Not so 5 star experience
Beautiful hotel and surroundings. My room’s mattress were worn on the sides thus when you lay down you slip to the edge of the bed. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed to avoid it. The headboard has oily patches to it and it is exactly where “heads” rest. That needs hood cleaning (only a suggestion). On checkout i called for a porter, after 20 mins i went down to checkout on my own with all of my luggage… no one came to support me.

Truly amazing an experience
Our stay was absolutely magnificent, set in a beautiful and opulent hotel. The excellent staff made the birthday incredibly special, surprising us with a delicious cake, chocolates, and a wonderful creek view upgrade. We loved relaxing by the amazing pool and enjoyed the delicious meals and coffee. It was a truly lush and memorable experience that I would highly recommend for any celebration or relaxation.

Will not be forgettable
My stay in this place was amazing and it will be memorable Starting from the staff who are welcoming you in the gate , the reception (Mahmoud) was super helpful, the way they are dealing with is luxurious. The room is like an imaginary story . The view of the lake is dreamy. I really liked my stay and I will repeat it for sure.

Really beautiful and well-kept place! The brunch was very good and the atmosphere was pleasant. Music and dancing!! I recommend coming with your group of friends. The pool is warm! We stayed for 4 hours and had a lot of fun, getting amazing photos!
