The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai

We had an amazing time at The Ritz-Carlton from the moment we arrived until we left. The property itself is beautiful, but what really made our stay special was the people. The Club Lounge team went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Big thanks to Brian, Albert, Robert, Pan, Eka, Indra, Khun, Darwin, and Mamta – they were attentive, friendly, and really cared about every detail. The food was fantastic everywhere. Executive Chef Tobias not only served incredible dishes but also shared interesting stories and tips about Dubai. At Splendido, Matteo made us feel so welcome, and at Blue Jade, the team did an incredible job on our last night. Our room was spotless and very comfortable – Hom-Negi made sure everything was perfect, down to the smallest details. At the Kids Pool, Shiva made our child’s days full of fun and laughter. And the Security team was spot-on. Always good to know to be safe. This hotel really combines luxury with a personal touch. We can’t wait to come back.

This is a beautiful, opulent hotel with so many wonderful qualities. The service was impeccable, the spa was gorgeous, the decor was amazing. The night time bar by the beach was so chic. I could go on. 'd like to particularly commend Negi, Khrishana and Subash.

Arrived at 9am from Edinburgh and taken straight to Club Lounge for breakfast. Albert said relax and check in when you’re ready.. .so nice, plus our room was ready early. He explained everything regarding lounge, restaurants,etc. and gave us info. to read at our leisure. Aleem showed us to our room and explained all aspects of the room and had our luggage in place. He also helped us on our departure, such a lovely manner. At the pool the young gentlemen were so helpful and delivered ice cool water bags, fruit and ice lollies. Constant service all day and so friendly. We were half board and loved all the restaurants. Again all staff are impeccable, but Alice in Splendido, Mukhesh in Caravan were extra special in their service and recommendations. All the staff in La Baie were lovely and the food delicious. Our last night we dined in Blue Jade and they’d sprinkled rose petals and put a farewell message on our table.. again food and service amazing! Our room was immaculate with service twice a day by the expert team of Hom, Negi, Rama and Herbert.. I wish I could bring them to my house! Each day there were little towel animals, fresh flowers and chocolates with turn down. The trip was a birthday surprise for my husband Brian and in the room there was a gorgeous chocolate cake, chocolates and fruit. The room also had a fridge and there were lots of bottles of water each day. But I’ve saved the best till last… The Club Lounge. This was the highlight of our trip, such a warm friendly atmosphere with fantastic service. The team led by Brian, assisted by Albert, with Indra and Silvester heading service and Eka and all the other Ladies and Gentlemen looking after us. We didn’t want to leave. The food presentations, variety of top quality drinks, welcoming chat and relaxed atmosphere just made our visit extra special. Brian is a terrific asset to the lounge and we thoroughly enjoyed chatting to him. There was never a feeling of hotel management doing the rounds, Brian is a genuinely friendly man who we were delighted to meet. On leaving they gave us a lovely farewell cake and all said goodbye. Lovely gesture. We would return to The Ritz Carlton in a heartbeat. Thank you all for your personal attention and care.
