One&Only The Palm Dubai

We stayed at One&Only The Palm for six nights and, end to end, the experience was exceptional. What really sets this hotel apart is the staff. The resort itself is beautiful, but the level of service is what made the stay feel genuinely special. From the start, everything felt personal rather than scripted. On arrival we were told “welcome home” at the gate, and by the end of the six nights it genuinely felt that way. The team quickly got to know us, our preferences at breakfast and dinner, and even the small things that make travelling as a family easier. What stood out most was how naturally everyone interacted with our daughter. Staff would go out of their way to say hello, make her smile and include her, without it ever feeling forced. Santosh and Quamar, along with all of the waiting and welcome staff we met in the mornings and evenings, were excellent. The service was incredibly polished, but never stiff. Everyone seemed to move with such calmness and grace, always putting the guest first and speaking to you in a genuinely warm and personable way. Zubair, our villa attendant, kept our room immaculate throughout the stay and even took the time to neatly fold our laundry. Small touches like that really added up. Abdul, one of the bellboys, also stood out. Every time we saw him he would take the time to ask about our day, remember what we had been doing and offer recommendations. He became one of those familiar faces you genuinely look forward to seeing when you come back to the hotel. Forever, our personal concierge, was another excellent part of the experience. Having someone available on WhatsApp at any hour of the day made everything effortless. Whether we needed a reservation made, help arranging something, or simply had a question, Forever was always responsive and took care of whatever we needed. It is a simple idea, but it added a huge amount of convenience and made the whole stay feel even more personalised. Before booking, we were slightly nervous that One&Only The Palm might feel more like an adults-only experience and perhaps not be the best fit for a young family. In reality, that could not have been further from the truth. It is not a traditional “kids resort”, and that is actually part of the appeal. You still get the calm, refined and luxurious experience as adults, but with your children very much welcomed as part of it. For us, that balance was perfect. The pool experience was excellent too. The setting and facilities are obviously first class, but again it was the team around the pool that elevated it. My wife also used the spa and described the experience as second to none. One thing we particularly appreciated was how relaxed the whole environment felt. There was none of the pushy product selling or upselling we have experienced at other luxury spas. It was calm, understated and genuinely focused on the experience. That probably sums up One&Only The Palm overall. It is luxurious without being showy, attentive without being intrusive, and incredibly polished while still feeling personal. There are plenty of beautiful five-star hotels in Dubai, but the people here are what made this one memorable for us. After six nights, leaving genuinely felt a little like leaving home.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at One & Only The Palm. The whole experience was just exceptional from start to finish. The staff it would be unfair to single anyone out as everyone from the gardeners housekeeping concierge pool butler’s hostesses restaurant staff gym staff management were just absolutely top class. The service at the hotel is second to none the best we’ve ever received it’s a tight run unit and everyone just can’t do enough for you! Not once did the word NO appear….We were treated like royalty and made feel so special. A beautiful hotel with amazing staff great management and top class facilities being a regular longstanding guest at another chain in Dubai The One & Only will now be our second home! With so much competition now with bed space in Dubai especially since the conflict it was a pleasure to be a guest here nothing was too much trouble and beware other chains!!!The OOTP is the one to beat. Well done to all to the hotel manager your staff are a credit to you and just simply the best. We highly recommend will do so Thankyou for making our stay amazing xxxx

I have travelled the world, and I can say with complete sincerity: very little compares to One&Only. In the heart of one of the greatest cities in the world sits a hotel that does not try to be anything other than what this land has always been - pure Arabian magic. Mohammad Hassan has treated me not as a guest, but as family. Every request has been met with warmth, generosity and genuine care. Despite being part of one of the world's great hotel groups, he somehow makes you feel as though you are being welcomed into his own home. To me, that is what the UAE represents at its very best. He reintroduced me to Vanessa, not knowing we had first met years ago at One&Only Montenegro. She had looked after me wonderfully then and asked me to visit Dubai. Years later, she remembered me immediately. During what has been a difficult time for my family, Vanessa has gone far beyond the call of duty - flowers, handwritten cards, thoughtful gestures and, above all, genuine kindness. She has made sure we have smiled every single day. How lucky am I to be looked after her at two different location. The level of service she provides is flawless - second to none. If you are fortunate enough to visit this remarkable country, stay at One&Only Palm. The hospitality, dignity and generosity that define the UAE seem woven into every brick laid. And ask for Vanessa - because then you will understand what six-star service truly means. Thank you to the entire team. I hope to return very soon.

This is by far the best hotel we’ve stayed! We really appreciate all the staff especially Zuhair for making our room always clean and fresh. He even folded our used clothes and provided a vase for my roses. To Mr Hassan, Eahjae and Marinell of Zest, for being friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Our breakfast experience was remarkable coz they’re always recommending the best food and beverages. Their hospitality was fantastic . I would also like to mention Arafas- Ugandan pool server for keeping us hydrated and showing us the best sunset spot. Lastly to Christian Paul of front desk for our spotless check out and for the tips for our remaining days in Dubai. Our Anniversary celebration was perfect because of you guys! We look forward to coming back again to One & Only the Palm.

What an amazing experience we have had yet again! We have now visited three times in the last six months, which really says everything about how much we love this place — and we’re already looking forward to returning again in October! From the moment we arrive, we always feel so welcomed and looked after. A special mention has to go to our wonderful host, Elena, who has been absolutely brilliant. She is so friendly, attentive and accommodating, always going above and beyond to help with any of our requests and making sure our stays are as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. The Kids Club has also been fantastic. The whole team are amazing, but a special shout-out to Mena, who has been absolutely wonderful with the children. It’s so reassuring to know they are having fun, being well looked after and genuinely enjoying themselves. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place highly enough.
