Lacking 5 Star
Been to Dubai many times and this is the first time we had to wait for an hour before getting the room. We arrived at 12pm and had emailed ahead and requested for the room to be ready. In the past we’ve been arriving at around 9am and been to lot of different hotels in Dubai and never had to wait even once. Once we got the room allocated the staff member started with that they are going to explain all the facilities and amenities in the hotel but just took us to our room and that was it!!! This is the first time we are staying at this hotel but don’t think that we will come back here again. Although the staff on housekeeping are really lovely and helpful, the staff around the pool want to do as minimum as possible! The breakfast was very busy and didn’t have anyone on the entrance to get you seated. We were told to wait by other member of staff and people arriving after us were getting in and getting the tables. So far just average as five star hotel goes but we are still here for a bit so will come back with final review after our stay.
