From the very first moment, we were welcomed by ANDREW with exceptional warmth, a genuine smile, and the highest level of professionalism, despite our very late arrival. Thanks to him, the stress of our journey instantly disappeared, and we felt at home from the moment we stepped into the resort. The stunning architecture, beautifully landscaped gardens, and private sandy beach create an atmosphere of absolute tranquility and exclusivity. The rooms are luxuriously appointed, exceptionally spacious, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. One of the highlights of the resort is its outstanding culinary offering, including the renowned STAY by Yannick Alléno, which has been awarded two Michelin stars. In every aspect, One&Only The Palm exceeds expectations. EVERY member of staff, without exception, is attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to making each guest’s stay unforgettable. The passion for perfection and hospitality is evident throughout the entire property. IAN, our host, was always available, fulfilled every request, answered every question, and effortlessly arranged even the most special wishes. His dedication and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. JUDE at the pool impressed us every single day. Even on our way to breakfast, he would ask which sunbed we would like reserved at the main pool and then ensure that we were looked after with remarkable attentiveness and every comfort imaginable throughout the day. TERRENCE (Reception) and VANESSA (Director of Rooms) are truly the sunshine of the lobby. With their cheerful personalities, positive sense of humor, and infectious energy, they bring smiles to guests’ faces and create a wonderful atmosphere wherever they are. However, SANTOSH, our Head Waiter at breakfast, was simply exceptional. His level of service, kindness, dedication, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate guests’ needs is truly rare. He turned breakfast into a daily highlight. Every wish was remembered and fulfilled without needing to be repeated. Whether it was cold towels, our favorite coffee, preferred juices, or our morning porridge, everything was prepared exactly as we liked it from the following day onward. Beyond his professionalism, SANTOSH impressed us with his curiosity, ambition, and desire to continuously improve. We have no doubt that during our next visit, we will find him in an even more senior position — hopefully wearing a jacket. 😉 Last but certainly not least, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Mr. HASSAN, the Manager. He repeatedly took the time to personally engage with guests, was always approachable, and genuinely cared about ensuring an exceptional experience. We are especially grateful for his generous invitation to dine at ZEST on our final evening. I have spent the last 3 weeks at this hotel, for some time of healing and personal renewal, and I can’t say enough good things. The facility is just amazing - my room is so private and I just, and maybe 5 steps to the private beach. The pools and beach are just beyond. The service level here is extraordinary. But what really stands out is the spirit of welcoming hospitality. In a moment of internal and external turmoil, I truly have been made to feel at home, whether the hotel was packed with guests or quiet due to the war. I wish I could remember the names of all the people who have helped and supported me, but I will call out a few - Sujith helping me with everything I could imagine, Trey, Santosh, Hassan, Donald and so many others at the restaurants; Becky, Jonalyn, Maria and especially my Queen of massage, Purity; Vanessa, Andrew, Raoul, Abdullah, Ved at the lobby and pool; Peter at Hydro. I have dozens of other faces that I can’t quite put names to as I write, but all of whom feel like new friends. I do feel like I am coming to my tranquil, gracious home every time I step out my door. My local friends swear by this hotel, as the best spa/brunch/staycation in Dubai - they always want to meet at my hotel, even though it’s a long drive for them - so I know they must be consistent, day after day and year after year. Butch, Sol…it’s a helluva thing you did here, and amazing to see your vision so beautifully executed.

Our stay at One&Only The Palm was truly the most relaxing, beautiful, and unforgettable honeymoon we could have ever wished for. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every detail was exceptional and made us feel special. What made our experience even more extraordinary was Andrew. He was not only an outstanding member of the hotel team but also became a genuine friend during our stay. Andrew is one of the most helpful, kind, and polite people we have ever met. He treated us with such warmth and care that we immediately felt comfortable and welcome around him. His dedication to his job is remarkable. Whenever we needed anything or made a request, he handled it incredibly quickly and efficiently. No matter what we asked for, Andrew always found a way to make it happen. We knew we could rely on him completely, which allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment of our honeymoon without any worries. Being around Andrew made us feel at home. His positive attitude, professionalism, and genuine kindness created an atmosphere of trust and comfort. He played a huge role in making our honeymoon so memorable and stress-free. Thanks to his efforts, many wonderful opportunities and experiences became possible for us, and he helped ensure that our honeymoon was everything we had dreamed of and more. We are deeply grateful to Andrew and the entire team for creating such a magical experience. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot wait to return. Being first timer at the hotel, must say it was a fabulous experience. The ambiance is very cozy, the hotel structure is a a true masterpiece of good art and architecture. The staff are kind, polite and very friendly. Any request asked were resolved at very quick pace. The food is superb specifically the buffet at breakfast. All in all, it was completely a day to remember and to cherish.
