Absolutely beautiful experience at Palazzo Versace Dubai. ✨ The hotel is stunning from every detail — the interiors, atmosphere, pools and the incredible Versace design make you feel like you’ve stepped into another world. The service was excellent, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive, and the whole experience felt very luxurious yet comfortable. The attention to detail is truly what makes this place special. From the beautiful rooms to the restaurants and the overall atmosphere, everything feels exceptionally well thought out. A perfect place for a special stay in Dubai. Definitely an experience I would recommend and happily return to. 🤍

Disgusting breach of privacy by pool staff! I rented a cabana at the pool, expecting a 5-star luxury experience and privacy. Instead, a pool staff member accused me of having a pet in my bag. My bag was fully zipped and completely closed. I clearly told him "No" and said I was leaving in an hour anyway. Instead of leaving me alone, this employee returned and started literally prying into my personal closed bag. He was bending and tilting from side to side, trying to look through the gaps of a completely closed female bag. It does not matter what he suspected — he has absolutely NO right to do a visual search of my private belongings! As a woman, having a male staff member stare into my bag where my personal intimate hygiene items are located made me feel humiliated and disgusted. The fact that he had to twist and bend proves that the bag was closed and he was intentionally violating my privacy. Palazzo Versace Dubai, your staff behavior is cheap and unacceptable. Absolute disgrace for a "luxury" brand.

Very bad experience although this is not my first time to book in this hotel. First, I had to wait for too long for check in, besides the reservation was booked wrong from the call center as we are 3 adults and only there are two twin beds, then I had to wait from 1 hour to 2 hours to transfer from normal room to suite and when I enter the suite I shocked again that the suite has only one bedroom with king bed, from the beginning you should inform me that you don’t have suite with two bedrooms, anyway after that I order extra bed for the 3rd adult and it took 45 minutes to 1 hour to bring the bed. Also, I found dirty spots on the sheet of the king bed. I might not book again in this hotel again after this experience I was very disappointed.
