The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre

We were staying for two nights in The Ritz-Carlton DIFC and had a great time there. The staff are very polite and attentive. One day for breakfast at Cara, Mr. John noticed that we did not take any fruits so far and overheard us talking about what kind of fruits we should take. He then took the initiative to prepare and surprise us with a tasty fruit platter. We also want to highlight the attentiveness of the manager, Mr. Jomar. Thank you for having us.

An outstanding stay from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the overall level of service was exceptional throughout. I have to give special mention to three team members who made this trip memorable. Shareef, who picked me up from the airport, went above and beyond - he was incredibly helpful, gave great recommendations on places to visit, and was always ready to assist with anything I needed. His responsiveness and respectfulness set the tone for the whole trip. Jahangir and Saqlain were also wonderful, adding a lot to the experience with their attentiveness and warmth. Room service was excellent, requests were fulfilled within minutes, every time. Overall, this is exactly the kind of five-star experience you’d hope for at a Ritz-Carlton, and I’d happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC. The service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and professional throughout our stay. A special thanks to Saqlain from the Concierge team for his outstanding service and support. He was extremely helpful, attentive, and always made sure we had everything we needed. Service was great. I liked the team at the entrance during check in and check out especially Abdul Razaq and Anil. They were always helpful and they make feel warm by their welcoming habits. Also the team at the spa especially the massage lady called Sari, she is an amazing professional. Last but not least the club lounge team is great; Ehab, Sheila, Sinti, and both chefs.
