An overall great experience, the food and hotel were perfect! The door men were super nice and friendly, especially Ezekiel and Robert (front desk) as well as Henry (concierge). They were fantastic thank you for everything!

This hotel is simply breathtaking. From the moment you arrive, everything feels luxurious, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious and beautifully designed. The highlight of our stay was our 2-year-old daughter, who kept saying, "Wow Daddy, wow!" every time she looked around. That alone says everything about how incredible this place is. We had a wonderful holiday. The staff were warm, polite, and genuinely friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. If you're looking for a truly unforgettable luxury experience, I highly recommend this dream hotel. We can't wait to return.

I love the facility and its design. The rooms were so beautiful that we didn't want to go out. I was grateful to the staff, especially Ms. Nur Akşahin, for their interest and help.

This palace by the sea is simply luxury from start to finish, the reason we have stayed 31 times as a couple and family. The moment you arrive you are greeted by the most pleasant bell boys whatever the time of day or night and in every temperature, currently 37 degrees, they always have a smile. Special mention to Daniel Mathui, Ola,, Ekeziel. Always a smooth check in and special thanks to Reuben’s. All this and you haven’t even looked at the jaw dropping Chandelier. Every member of staff go above and beyond to make the stay perfect especially in unprecedented times . The hotel is beautifully, impeccably maintained and offers a truly wonderful experience in every detail. The rooms are some of the best we have stayed in the world. A very special thanks to Melina for ensuring we are allocated the best rooms to suit our needs. To the housekeeping staff especially Jane Ingrid head of housekeeping who regularly checks to make sure we have everything. Although a couple of restaurants are closed currently this didn’t stop the excellent food choice especially breakfast in le jardin. Before we can sit down the lovely Giselle know exactly what we like and greets with the loveliest smile. It must take a lot to remember the guests choice given how many guests they serve. Thanks to Sriraj Saba and Aria too. We disnt have club lounge this time but would like to say thank you to Sheik. We love listening to the pianist in Bluthener hall before heading out in the evening where we are looked after by Ana Grib, Su Yam and Sheehan. We have spent many holidays with our grandchildren 10& 7 who love pool days and kids club. Fizol and Hernandez you are the best, the kids can’t wait to see you in August. The people round the pool are incredible running around in the heat. Special thanks to Daniel in towel hut , Brenda and Vijay and bot forgetting Eve on the ice cream cart. This trip is nearly at a close but we have another 3 trips booked this year to raffles, you can’t get enough of a good thing.

This is one of the best hotels we've stayed at in all of our years of travel. The hotel itself is beautiful inside and out,rooms are spacious,staff are all friendly especially Jane from housekeeping,and the breakfast buffet is spectacular,special acknowledgement of Giselle at the restaurant. We loved our stay,thank and we will come back.
