Matagi Restaurant was absolutely amazing, from the delicious food to the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Rehab and Gita were wonderful and made our dining experience even more special. ❤️ I would also like to appreciate the housekeeping team. I’m so sorry I can’t remember all of their names, but their hard work and attention to detail truly made a difference throughout our stay. At the reception, the staff were equally helpful, kind, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful lady Hasna, Ezekiel and Janaka, who assisted us throughout our stay. They were always ready to help with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a beautiful and memorable experience. This is what true luxury hospitality feels like! ✨❤️

We have had the most fantastic holiday at Raffles the Palm. The hotel is beautiful, chandeliers are everywhere. The staff made our holiday very special. Special thanks to Ram who kept our room spotless, Anna by the pool who made sure I had my spot by the steps due to my mobility issues. The food was amazing, Saby showed great kindness as well as the Restaurant Manager who spoilt me. The food in the Japanese restaurant was out of this world. One or two little observations…. The toilets by the pool are not accessible for anyone with mobility problems. The doors to the rooms could do with having magnets on them to keep the door open . We throughly enjoyed our stay. We recommend the club lounge, lovely staff and delicious food. Thank you once again.

Second visit to Raffles which is a luxurious 5* hotel with lovey spacious rooms and great staff. Rather “Trump” in decor but definitely a grand de lux hotel . The “club” is 100% not worth paying the extra for. Only open in the early evening for a few hours and setup cafeteria style with no soft furnishings. Poor selection of food and looks like the dining room of a Three star hotel. Other big let down room service. Ordered a Caesar Salad and it came with a poached chicken breast on the side with 0 flavour - should be char grilled accompanied by cold french fries. Second attempt did deliver hot fries. On beach food to 45 mins to arrive. Ordered Nachos with melted cheese except no cheese came. Went sent back was resent with fake “plastic” cheese on top. Not acceptable for 5*. Would like to complement Imelda & Adell for looking after our room so well. So overall a lovely stay but the hotel needs significantly to invest in the club facility. Ritz Carlton in Bahrain is the gold standard benchmark and up the game on food and beverage.

My husband and I have just returned from a wonderful 7-day staycation at this stunning hotel, and what truly makes this place special is the staff. They genuinely do their jobs from the heart, and you can feel that their main priority is simply to make sure every guest has the best holiday possible. Our room was perfect — spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. A huge thank you to Jane and Doma, who kept our room immaculate throughout our stay and were always such a pleasure to talk to whenever we saw them. A special mention also to Ezekail and Janaka, the doormen, who were incredibly friendly and helpful with all our luggage, both when we arrived and when we left. A stunning hotel with beautiful grounds, incredible food, and, most importantly, the sweetest and most genuinely caring staff. Book this hotel — you will have an outstanding and truly memorable holiday!

Everything was amazing and I highly recommend this Hotel…The staff were amazing all of them and Aiza was very lovely. Thank you Team and Management and keep up the good work.
