One&Only The Palm Dubai

We had the most wonderful time. We were a part of 8 adults and ,5 children and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Noushad, our butler, was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we have already booked two further trips for next year.

Our overall experience & view is that the one & only on the palm is a little hidden gem it is our 2nd stay & will definitely be returning next year

My husband and I returned to One&Only The Palm to celebrate our 49th Wedding Anniversary 🥂 having also celebrated our 48th here last year! We’ve been visiting One&Only resorts in Dubai for over 15 years, and The Palm is truly our favourite. From the moment you arrive, you’re surrounded by beauty, tranquillity, and exceptional hospitality. A heartfelt thank you to General Manager Rahul Sharma and his amazing team for making our stay unforgettable once again. One And Only the Palm is a truly outstanding resort. Mr. Rahul Sharma General manager and his wonderful team are exceptional . From the moment you arrive this beautiful resort is so special. Noushad welcomed us with his incredible lovely and helpful manner nothing is too much trouble thank you. The food was exceptional. We arrived just when the new menus for zest, 101 and stay have been updated . And they truly delivered exceptional food. It was lovely to see Hassan at zest, bringing his lovely personal touch and his team whom from breakfast to dinner deliver such lovely service and create a perfect atmosphere. Stay , was beautiful , a very special dining experience not to be missed . 101 , amazing views , service & food . All so different , but making the variety of Restautant’s a Wonderful part of your holiday . Thank you to the housekeeping teams. The room is perfect again always fresh & lovely . Pool area and gardens always well maintained and the pool staff are so helpful not forgetting the lovely hair and Beauty and Spa team . Thank you we look forward to returning soon.

From check-in to check-out, the service was absolutely outstanding at The One&Only The Palm, Dubai. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable — a heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their amazing dedication and hospitality ( special thanks to Saijin , Karina, Alberto, Florian, Sachin, Joel, Akash, Hassan) If there’s one small suggestion, it would be to offer a wider variety of dining options or add a few more restaurant choices. That said, Restaurant 101, under the care of Florian, has been upgraded beautifully — it’s now, in our opinion, the best dining experience in the hotel! We can’t wait to return and experience it all again.
