Really good service

Warm, welcoming, and considerate service
Our stay at One&Only Royal Mirage was truly unforgettable. A special thank you to Princess and Manish from the Samovar Bar and Tilraj from the Rotisserie whose warmth, kindness, and exceptional service made every visit a pleasure. We always felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Resort Manager Mohamed Shawky and Manuel Ash. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction turned our stay into a truly special experience. The outstanding hospitality of the entire team made this vacation one to remember. We are already looking forward to returning!

Beautiful staycation
We came for 2 nights for a staycation as uae residents, although due to current situation the hotel wasn’t fully open ie some restaurants etc that definitely didn’t hinder our stay! we spent our days at drift beach club, had incredible service wonderful food and beautiful setting Our room was perfect We dined at eau zone a restaurant I hadn’t been to in years the food and service was superb We also ate at rotisserie had a wonderful meal in the courtyard the rooftop bar was a highlight as it hadn’t changed from years ago still authentic with lovely service A lovely staycay thank you 🙏🏼

Perfect for a relaxing vacation
The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The food is great: breakfasts are tasty and varied, dinners are buffet on weekends and à la carte on other days. The only downside is that water is charged at dinner. Special thanks to the team at The Rotisserie restaurant, especially Tony - he finds a common language with all guests. At the reception, there is a Russian-speaking girl, Nazbira, which is very convenient. The manager also genuinely strives to make your stay comfortable. The service and housekeeping are good. The grounds feature a huge pool and a nice beach. A nice bonus: they provide towels and water in thermal bags. Definitely recommend.
