Excellent stay
Another exceptional stay at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC, truly my second home. The outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and warm welcome make every visit memorable. Tip top client resolution.
There are times when guests complain. And then what sets the great hotels apart from the others is how the Hotel deals with the complaint. I saw this at the Ritz-Carlton today. The guest was unhappy. The staff brought a manager and the manager, in this case Natalya Anoshkina (Front Office Manager) dealt with the disgruntled guest. Beautifully. She listened, and he ranted, and she listened and then, once he had exhausted his tirade (and realised that he was making a fuss about nothing) she quickly suggested a solution and executed it to his eminent satisfaction. This is a great hotel.

My recent stay at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai International Financial Centre was truly exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the overall experience was outstanding. What made the stay truly memorable was the exceptional service from the Ladies & Gentlemen.
