We have stayed at One&Only Royal Mirage for 10 nights each year over the last few years, so we feel we have a good understanding of the resort, its service and the experience it provides. This year, however, we were genuinely surprised by just how much it had improved — particularly the food and service, which were already of an exceptionally high standard. We were aware in advance that some refurbishment work was taking place around the resort, and naturally we had some concerns that this might affect the facilities, atmosphere or level of service during our stay. Far from it. We have just left after another 10-night stay, and without hesitation, this has been the best holiday we can remember. The half-board Dine Around offering was particularly impressive this year. The choice and quality of food had noticeably improved, building on what was already a very high standard, despite some restaurants being closed for refurbishment. Across the resort, the teams were consistently attentive, friendly and professional. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and the level of service throughout our stay was exceptional. The Drift pool and facilities were also open to guests during our stay, with the option to enjoy lunch or dinner there as part of the half-board Dine Around arrangement. This was a fantastic addition and gave us even more choice and flexibility during our holiday. There are some buildings under development close to the resort, but the noise was minimal, if noticeable at all, and it certainly did not impact our enjoyment of the holiday. Despite the ongoing refurbishment, the resort maintained the atmosphere, service and attention to detail that we have come to expect from One&Only Royal Mirage — and in many respects, this year's experience felt even better. A huge thank you to all of the teams throughout the hotel for making our stay so special. We have been coming back year after year for a reason, and this visit has reinforced exactly why. We have just left, and already we are looking forward to coming back. One&Only Royal Mirage continues to be a very special place, and this was quite simply the best break away we can remember.

We stayed at the Residence and Spa for 2 days and during our entire stay, one person who truly stood out to us was Dilki. We had the opportunity to see her throughout the day, from breakfast until dinner and what genuinely impressed us was her consistency. No matter how long her day had been, she always had the same positive energy, a beautiful smile and the same level of patience and attention towards every guest. Dilki was incredibly kind and helpful. She took the time to recommend restaurants within the hotel, shared suggestions for other resorts, and even gave us great ideas for future staycations. She wasn’t simply recommending places . she genuinely wanted us to have memorable experiences. What impressed us most was seeing how hardworking she is. We saw her from morning until late, constantly moving, assisting guests and making sure everything was taken care of, yet she never seemed to lose her positive attitude or her kindness. It is rare to come across someone who puts so much genuine effort into what they do. Dilki made us feel truly looked after and her personality and dedication left a lasting impression on us. TO THE MANAGEMENT: please know that you have a truly special person in your team. People like Dilki deserve to be recognized, appreciated and celebrated. Her dedication does not go unnoticed by guests and we sincerely hope she knows how much her efforts are appreciated. Thank you, Dilki, for making our stay even more memorable. You are absolutely amazing, and we wish you continued success in everything you do ❤️

My Experience at One&Only Royal Mirage, Dubai Our stay at the One&Only Royal Mirage in Dubai was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and well taken care of. What impressed us the most was the hotel team. Every member of staff was extremely kind, helpful, attentive, and professional. From the housekeeping team to the reception staff and everyone working throughout the hotel, we always experienced genuine warmth and hospitality. We stayed on the fourth floor, in room 4015, and our room was cleaned exceptionally well every day. Everything was always spotless and beautifully arranged. We also felt very comfortable leaving our personal belongings in the room. Everything was safe and exactly where we had left it when we returned. The breakfast at The Rotisserie was excellent and truly left nothing to be desired. There was a wonderful variety of food, and the quality was outstanding. The entire team at The Rotisserie was also incredibly friendly and attentive. I would especially like to send my warmest regards to Til Raj , one of the waiters, who was always very kind and welcoming, and to Hakima, who was also extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Their warm service made our experience even more special. The hotel itself was beautiful — from the cleanliness and the excellent food to the beach and the swimming pools. Everything was very well maintained, and we simply felt spoiled throughout our stay. If I return to Dubai, I would definitely choose the One&Only Royal Mirage again. It is a truly wonderful hotel, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai. For us, it was not only the beautiful hotel that made our stay so special, but above all the people, the service, the cleanliness, the food, the beach, and the incredible hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We truly enjoyed every moment.

Dear Ash, Zahiruddin and the One&Only Royal Mirage Residences Team, I would like to take a moment to share our feedback following our stay at One&Only Royal Mirage Residences in Dubai. We truly appreciated everything you did for us throughout our stay, as well as the care and attention shown to us each day. We were also warmly welcomed by all the staff at One&Only, who were consistently friendly and helpful. The service we received was excellent and, in many ways, made up for the disruption caused by the nearby building work. The team’s attentiveness and hospitality were greatly appreciated. That said, I must be honest that the hotel did not fully meet my expectations. I have previously stayed at One&Only Reethi Rah in the Maldives, which set an exceptionally high standard, and I had hoped for a similar experience in Dubai. We felt that some of the pool areas and surrounding facilities would benefit from additional care and attention. Unfortunately, swimming in the sea was not always possible due to seaweed and boats in the water. We also noticed a significant amount of building work taking place nearby, although we appreciate that ongoing development is part of Dubai’s ever-changing landscape. We hope these areas will continue to be improved for residents and guests in the future. Thank you once again for your hospitality and for making us feel so welcome.
