One&Only Royal Mirage

We stayed as a family at the Arabian court for 5 days. Having stayed there some many years ago as a couple, the property and upkeep still loved up to expectations. The location is brilliant and very easy to get around Dubai. The rooms are slightly small for Dubai standards but the housekeeping team, namely, Abhishek and team looked after our room well. The pool area was lovely and clean, and there is a shallow kids pool with a small slide which was popular! We chose a half board package, due to the closure of the other properties (which we were informed at booking) at the time of our stay , dinner choices were a little limited but we enjoyed a great breakfast and the dinner options available were of a good standard. The service was fabulous and the team did what they could to ensure we had cuisine that suited our requirements. Thank you to Nihar, Pawan, Tony, Sreerej and Wilmar Leau for all going out their way as well as all the other staff that served us! Overall we had a lovely stay!

We’ve been loyal guests at the One&Only Royal Mirage for over twenty years. Anyone who has been coming here for that long knows the titans who set the benchmark: Jagga and Stanley. If you know, you know. They set a bar that almost nobody can touch. Then you meet Vikas. When he mentioned that he was mentored and trained by Stanley, everything clicked instantly. He doesn't just manage the hotel; he carries that legendary torch with absolute pride. He is the living embodiment of the heritage that made this resort world-famous, yet he brings a fresh, magnetic energy to the role that is impossible to ignore. Watching Vikas work the room at The Rotisserie during breakfast is nothing short of extraordinary. It is a genuine masterclass in human connection. He commands the room effortlessly, checks in with everyone, remembers every detail, and makes every single person feel like the most important guest in the hotel. The level of care, passion, and sheer dedication he puts on display every single morning is deeply inspiring. Honestly, the standard and presence he brings to his craft is something I aspire to emulate in my own life and business. We had a truly wonderful experience at the Residence and a special mention must go to Dilki the Manageress and her entire team. Dilki and the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable and genuinely well taken care of. Their warm hospitality, attention to detail and personalized service made our stay feel truly special.
