Palazzo Versace Dubai

Checking in was the most stressful and disappointed experience by Kemal and his manager Mohamed when I expressed my room was super dirty, the carpet was super nasty, old furnitures, the bed was broken. They made me wait for two hours to get a room, I even requested my money back, I paid close to 5000 dollars for a 6 night stay to received this service. Expedia said they are the only ones who can approve a refund. I wanted to leave but they kept my money, I was only offered two dinners with soft drinks included, but the two times we went to have dinner the staff at the restaurant they had no idea about what I was offered and everytime they tried to charge us, it was a nightmare staying at this “hotel 5 stars” choose Atlantis the palm, or Radisson depending on your budget, I stayed before in Atlantis palm and Radisson and their customer service, food, amenities and cleaness are exceptional. Food at the restaurant was very simple and with flies

Spent New Year’s Day here! Pool area was absolutely stunning with plenty of beds. Food was lovely with really good portion sizes, drinks were just as lovely. Staff were all so friendly, would definitely recommend to a friend visiting Dubai!

Sandeep was extremely nice when cleaning our rooms and made sure our rooms were perfectly clean every time we asked for him to come

Had an afternoon to remember at the one and only La Piscina At Palazzo Versace Dubai. The hotel is located right at Dubai Wharf at Al Jaddaf, beautiful palm trees and dotted sun beds lace the Turquoise blue water pool. The size of the pool and the abundance of sun beds, allows everyone to relax and enjoy while getting plenty of sunshine and vice versa plenty of shade as well; which ever you like. I liked the sunshine better. At the helm of it all a round bar within the pool sets the tone for a laid back, drinks flowing, relaxing late afternoon. Great for good mental health. The food totally lived up to Versaces name. As a girl who loves taking pool pics I really liked the addition of Hair dryer in the pool washroom. It enhances the overall comfort level.
