Pool music way too loud
The level of volume coming from the La Picina pool is quite literally deafening. Can you please keep it at an ‘ambient’ level so it’s an enjoyable experience?

Disappointing experience
I've stayed in this hotel several times and for some reason their service keeps going downward. I have stayed in the residences as well as in the hotel and it seems that they take care more of the hotel part than the residences.

I had a great time at the pool club and really enjoyed the overall atmosphere. A special thanks to Naved, who was exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. He was always attentive and made sure that everything was comfortable and enjoyable. His warm attitude and excellent service made the experience even more memorable. Naved is truly a great asset to the team, and I would gladly visit again.
