One&Only The Palm Dubai

We had the pleasure of staying at One&Only Palm Jumeirah over the weekend, and from start to finish, it was a truly spectacular experience. The property itself is exceptional. Our room was beautiful, spacious and incredibly comfortable, and every aspect of the stay reflected the level of luxury and attention to detail one would expect from One&Only. Our children had an equally wonderful time at KidsOnly. A very special thank you to Meena and Emmy, who made the experience so engaging and enjoyable for them. Their warmth, enthusiasm and genuine interaction with the children made such a difference — our kids absolutely loved their time there. But what truly set this stay apart was Mr. Noushad, Senior Host. We have had the privilege of staying at both One&Only Royal Mirage and One&Only Reethi Rah, and have always appreciated the exceptional standards of service associated with the One&Only brand. However, Noushad’s level of hospitality genuinely exceeded anything we have experienced before. From the very beginning of our stay until the moment we departed, Noushad was exceptional. His attention to detail was remarkable, his anticipation of our needs was effortless, and his availability and responsiveness at any time were quite extraordinary. He made everything feel seamless and completely effortless for us as a family. What stood out most was that his service never felt routine or transactional. There was a genuine warmth and sincerity to everything he did. He took personal ownership of our experience and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable, looked after and enjoying ourselves. People like Noushad are what truly differentiate an exceptional luxury hotel from a great one. The facilities and rooms may create the setting, but it is the people who create the memories — and Noushad has certainly left a lasting impression on our family. We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the entire One&Only Palm Jumeirah team, and particularly to Noushad, Meena and Emmy, for making our weekend so memorable. Noushad is an absolute credit to One&Only, and we sincerely hope his exceptional efforts are recognised. We look forward to returning and experiencing that wonderful hospitality again.

Words truly cannot express how much I appreciate the entire One&Only The Palm team. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel not just welcomed, but genuinely at home. This was truly a one of a kind experience from beginning to end. A special mention to Arshid, who gave us such a quick, seamless and efficient check-in and went above and beyond by personally escorting us to breakfast at Zest. His warm hospitality immediately set the tone for our stay. Joanna and Marinelle at Zest were absolute stars always smiling, attentive, and genuinely happy to assist. Their warmth and positive energy made every interaction feel special. Once our room was ready, Brendan escorted us personally. What a wonderful personality! He was such a joyful and vibrant presence, making everything effortless while ensuring we made the most of our stay. His genuine care and enthusiasm truly stood out. And of course, Grace, who was always there whenever we needed anything. Every request was handled swiftly, professionally, and with such kindness. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A huge thank you to Mustakim for taking such wonderful care of our room. The turndown service was absolutely impeccable. Walking into a beautifully fresh, perfectly prepared room at the end of the day was such a pleasure. I honestly could not have been happier. Thank you for making us feel so valued, cared for, and at home. It is the people who create unforgettable experiences, and the team has certainly created one that we will remember for a very long time 🤍

We booked the 'Time Together' offer, the key features of which were 'confirmed early check-in and late check-out until 5 p.m.' and two for one treatments at the spa. Following booking, we were told that these were not available! It seems that the hotel has advertised an offer without the staff or resources to make it happen. I spoke to a manager who told me that they had sold too many offers to honour the terms. Extraordinary. We met a gentleman at breakfast who had booked the offer as an anniversary present. He was also caught out that the spa was not available. Similarly, a couple at the pool were disappointed not to get late check out. Cheap, nasty marketing and not suitable for a very high end hotel.

This is my 3rd visit to this amazing hotel, and every time is so different than the other. Truly this is an exceptional hotel and have the most welcoming staff I ever met. Many thanks to Ian for his outstanding hospitality and support since our check-in till after checkout 🙏

It was probably one of the best services at a hotel we’ve experienced! Every single staff member showed so much care and remembered us by name. We want to especially thank Santosh for his care during all of our meals. He went way beyond with making sure we had everything we needed and giving us suggestions on places to see and activities to do. We also want to highlight how amazing the cleaning staff was - our room was always spotless. The hotel itself was also very clean, the food was great, and we definitely want to return!
