Came to spend the day at the pool and it was an amazing experience amazingly amazing staff all of them and Mr Mo Salah did a great job with the rest of the staff when it comes to service and hospitality, I highly recommend. Stanley Rida as well always on top of their job .

We have been served by Mo salah. He is absolutely amazing. Before we even ask for anything he offered everything - always smiling and has a great sense of humor. What a great service and hospitality - We will definitely come back. Food was delicious and pool has enough space.

Mr. Mo Salah was an outstanding waiter during our pool day — attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He made sure we had everything we needed with a smile and great timing. Truly elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended!

Two night stay in May 25. We had booked through a travel company 11 months earlier (June 24). On arrival, reception could not find our reservation. Luckily the hotel had spare availability and we were still offered a room as long as we could pay the first night ourselves until matters were resolved between our travel agent and they reservation depts. We agreed to this and then at the final moment our reservation was "found". front desk were extremely apologetic and kindly offered us a complimentary upgrade to a suite room as an apology Suite was fabulous. the only drawback was that mini-bar was empty and amenities such as most glasses , cork screw etc were not present (I don't think the hotel was anticipating using that particular room) Bell-boy arrived with one suitcase to announce that his colleague has somehow lost our other 3 cases of luggage . Thankfully after another 20 minutes our missing luggage arrived ! We ate in Enigma on first night. Lady on restaurant front desk was very welcoming and friendly unlike one of the waiters. He questioned us condescendingly why we had booked for a Tuesday night when the restaurant was empty (how did we know restaurant would be empty ?) Service was "average at best and we felt that the waiter could not be bothered. We paid in excess of AED 1300 for the "gold" menu and at the end of the meal the waiter announced to my wife "I cannot believe you managed to eat all that food !" The next day we spent around the main pool sunbathing. Pool sun loungers were very tired and stained. Pool towels were grey not white and looked ancient. Although there was probably only about 20 guests around the pool you had to track the pool staff down to ask for additional bottles of water etc that evening we booked for the jazz club "Q". Absolutely brilliant night, service by the manager (also the manager of Enigma) really good, food great and singer tremendous ! In summary , we would definitely eat / visit the jazz club again but disappointingly will most likely not stay at the hotel again

You can never complain about versace its and iconic brand and the plazzo versace is an Aconic place i had Great experience staying here and having a day at the pool specially with salah serving me he was really nice and servante recommend the place and the waiter
