I stayed in the hotel for a week, from the first moment as I stepped into Ritz Carlton and checking in until the moment I check out the service provided was at its best. The staff is incredibly nice, sweet and kind. The location of the hotel is good, Burj Khalifa is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are tidy, cleaned every day and spacious. The bathroom is big and has everything you might need. I really enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to be back. Down at the lobby is a great spot to sit, drink coffee and enjoy some calmness.
