Exceptional service and a beautiful hotel
I had a wonderful stay at Raffles The Palm. As a Gold Accor member, I was particularly happy with my room. It was absolutely gorgeous, spacious, elegant, and made me feel truly valued as a guest. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful interiors and a luxurious atmosphere throughout. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a great variety and excellent quality. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive during my stay. A special mention goes to the spa, which was truly incredible. I had the Psammo Therapy experience and highly recommend it. It was relaxing, unique, and one of the highlights of my stay. Ayu from Bali was amazing and made the experience even more special with her kindness and professionalism. Overall, a beautiful hotel with outstanding service, excellent facilities, and a genuine attention to guest experience. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai.
