The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

Stayed here at the end of our June holiday for 5 days and can’t recommend high enough. Spent most of our time at La Bae and would like to extend a special “thank you” to Su who is an absolute star and a credit to the Ritz Carlton brand. Asian restaurant is first class and would also recommend Tamoka to watch the sun go down down at the beach. All in all, we loved this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future.

We returned to The Ritz-Carlton, JBR Dubai this May – a place that has felt like our second home since 2002. For over two decades, we’ve been coming here multiple times a year, and with every visit, the warmth, care, and excellence of this hotel remind us why it holds such a special place in our hearts. This time, we stayed in a stunning suite that left nothing to be desired. Elegant, spacious, and filled with thoughtful details, it was a haven of comfort. What meant the most to us, though, was the loving attention shown to our daughter – from little surprises to kind words and gestures, she felt truly seen and valued. We had the joy of experiencing several of the hotel’s outstanding restaurants: Blue Jade never ceases to amaze us. The cuisine is refined, delicious, and beautifully presented. This time, our daughter even had the unforgettable opportunity to assist the team during dinner service – a moment she’ll treasure forever. Deep thanks to Evy, Jerick, Glaiza, Tran, Julian, and Jiten for your warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. Splendido delighted us with its wonderful menu and heartfelt service. A very special thank you for organizing a joyful and personal birthday celebration for our daughter – it was such a touching and memorable evening. Our gratitude goes to Lloyd, Magdel, Gabriele, Luciana, Ana, and Linn for making it so magical. At Amaseena, we enjoyed peaceful evenings under the stars with delicious food and gentle service. Thank you to Ahmed, Tawfeek, Mahmoud, and Yara for making each visit feel special – and for creating such lovely moments for our daughter. The Lobby Lounge is one of our favorite places to relax – cozy, welcoming, and always full of friendly faces. Many thanks to Elsa, Vasu, Pauline, and Harshit for your attentive and kind service. Breakfast was a daily highlight. The buffet is by far the best we’ve ever experienced – incredibly diverse, fresh, and beautifully arranged. Tables were cleared quickly, coffee and fresh juices never stopped flowing, and the service was warm and seamless. Heartfelt thanks to Martha, Hshish, Jin, James, Phone, Amit, Hnin, Loshi, Yaninda, Pius, Sagar, Mukesh, Shishupal, and Raju for brightening our mornings. Our daughter loved spending time at the Ritz Kids Club – she was so happy there, we weren’t even allowed to pick her up too early! Thank you Gian, Lyn, and Naychee for creating such a joyful and nurturing space. We also treated ourselves to several exceptional treatments in the Spa, all with Yuni, whose expertise and calm presence made each session feel like a little retreat of its own. Truly world-class. The Fitness Center is modern, well-equipped, and very well managed. Thanks to Sudesh, Elizabeth, and Palitha for your support and friendliness. The Housekeeping team went above and beyond every single day. The suite was immaculate, and the thoughtful surprises left for our daughter warmed our hearts. Thank you Kishore, Rohit, Binod, Santa, Anna, Biswas, and Behera – your care made all the difference. And last but not least, the valet and driveway team: always reliable, always friendly, always attentive – from cold towels and water to warm smiles and kind words. Thank you Waseem, Deepak, Ali, Nasir, Raj, Khurram, Aleem, and Ariel – it’s always a pleasure seeing you. We’re already counting the days until our upcoming summer stay in just a few weeks – we can’t wait to be back, to relax, to laugh, and to see all of you again. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making every visit feel like coming home.
