Our stay at Raffles The Palm was defined by the incredible service of our butler, Isuru. While the hotel is stunning, Isuru made all the difference to our experience. His commitment and meticulous attention to detail were unmatched. He didn’t miss a beat - everything was arranged to perfection, and his regular communication ensured our stay was seamless. He was always at hand to help, providing a level of proactive service that truly elevated our holiday. If you stay here, you are in excellent hands with Isuru. He turned a great trip into an unforgettable one. The hotel itself is in a lovely location on The Palm, good beach (although it was under maintenance for half our stay). The limitation is options for dining as there are only three restaurants and I was not convinced by the quality of the food at the one offering a buffet. Regardless, the service is excellent and I would recommend The Raffles Hotel at The Palm, Dubai, if you are in the region.

Amazing hotel
We had an amazing stay here from start to finish. When we checked in our room was upgraded to help us celebrate a special 30th birthday, which made the experience feel extra memorable. The interior is absolutely stunning and gives a real palace-like feel. The lobby bar is a highlight — listening to the grand piano being played created such a beautiful, elegant atmosphere. Outside, the pool area is gorgeous, surrounded by lush greenery and perfect for relaxing. We truly loved our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Kuresh from House keeping is a very clean boy who ensures that every stuff is organized and put where ts supposed to be so am so impressed about the way he does his this en ts a 3stars for me
