Staycation, 5 star service
I would like to sincerely appreciate the staff who went above and beyond to provide such amazing service. Special mention to Manager Omar,who assisted me and efficiently sorted out my booking issues.He was incredibly helpful and highly knowledgeable about the hotel property. Jane from housekeeping,graciously accommodated our little request with a smile,everyone in the hotel welcomed us with warmth,making us feel safe and at ease despite the current situation. This place is highly recommended.

Extraordinary Hotel
We spent 3 nights at raffles and it is by far one of the best experiences we have ever had.It was a staycation as we live in Dubai yet we felt like we had been on a vacation out of the country. Stunning palm view suite,spotless rooms,the superior service from everyone. Jane and Oka from housekeeping,Gita from the lounge these three really stood out. In brief,hospitality at the highest standards level as per the book.

Wonderful stay with excellent kids club experience
We had a great stay at Raffles Palm. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable, and the service is excellent. A special thanks to Hermando at the Kids Club—he was very kind, friendly, attentive, and made sure the kids had a great time. Highly recommended for families!
