The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

100/100 Highly recommend this hotel! Great for families and anyone that wants a peaceful holiday. I will actually say if anyone wants to know how to run a hotel properly, just come and stay here for a few days. Krystyna at the front desk awesome! Edi and Vikram at the main pool world class! And our house keeping team were fantastic! Zero complaints and well done team Ritz Carlton Dubai!

Just returned from a 10 night stay and I honestly couldn’t fault this hotel. Where to begin… this hotel is without a doubt 5*! Let’s start with housekeeping. Lavanya was truly outstanding. Our room was always immaculate, spotlessly clean and perfectly tidy every single day. That’s exactly what you’d expect from a 5* hotel. But what makes this hotel stand out are the thoughtful touches that go above and beyond. Lavanya noticed my daughter’s teddy bears and asked if we had a dog at home. When we showed her a picture of our Labrador, she didn’t stop there, she asked her colleague, Shevin, to sketch the teddy bears on our bathroom door and to hand-draw a beautiful portrait of our dog. They even framed it and left it in our room as a gift. On top of that, they arranged a lovely little souvenir for our girls. These gestures were truly incredible and have created memories we’ll cherish forever. Breakfast was another highlight and set the perfect tone for our day. Raju was simply exceptional. He couldn’t do enough for us, always kind, proactive, and attentive without ever being overbearing. He learned our names within just a couple of days and remembered every preference, from our morning drinks to the girls’ love of apple juice and strawberries. He often had their juice refilled before they even asked and made sure strawberries appeared even when they weren’t on the buffet. Our final breakfast was extra special when the team decorated our table and surprised the girls with a Nutella pancake. The icing on the cake was when Raju thoughtfully arranged for coffee and juices to be delivered to our room on our early check-out day. Thank you, Raju, you truly made our mornings brighter. You’re one in a million! As for the restaurants, the food was consistently fantastic and the service flawless every time. We’ve stayed at many hotels across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island long being a favourite. However, The Ritz-Carlton has now set a new standard, exceeding all expectations thanks to the remarkable attention to detail and genuine care shown by every member of staff. This is hospitality at its very best!

Honestly this hotel was beautiful!!! Classic modern and luxurious… came here for a wedding, and so glad we stayed here! The los hotel was like a whole holiday in itself.

Raju and javeed was very attentive at the breakfast restaurant caravan the food was amazing really very thanks to both of them They gave top notch service

Excellent breakfast and dinner at ritz carlton especially Raju in the breakfast daily smile and alwarm welcome and coffee service will do we will miss you him hopefully we will come next year
