My stay at The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm was outstanding. From arrival, the service was impeccable, attentive, and genuinely focused on making the experience seamless. The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant interiors and beautifully designed rooms that offer both comfort and luxury. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every interaction was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and a personal touch that made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. Requests were handled promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Overall, The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm delivers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium hotel experience in Dubai,and I will absolutely be returning.

Wanted to share our special experience we had at the beginning of each morning with Than as our server. We were greeted every morning with an enthusiastic and very friendly smile with impeccable service. Than's personal touch with a warm heart was the highlight of our day. Good people make the difference!! St Regis Dubai Palm Jumeirah is the perfect location with 5 star service!!

Although this has been a bit late for review due to busy months & holidays.. we as a family would like to thanks and commend the superb customer service and friendly staff of St. Regis The Palm. They have made a big impact on our holiday in Dubai not only for their outstanding customer service but also very friendly and helpful people, it was like always a very warm welcoming atmosphere from the following people who we had personal encounters with. First would be our butler, ANISH, we deeply thank him for the warm and great service for helping to secretly prepare with my husband our anniversary surprise, aside from that he made an extra effort and his own personal touch to give my son his favorite paw patrol toy that we truly appreciate, as parents, we were deeply moved. Second is, JOYCE from concierge, who has greatly helped me personally with my cargo box that was collected by the freight company i contacted as well as always being prompt & patient with our questions at the concierge. We would also like to thank CHENEE the supervisor who welcomed as warmly during our stay. Lastly to, RICA , the hutker supervisor for the dessert platter she gave after we got locked inside our room and couldn’t go out due to door lock jam and to MUSHAROF from Butler service too for always attending to us and asking us if everything is okay whenever we get to see him around and to NAVEENA, housekeeping supervisor for providing my son kid’s amenity kit as well as anniversary preparations.. Pls let the management and them know how grateful we are for making our 2 week stay truly unforgettable.
