One&Only The Palm Dubai

Came with my son for a ‘staycation’ for a couple of nights. Fabulous resort and it was faultless. We enjoyed a beachfront room which was geogous and spacious. We love the beach and it was wonderful to be steps away. The best hotel breakfast offering I have seen in a long time / and THE BEST Eggs Benedict I have had. So that is high praise. Zest is lovely and it is a rare situation where a breakfast room is so well designed it can double seamlessly as an evening restaurant. The manager is a true professional and so warm and friendly. The bar is also super nice and as with the whole resort / staff are lovely. Pool is fantastic with a lot of bed choices. I think my favourite thing about the hotel, is the authenticity towards the arabic culture. Low sandy buildings, water baths and fountains - mini fort areas - it is just lovely. Honestly - don’t think twice if you are considering One and Only, The Palm. Just book! A special thank you to the AMAZING Krishna - so nice to see him again with his dazzling smile and amazing personality.

Had Two amazing weeks here. Food and service in Zest was amazing. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and the chef was happy to prepare food that wasn’t even on their menu. Can’t thank our butler Nouchad enough, he went above and beyond his service. All the team around the pool area absolutely made our stay unforgettable, Ved, Passy, Arafat, Ankith, Jude, Bobin, Anty and Mike. Thank you all so so much. The housekeeping team were amazing with the special touches left in our room. God bless you all.. I could literally write an essay on how amazing the hotel is and everyone who works there.. Unfortunately our stay at One&Only The Palm did not meet the level of service we expected from a luxury resort. We have stayed at a number of world-class hotels and have experienced a considerably higher standard of service, attention to detail and hospitality elsewhere. During our stay, we experienced a number of service issues. Response times were often slow, and on several occasions our calls were not answered and simply rang out. We also experienced difficulties with some basic requests and amenities which made the overall experience feel less seamless than we had anticipated. Our experience at Zest was disappointing. On our visit some of the food was not served hot and there were inconsistencies with our order. Breakfast was also below our expectations. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy our order arrived incorrectly with eggs undercooked despite requesting them well done and the hot drinks arrived cold or we received the wrong order. The meals at 101 or in room dining were not consistent. These may sound like relatively small issues individually, but at a luxury property it is the consistency and attention to detail that make the difference. Unfortunately, we experienced too many of these issues throughout our stay. We also found the service at the front desk lacking in warmth and communication. We requested to speak with a manager because of the issues we were experiencing. The property is beautiful however, for us, the surroundings did not compensate for the level of service we experienced. Luxury hospitality is not only about the property itself; it is also about attentiveness, communication, consistency and making guests feel genuinely looked after. During the weekend we found it difficult to secure sunbeds around the pool due to the number of day visitors. There were also many families with babies and very young children aged approx zero-three during our stay and we were looking for a particularly quiet/adults-focused environment. We also found taxis difficult to obtain when we wanted to visit places. We experienced noticeable late-night noise from boats and neighbouring hotels, both from our room and from the beach area. We appreciate that issues can arise at any hotel and that no stay is ever completely perfect. Our disappointment comes from the cumulative effect of the issues we experienced and the fact that, based on our previous stays at other luxury hotels, we know the level of service that is possible. We have experienced a considerably higher level of service at other luxury hotels elsewhere, and unfortunately One&Only The Palm did not provide the level of hospitality and attention to detail we had expected. For that reason, based on our personal experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

✨ A true jewel in the Palm. ✨ We had the pleasure of staying at the One&Only The Palm. This was our 2nd visit to the hotel , however we have always stayed with the One & Only brand for the last 12 years or so . It’s amazing ! What touches us the most was not simply the incredible setting or the luxury, but the people. The entire team was exceptional, delivering truly world-class service with such genuine warmth, kindness and care. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and looked after. Every interaction felt personal, and the team seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. It was the little details, the thoughtful gestures and the genuine smiles that made such a lasting impression. The team at One&Only The Palm is what makes this beautiful jewel truly shine. Thank you to every member of the team for making our stay so memorable. Your warmth, professionalism and world-class service! The rooms are STUNNING! The breakfast was WOW!
