Excellent
We stay in high-end hotels around the world, and this was genuinely one of the best experiences we’ve had. The quality of the hotel, the service, and especially the staff were outstanding throughout our stay. What really stood out was how calm and relaxing the experience felt — something that’s surprisingly hard to find in Dubai given how busy many hotels can be. Despite being well-located, the atmosphere never felt crowded or hectic. The team were consistently warm, attentive, and professional, and made the stay feel effortless from start to finish. Overall, a superb hotel and a place we would happily return to. Highly recommended.

amazing staff
This hotel is really wonderful and special. We had the most amazing time here. The staff are incredible and do so much to make you feel like you are at home. Raje and Tony at breakfast are just wonderful. Also by the pool Moses and Vinny are amazing and were a great help and so friendly throughout our stay

Palatial home away from home
We had multiple rooms booked for the whole family at the RESIDENCES section of the hotel and the staff truly made it feel like a home away from home. Syed was our impeccable host—courteous and responsive. Susan at the restaurant took care of our admittedly unusual and diverse needs at breakfast every morning with a radiant smile. And chef Aladdin basically served as a private chef to the whole family each morning! The location of the hotel was perfect in that there’s a beach resort right in the heart of dubai—a bit surreal but how else does one describe a beach resort in a buzzy downtown? The management was extremely attentive and routinely reassured us that we should feel free to ask for anything we needed. I’ve stayed in numerous top hotels of the world—never have I seen such top notch service! Thank you to the Residences team!
