Raffles The Palm Dubai

What a brilliant time we had here.This was our first time in raffles the palm and we were impressed both with the facilities and the excellent service and the attitude of the staff from management to housekeeping. I must mention JANE whose service was second to none,polite,proffesional nothing was too much trouble,a credit to the hotel. Hermando and Sulaina were so welcoming at the kids club and looked after our children so well,It was obvious that this was a natural reaction and not an act.We've stayed at some more exclusive hotels in the past and this hotel either met or even surpassed the high standards we were expecting. Also our special thanks to Husna at front desk,whose exceptional attention to detail and proactive care continually elevated our experience -we missed her during our departure,but her impact on our stay was immense. Every element of the resort shines-from the pristine,beautifully maintained grounds and beach to the consistently exceptional dinning experiences. Already booked for next year!

Raffles Spa is incredible, in keeping with the rest of the hotel. On this trip I enjoyed 2 treatments provided by Iash, a highly skilled and professional therapist, who is very caring and extremely attentive. So looking forward to our return soon.

Another wonderful stay at Raffles The Palm! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Corina at reception was warm, professional and incredibly helpful, making the check-in experience smooth and pleasant. A special mention also goes to Jane, Arpana and Flora from housekeeping. They were all so friendly, attentive and thoughtful throughout our stay. It’s the little details and genuine smiles that make such a difference, and they truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was comfortable and just right. The hotel itself is beautiful, luxurious and exceptionally well maintained. The rooms are spacious, elegant and thoughtfully designed, while the facilities and overall service are exactly what you would expect from a 5-star property. What stood out most was the people. Everyone we came across was welcoming and genuinely committed to making guests feel special. It’s clear that hospitality here is more than just a service — it’s an experience. Thank you to the entire team, especially Corina, Jane, Arpana and Flora, for making our stay so memorable. We stayed here once, and that was enough to know that we’ll always return. Raffles The Palm has truly become one of our favourite places to stay in Dubai.
