cleaned for couple of days

A perfect stay
The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The hotel has a large beach, as well as a spacious, landscaped, and well-maintained hotel area. Excellent service and food.

Beautiful grounds, mediocre service, loud noise from party boats anchored infront of hotel, not the one and only experience.

Unreasonable hospitality.
Well done the welcome team at The One&Only. Mohammed Faisal, one of the car valet team, went above and beyond expectations when we were in a hurry. He recognised our stress very quickly and executed his duty with remarkable speed and diligence. Unreasonable hospitality. Well done!
