The best hotel in Dubai
We received an amazing service from the hotel,the hotel staff were just amazing and exceptional. All were very kind to us,the food in this hotel is excellent also we were provided with an amazing view,wonderful housekeeping team especially Juliet,Jane and Regina who were extremely thorough,professional and a pleasure to meet. All in all,we had the best service and experience!

Our stay at Raffles The Palm was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and equipped with excellent facilities that made our stay truly comfortable. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding. A special mention goes to Muthaui, Janaka, Husna, and Dina, who were absolutely wonderful with my children. Their warmth, patience, and exceptional service made a huge difference in our experience. They went above and beyond every single day. The lifeguards during our stay were also incredibly welcoming and attentive. Aavi from the pool team deserves particular praise—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. A big thank-you to Raffles The Palm for an unforgettable stay. We can’t wait to return!

Great service and beautiful hotel
I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, the atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious. All the staff were very professional and welcoming. A special thanks Husna at the front desk for being so kind, smart, and helpful. Thank you to the whole team, we highly recommend this hotel!

Exceptional Hospitality at Le Jardin
We had a wonderful experience at Le Jardin thanks to Aira, Jean, and Pankaj. Their hospitality, attentiveness, and warm attitude made our visit truly memorable. They were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Excellent service from all three — a real credit to the team at Raffles Dubai.
