I had a very nice relaxing stay at The Ritz! The spa was amazing after a long 14hr international flight to Dubai fri USA. Rooms were nice and spacious with super comfortable beds. The Ritz has a nice little mall attached to the hotel.

I don’t even know where to begin in thanking The Ritz-Carlton DIFC for what they did for my mom’s birthday. They didn’t just celebrate her, they touched her heart in such a deep way that she cried tears of joy. It was one of the most beautiful and emotional experiences we’ve ever had, and I will forever be grateful. A heartfelt thank you to Saad, Gerald, Jomar, Honey, Rachel, and Dimple. You weren’t just doing your jobs; you poured so much love, care, and thoughtfulness into every detail, and it showed. From start to finish, everything felt so personal, so genuine, and so full of warmth. You gave my mom a memory she will hold close to her heart forever, and as her daughter, seeing her that happy meant the world to me. This wasn’t just luxury service; it was kindness, it was love, it was magic. Thank you, Ritz-Carlton DIFC, for making my mom feel so special and celebrated. We will never forget it ❤️
