Good service
Service is excellent. Tyara at executive lounge is so sweet and helpful. Very impressive at our last afternoon in the hotel. We will definitely come and stay here again when come to Dubai again.

The lounge - 13th floor
This is my second stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre, and as an Ambassador member, I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The lounge offers exceptional food, a relaxing atmosphere, and impeccable service. The staff are always warm and welcoming — a special thanks to Mr. Mohammad from Egypt for his outstanding hospitality and kindness. His attentiveness truly made my visit memorable. I look forward to returning again soon!

Exceptional Service
My husband and I are regular visitors and we could not rate more highly the service from the wonderful staff. The Business Lounge is an oasis of calm , excellent dining and world class service. We must call out Ehab the Club manager and his wonderful team ! We would not stay anywhere else.

Highly recommend this location for business travelers
The hotel was great, the rooms are large. The staff is friendly and willing to do anything to accommodate. The hotel has everything you need, but if you need to visit a mall, it is connected to one for shopping and additional eating places. The location is good for many of the venues in town. Highly recommend this for business travelers.
