We are currently staying at Raffles The Palm and will be checking out tomorrow, after a wonderful 2-night stay with my wife and daughter to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and very family-friendly, with great attention to detail in every part of the stay. A special highlight has been the service from Aika, who took excellent care of us during dinner last night and again at breakfast today. She went above and beyond to make our celebration feel special, always attentive, warm, and professional. Her effort really added a personal touch to our stay and made the birthday celebration even more memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience that we will remember and definitely recommend.

The hotel is great because of the staff keeping it afloat. Ezekiel was amazing with his contagious smile. All the staff were trying their best under the circumstances but the marketing and management team aren't communicating clearly that only one restaurant is operational atleast on the weekdays and that they are extremely understaffed. If it weren't for the amazing staff at the front desk this would be a 2 rating

We had a relaxing stay at raffles,in room 170,we all really loved it, we want to express our special thanks to the workers of the hotel's cleaning service,especially Janey and kadek and Esekeil at the main entrance,they are very attentive,caring and polite. We will definitely visit this hotel next time.

We spent a beach day at Raffles The Palm Dubai last week, and while the property itself is beautiful, the overall experience didn’t live up to expectations. The day didn’t start well — our booking was made online, yet we had to wait around 15 minutes at the entrance while the team checked with management before letting us in. Not the kind of welcome you expect at this level. Service throughout the day was unfortunately quite slow. It took a long time for someone to come take our food order, and after lunch, clearing the table became an issue. We had to call the team multiple times, and by the time we left around 5pm, the table still hadn’t been cleared. It felt like we were constantly chasing service rather than enjoying the day. Pricing is definitely on the premium side, which is fine — but the service should match. You don’t expect to pay full price and receive a noticeably lower level of attention. To top it off, when we left, we found out that our car had been parked outside in the sun the entire day despite using valet, which was disappointing and avoidable. Overall, a stunning venue, but the service needs serious improvement to match the standards it positions itself at.
