One of our favourite hotels for so many good reasons
We recently returned from yet another of our frequent breaks at the Ritz Carlton Dubai Marina, both of us feeling fully refreshed, relaxed and adequately replenished. Our repeated visits to this hotel over many years are for many good reasons, not least the excellent standards of management and the professional and personal input extended throughout our stay. This includes the personal input and attention to detail from the General Manager Jeroen, the Operations Manager Raed Kai, and also from some exceptional staff members, including Indria and several others. all of whose individual and collective input excelled in so many ways, ensuring our very enjoyable breaks.

Great service and stay!
The service at the buffet breakfast was first class. James couldn’t be more helpful! Thanks for a great stay! The beds were so comfortable and we even got an early check in!

Best Ritz Carlton Experience
Best service of all the ritz that we have been too! Javeed, Raju and James in the breakfast have spoiled us. Also the room attendants , who were great and spoiled us with drawings and gifts everyday for our kids! Love it

Bliss at the Ritz-Carlton
From check-in with Brian on our arrival through to our last breakfast at Caravan, the staff at the Ritz went above and beyond to make our stay special with all their attention to detail from Gabrielle at Splendido with the delicious lemon sorbeto with lemons from Amalfi, the delicious melting steak at La Baie, the delicious food at Blue Jade (the BEST kids chicken soup, lotus wrapped sea bass, steamed snapper, lemongrass crème brûlée, the beautiful breakfasts at Caravan each day with the team laying a special table for our last breakfast with a pecan and pistachio cheesecake offering (thanks James, Raju and Javeed) to the daily cleaning and turndown service with Sachit-Krishna making us towel animals and drawings to amuse us, and the life guards and pool attendants bringing us towels and waters each day and finding our sons lost pool toy, we’ve had a truly wonderful stay. Thanks to the whole team for making us feel so special! 🙏
