One&Only The Palm Dubai

We had a wonderful honeymoon in One & Only The Palm. Very high quality, friendly and very well trained staff. Everything was perfect. The only thing they coud change is the food offer. It could be much morn arabian/ indian/ lebanese, its too much european food.

I had have the pleasure of returning once again to this stunning property. Repeat clients tend to spend their days around one of the three pools in the very capable hands of Tharindu, Ved and Mahesh, who cater to our every need, with grace, friendliness and a huge welcoming smile. I have been assisted as usual by my wonderful Host, Noushad, who with his organisational skills and expertise makes my vacation an amazing experience. In Zest, Hassan has brought warmth and professionalism, he has created a similar atmosphere as he did in 101, which he previously managed and established as one of the best restaurants in Dubai. All of the staff in Zest are a credit to O&O especially Kule and Izza. The Lounge Bar is expertly run by Faye, a rising O&O star, who has grown into the role and will continue to do so. I have had the pleasure of using Room Service which is overseen and Managed by Pritesh, who has done a marvellous job catering to my every need. It is impossible not to mention Kingsley, Abdul and Janna as incredible members of staff, plus the unsung heroes of O&O The Palm, which is the Housekeeping Department, my gratitude must go to Maria & Kapil who looked after my room and also to Shariff who for many years has kept the pool area absolutely spotless, he is a happy, jovial and hardworking character. Thank you O&O team!

After 20 years of travelling regularly to Dubai, I can truly say that The One&Only The Palm has been the finest hotel experience I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I was touched by the genuine warmth of the team. A special thank you to Rahul, the General Manager, for his outstanding service and to Stéphane, the French Executive Chef, for his exceptional hospitality and cuisine — their personal attention made me feel truly welcomed. In terms of quality, comfort, and luxury, everything was simply unparalleled. The atmosphere is serene yet vibrant, every detail carefully thought out, and the level of service exceeded all expectations. Without doubt, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Dubai, and I look forward to returning.

I had the pleasure of staying at the One & Only Palm for eight nights . It was absolutely AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL. JUST PERFECT ! I decided to have a change this year considering I have always stayed at the One & Only Royal Mirage the last ten years or so . Well done to Mr Rahul Sharma and his team for delivering WORLD CLASS SERVICE! Special mention to our host Noushad! You are Fantastic !! Everything we asked for was done within a short time . Also a big thank you to Thushari my hairdresser - Always made my hair look so amazing !!! Once again thank you to all the team . Keep doing what you do best !
