One&Only Royal Mirage

This was genuinely the best holiday we have EVER been on. From the moment we arrived, everything was flawless. The service was truly out of this world, luxury on a completely different level. The staff were absolutely amazing, every single one of them. They were warm, attentive, kind, and constantly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. A special mention to Thisara and Tony, who were both incredible. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference to our experience. They made us feel so welcomed and truly looked after throughout our stay. The resort itself is breathtaking, but what makes it unforgettable is the feeling of being treated with such attention and thoughtfulness. The atmosphere, the service, and the heart behind everything created the most magical holiday we’ve ever had. I actually cried when we left to come home, that’s how special this place is. We’re already planning our trip back for next year, and we know we’ll keep returning for many years to come. Thank you to the entire team for giving us the most unforgettable holiday of our lives.

From the moment we arrived at the One&Only Royal Mirage, our stay was nothing short of magical. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was even ready early, which was a wonderful surprise. I also discovered that I share a birthday with one of the receptionists—Wis, (I apologize for not remembering her full name). Wis went above and beyond with a beautiful gesture: a birthday cake and flowers waiting for me. It truly touched my heart. The celebrations continued the next morning when the lovely team at The Rotisserie sang me happy birthday during breakfast—such a warm and memorable start to the day. I genuinely enjoyed our two-night stay. Every moment felt special, and the team made my birthday unforgettable. Thank you for creating such a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to return.
