Raffles The Palm Dubai

Our 32nd stay at this glorious palace. I cannot praise the staff enough for how they look after us and work tirelessly in the heat. We were upgraded to a beautiful signature suite and cannot praise Melina for looking after us, she really is the best. Praise to Anna and Jane for ensuring our room was spotless and well stocked. We visited the hotel in April and June and then brought our grandkids for 2 weeks in August. We understand things are different given the situation in the Middle East and some services are different to normal but every member of staff work so hard. So a few special mentions. To the bell boys especially Daniel and Ola. To Gladys especially in Le Jardin who knows our order off by heart 🫶. To the lifeguards especially Cam who treat the kids like their own and Fizal and Hermando in kids club, our grandchildren loved the dances in the pool. And lastly to Brenda around the pool. She was a lifesaver when we ordered food and drinks, always went over and above her duty. I would just lastly like to thank Melina and Reuben again for arranging a beautiful room for our daughter when she surprised us for the weekend. We will miss Sheikh from the club room as he ventures to pastures new. So for now it’s Adios and see you again in a few weeks.

We have been coming to Dubai for years , this year wanted to try somewhere new in the hope of finding that new hotel to take your breath away this one did , just how bad it is . Please don’t believe these reviews that say it’s wonderful it really isn’t we even cut our stay short I cont stand it any longer The food terrible buffet was terrible the standard of food poor breakfast not a lot better Service terrible staff seem unhappy and unwilling to do much Pool bar shut no other reason than lack of staff Beach terrible dead fish rotting on beach Room was lovely massive bed really comfortable bathroom lovely Swimming pool was very nice although dirty around us by beach end they seem to clean the children a area but nothing else So so disappointed so disappointed with this hotel would never recommend anyone to stay there way to many hotels in Dubai avoid this one

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed and escorted to the reception by one of the kind gentlemen from the team. He introduced us to the wonderful young lady, Huzina, who assisted us with our check-in. Huzina was exceptionally phenomeno, kind, professional, and welcoming. Although our room was not ready upon arrival, she handled everything with great care and made sure we were comfortable while waiting. She personally escorted us to the Japanese restaurant, where we enjoyed breakfast while our room was being prepared. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Avinash at the pool and beach, together with Kamal and Sanju, for their outstanding service. They were attentive, friendly, and incredibly welcoming throughout our time there. Their genuine care and attention to detail truly made our experience even more special. The level of service from the entire team was exceptional and truly reflected the standards of a 7-star luxury experience. Every interaction felt personal and thoughtful, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel valued and well taken care of. A special thank you to Huzina, Avinash, Kamal, and Sanju for making our stay so memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication are a true credit to the hotel.

A beautifully decorated tea room with delicious food and friendly service. Especial thanks to Melina, Anna and Yakoub who made our afternoon exceptional with their service. We will certainly return for afternoon tea again.
