Palazzo Versace Dubai

Perfect hotel with the perfect staff! From valet to check in, to house keeping even the kids club was perfect! Genuine people

Unfortunately, I must be honest and say that this stay did not meet my expectations at all and did not reflect the standards of a 5star hotel. From the beginning, I explicitly requested a quiet room on a higher floor. I was initially assigned a room on the 6th floor which was extremely noisy due to construction works. After requesting a change, I was shown rooms on the 7th and 8th floors, which were not any better. Despite clearly asking again for a quiet room, I was offered a paid “upgrade” with the promise of a quieter stay. I accepted and paid for this upgrade, but it was not a real upgrade. The room was only offering a better view, remained small, and was still affected by aircraft noise. A better view does not justify an upgrade, and the lack of transparency during the upselling process was disappointing. In addition, the minibar was completely empty and the in-room coffee machine and amenities did not reflect the standard I would expect from a luxury hotel. The restaurant experience was another major disappointment! On one evening, the portion size was already very small. The following day, when dining with my partner, I explicitly asked for a proper portion, yet the dish served was even smaller!!!! This was unacceptable and I sent the meal back. The service was poor overall; no follow-up, no offer for additional drinks, or another dish and no attention to guest needs. This level of service is far below what should be expected at a hotel of this category. Regarding the lounge access, we only received Happy Hour access. The lounge was almost empty, the buffet setup felt uninspiring, and the limitation of two drinks per person was unreasonable. This did not feel like a compensation or a premium benefit in any way. To be transparent, we have already checked into another hotel where we will stay for several nights before flying home. With so many strong competitors in Dubai, a 5star hotel must be able to deliver consistent quality, service, and value.. unfortunately this was not the case during our stay at Palazzo Versace! For these reasons, we do not plan to return in the future. Alina

The Hotel and the Staff were amazing. specially Katarina (?) (FOM?) really helped us with our room issue. Thank you for that, I’ll never forget that you made our stay in that case. Also Nayed (?) made a wonderful service at the pool. Great hotel!

It was a great pleasure to stay at Palazzo Versace Dubai. The whole team was very professional and polite during the stay. Room was very spacious and super clean. Food was great with multiple option to order from various restaurants within the premises. The feel was luxurious and the whole vibe made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend if anyone is planning a trip to Dubai and looking for Luxury and great food with a wonderful service. Palazzo Versace made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. Will return back for sure for my next trip.

Very elegant room. Staff very helpful! Delicious breakfast! Cooking class for children was very well organized and my daughters were very good impressed!
