Love this place. Sushi is amazing. This is our third time here. The staff are amazing and each time we come they surpass our expectations. Rehan and Gita were very attentive, they knew what we wanted and needed before we even knew. Great recommendations and fabulous service. Attentive at all times and best quality food. Thank you- we will be back again

Extremely Disappointing and Unworthy of a Luxury Brand Our stay at Raffles The Palm Dubai was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have had, and it fell far below the standards expected from an international luxury brand. We had a confirmed booking for an Ocean View room with a balcony, which was a key reason for choosing this property. However, upon arrival, we were given a non-balcony room, and the room category did not match what was clearly stated in our reservation. This was not a minor inconvenience—it was a clear failure to deliver what was promised, with no satisfactory explanation or effort to correct the issue. The most upsetting part of this experience was the complete lack of empathy shown by the hotel. We had booked four rooms for our family trip. Due to visa issues at immigration, one family member was unable to travel, a situation entirely beyond our control. As a result, one room was never checked in or used. Despite explaining the situation and requesting understanding on humanitarian grounds, the hotel refused any refund or adjustment and showed no willingness to help. True luxury is reflected in how guests are treated during difficult or unexpected situations. Unfortunately, Raffles The Palm demonstrated rigid policies, poor customer care, and a troubling absence of compassion. Instead of feeling welcomed and valued, we felt dismissed and ignored. This experience has left us deeply disappointed, and based on what we encountered, I cannot recommend this property—particularly for families or international travelers who may face unforeseen travel challenges.

We stayed here during Christmas as part of our stay in Dubai. We arrived and were given a very warm welcome by Bilal who showed us to our check in at the club lounge. We were given lots of information about the hotel and package we had booked. I was not aware this included a butler. Isuru our butler provided an exceptional service, made our stay feel special, attended to anything we required. The room itself was spacious, clean and had a huge terrace and jacuzzi with great views. Thanks to all staff for making this a memorable stay. We hope to be back in future.
