Excellent hotel with great location and service from all staff. Restaurants sampled were all very good with excellent quality of food snd service. Great pool at The Palace

The Residence is part of the One & Only Royal Mirage hotel in Dubai and provided us with four perfect, luxurious days with beach access, friendly professional service, and fantastic food.

Just had an amazing 16 nights at The Royal Mirage, this is our second visit, this hotel is very special. The hotel is beautiful, low rise, traditional Arabic design set in beautiful gardens, a real oasis from busy Dubai. We stayed in The Palace, stunning pool and beach area with loads of sun beds, an abundance of water and towels. The food at The Esplanade was fantastic with wonderful service. Simba on the beach was a real delight and was constantly checking in on us. Our room was great, incredibly spacious, lots of storage & nice products. We were looked after amazingly well by housekeeping, always on hand and often returned to the room to find gifts, beautiful flowers, wine & sweet treats. We had breakfast in Celebrities, a nice touch to have a restaurant with a 12+ age restriction, always a very peaceful experience. A huge selection on offer but A La Carte too, wonderful service. All the restaurants in the hotel are lovely but we particularly loved Beach Bar & Grill, a beautiful restaurant with an amazing outside seating area. Service & food very special. Amal our host is a lovely, kind gentleman, always willing & available to assist. The Royal Mirage is truly a fantastic hotel, with brilliant facilities & staff who excel in everything they do. Unfortunately I’ve given a 4 star review due to issues which are totally out of the hands of the hotel but nevertheless very impactful. There is an awful lot of noise all around. There is building going all around the hotel which is continuous 24/7. There is also loud music that comes from The Five Hotel most afternoons. But worse than all of that are the weekends, numerous party boats moor up by the beach and play horrendously loud music. One day it was so unbearable we left the beach at 3 in the afternoon to get some peace & quiet, not exactly a relaxing experience. I did make a complaint and the hotel came back to me straight away to apologise, they try their best to deal with it, ie getting the coastguard to monitor, but still a problem. It’s a real shame because it has tarnished the stay but totally accept the hotel is in a impossible situation. Without that, hands down it would be 5*

Stayed at the Royal Court and had a wonderful experience. Great service, great staff, wonderful room, super pool and awesome breakfast service. Complimentary tickets to Atlantis Aquaventure water was used a couple of days. I highly highly recommend the hotel!!
