VERSACE DUBAI
The hotel is beautiful and gorgeous, i love it , but it lacks warmth . On my arrival at 1 am in the morning , the reception was very poor . Low skill in manners and etiquette. I booked the grand suite , they gave me the wrong room . No salutation nor a welcome from both gents on duty . Cold atmosphere . I paid over 10 000 durum's and got no invoice nor email . Also when i arrived from the airport , there was no one outside , we waited a few minutes before they attended to us and the luggage . The service in the main lounge by the entrance was extremely bad , throughout my stay . You are ignored , delays are long and promises are not kept . However , the rooms are gorgeous , spacious and beautiful .

Convenient airport layover leg down by poor staff service
The hotel is conveniently located near Dubai International Airport making it convenient for an overnight layover. The hotel is spacious and has good pool and gym facilities. The rooms are comfortable however the rooms on the “ city” side face a busy highway and construction sites and should be avoided The reason for an average rating is the very poor check in experience- the staff member checking us in was very hostile and unfriendly- we were not greeted or welcomed to the hotel, no explanations were given regarding the room location, hotel facilities and offerings. We were also disappointed by the small size of the city room and the unattractive outlook particularly in Dubai where rooms are normally spacious The Versace brand is normally associated with quality and in this instance it fix not deliver It was only when we raised these issues with the duty manager that the issue was addressed properly- a credit to both the manager snd the organisation
