The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

From the moment I arrived at The Ritz-Carlton JBR, Dubai, I felt genuinely welcomed. The check-in was smooth and warm, with staff going above and beyond to make me feel at home. The property itself is stunning – the lush gardens, pristine beachfront, and beautifully maintained facilities make it feel like an oasis in the heart of the city.

Amazing experience at the hotel! The housekeeping team, especially Sachihi and Nirosh, were absolutely first-class — attentive, friendly, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. Their professionalism and genuine care made our stay even more comfortable. Honestly, it’s the best service we’ve ever received from housekeeping.

We returned from The Ritz-Carlton Dubai two days ago and we are still raving about our stay! The entire resort is stunning and impeccably maintained. What impressed us most was the service – attentive, warm, and always one step ahead, anticipating our wishes before we even expressed them. We celebrated my husband’s birthday there and were surprised with a beautifully decorated room, local delicacies, and a truly thoughtful gift – an unforgettable moment! A heartfelt thank you to the amazing team: • Negi & Herbert took care of our room with great attention and reliability. • Hnin welcomed us to breakfast every morning with a warm smile and addressed us by name. • Raju ensured that no breakfast wish was left unfulfilled and was always friendly and accommodating. • Su made every day at La Baie by the pool feel extra special. Every staff member we met – not just those mentioned above – was exceptionally kind, supportive, and genuinely committed to making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back – this hotel is a place where you don’t just feel welcome, you feel genuinely cared for.

We’ve just come back from a fabulous 13-night stay at The Ritz Carlton Dubai. The hotel is fantastic but the staff really made our stay special. A special mention to Mukesh in Caravan who was always a delight at breakfast and ensured we had a takeaway breakfast before our early departure which was very kind. A special mention too for the pool staff and in particular Rim who looked after us with beds, towels and plenty of cold water during our stay, he worked tirelessly and is a credit to the hotel. Thank you too to the housekeeping staff who were wonderful and so kind - Sandeep, Biswas, Anna, Behara, Keshab and the rest of the team were phenomenally attentive and kept our room spotless. The rooms, food, pools, beach and general ambiance were just wonderful and the staff are just fabulous - we’ll certainly be returning.
