Palazzo Versace Dubai

I used the pool at this hotel called La Piscina and it was great. In the hot summer weather, the pool water was cold and this made for a great experience. Also the food was the best.♥️♥️♥️

We recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, our overall experience did not meet expectations. While we appreciate the efforts of the staff, there were several issues that affected our stay: 1. We had four rooms, and all of them had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, along with a noticeable damp odor. 2. The cigarette smell was also evident upon exiting the elevator on the 7th floor. 3. The room next to ours was occupied by very noisy, heavy-smoking guests. We reported this to management, but instead of relocating those guests, they offered to move us, which we felt was not a fair solution. 4. The Enigma restaurant was not as good as it used to be, and the food quality had declined significantly. 5. The hallways were not vacuumed daily, and the elevator glass was not cleaned regularly. 6. It was not mentioned anywhere that one of the hotel’s best pools was restricted to guests aged 21 and above. 7. The furnishings were outdated and mostly in a worn brown color. 8. There were no attractions or amenities within walking distance of the hotel. 9. The pillows were uncomfortable and did not provide proper support. 10. The bathroom had an unpleasant sewage odor. 11. Breakfast: The pastries and croissants were of poor quality—hard and lacking in flavor. We had shell of egg in our fried egg. 12. The carpets in the hallways and rooms had a strong musty smell, indicating age and lack of freshness. 13. The head of handset in the shower (room 704) suddenly fell off and hurt my daughter’s chest. We truly believe this hotel has potential, but it would benefit greatly from improved maintenance, better housekeeping, clearer communication of policies, and enhanced food quality. It’s Versace Hotel and we expect more.

Nice stay. Wonderful rooms. Nice restaurants (Enigma & Vanitas outstanding while Giardino is a high-standard buffet) and high-quality gym and spa. Thanks to Vaishnavi for taking care of all the details in preparing the room.

An incredible experience! The food is unreal! The pool is gorgeous! A truly amazing place with great staff and service ! Special shout out to Stanley and Vishal who really looked after us. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a top experience. 😁🫶
