Raffles The Palm Dubai

Location on the was beautiful and convenient with local taxis. Atmosphere was relaxing and quiet mostly, why people feel the need to listen to their cell on speakerphone in public is beyond me, especially in a hotel like Raffles! Our room was like a stately home, attention to detail was amazing. Very clean and well equipped. Pricing was very reasonable when compared to other top hotels, great value for money. A special shout out to Hannah and Yamin in the piano lounge, so attentive and made each guest feel so special. It was our first time at Raffles, definitely not the last! See you in April

Had wonderful stay and experience Courtesy of of wonderful Team Members who went above and Beyond to provide exceptional and Professional Service that reflects Raffles Brand: Stephen Chief Concierge, His great leaders ship was visible and assisted me with great recommendations, Henry Concierge Supervisor, Very Hard working and during our stay he made sure everything we needed was offered, Husna at reception was exceptional and very helpful, Peter, Hussein, Sherif, Qamar, Klein, Muthui, Ezekiel they welcomed us with big smiles everytime we returned to the Hotel and always assisting Us with our Luggage and they are the main reason we return to Raffles the Palm. Notable team members at the Lobby lounge who really did their best to serve us everyday during our stay and we look forward to coming back

Stayed for 5 days, as the title says - disapointing. Room is very nice but shower has two mixer taps so every time you spend ages every shower adjusting the hot and cold taps to make it bearable. We had 'garden walk' room which was utterly pointless as you cannot lock the garden access door. The 'heated' indoor pool is freezing, we enquired why, said they'd get back to us but didn't bother. It's prohibited to use the pool before 8am but the identical Kempinski hotel, early risers were swimming at 6am and their outside bar and restaurant were open (unlike Raffles). There was nothing to do in the evenings unless you like buffet food, we went elsewhere every evening to proper restaurants and bars as just about everywhere interesting is closed. This hotel is miles away so you need a taxi to get around, shouldn't have to go elsewhere staying at a premium hotel. We stayed at the other Dubai Raffles hotel a couple of years ago and had a far superior stay. Oh, and they asked if our stay was during any anniversaries etc and I said it was my birthday on one of the days which they took note of and did exactly nothing. We had a two night stay at the Obelisk before flying to Japan and had a much better time.

Matagi Restaurant was absolutely amazing, from the delicious food to the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. Rehab and Gita were wonderful and made our dining experience even more special. ❤️ I would also like to appreciate the housekeeping team. I’m so sorry I can’t remember all of their names, but their hard work and attention to detail truly made a difference throughout our stay. At the reception, the staff were equally helpful, kind, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful lady Hasna, Ezekiel and Janaka, who assisted us throughout our stay. They were always ready to help with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a beautiful and memorable experience. This is what true luxury hospitality feels like! ✨❤️

We have had the most fantastic holiday at Raffles the Palm. The hotel is beautiful, chandeliers are everywhere. The staff made our holiday very special. Special thanks to Ram who kept our room spotless, Anna by the pool who made sure I had my spot by the steps due to my mobility issues. The food was amazing, Saby showed great kindness as well as the Restaurant Manager who spoilt me. The food in the Japanese restaurant was out of this world. One or two little observations…. The toilets by the pool are not accessible for anyone with mobility problems. The doors to the rooms could do with having magnets on them to keep the door open . We throughly enjoyed our stay. We recommend the club lounge, lovely staff and delicious food. Thank you once again.
