Raffles The Palm Dubai

Thank you Raffles for providing the most wonderful environment that helped me to fully rest, relax and recover. Every aspect of the Raffles experience was exceptional, from check in to check out and everything in between. Stunning clean room, good quality food, appealing views. The location was great if you want to feel like you're away from busy Dubai, without needing to leave Dubai. It felt peaceful. Every piece fitting perfectly to make the ideal staycation. Special thanks go to Helal in housekeeping, Desi in the Bluthner Hall, Brenda and Devansh for beach and pool-side service, and Ayu for my facial treatment (in the glorious spa). Not to forget the lovely ladies at reception. Thank you and I look forward to being able to stay with you again in the future.

Although we have stayed at Raffles before, it's always good to have an updated opinion of an establishment. We decided to head to Raffles the Palm for UK half term (February 2026) in need of sunshine and family time. Once again Raffles did not disappoint. The staff we have met before remembered us and attention to detail remains their top priority. We stayed in an Ocean Club Room which meant we had access to the club lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks. The favourite aspects of our stay were experiencing the additional Ramadan aspects, the friendly atmosphere, great pool side service and above all, the exceptional butler service. Unfortunately, my husband injured his thumb by the pool during our stay. However, the immediate first aid from the life guards and the medic who came to our room that evening offered fantastic, professional help. Before staying at Raffles we weren't familiar with certain roles within the hotel. The butlers available for help with bookings / information / advice as well as their magical touches in the rooms made for a very special stay. Thanks Isuru and Don. :) We hope to see you again in the future.

An exceptional hotel with stunning, luxurious interiors and a beautifully designed atmosphere. The lounge was fantastic, with excellent food and a great selection. Special thanks to Paul for his outstanding service — attentive, professional, and truly welcoming. He made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

The most perfect Eid celebration for two days . My most favorite hotel in Dubai. Thanks to helal for the room and the lady who served us afternoon tea at blunther hall. We got upgraded to a room with palm view and a present was waiting for us for Eid. Hotel is spectacular, very similar to Ritz Paris. We will definitely come back for another UAE resident staycation. Number 1 hotel in Dubai , best I’ve done !
