The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm

I had a wonderful experience at The St. Regis Bar, The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Nikko and Vian for their outstanding service and hospitality. They were incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. What stood out to me the most was the way they treated me with genuine kindness and respect, making me feel just as welcome and valued as every other guest. Their warm attitude, attention to detail, and dedication to providing excellent service made my experience truly memorable. Thank you, Nikko and Vian, for going above and beyond to create such a pleasant atmosphere. I look forward to visiting again and highly recommend The St. Regis Bar to anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality.

The St. Regis is located on the trunk of the Palm Jumeirah, attached to the Nakheel Mall. It sits inland on the Palm without direct beach access, though it does offer access to a nearby beach club for adults. If you're traveling with kids, there are many other properties on the Palm with direct, family-friendly beach access. There are two pool areas at the St. Regis (one on each side of the tower) outside of the Rüya and Cordelia restaurants, but both felt more like pools for the bars and restaurants than a hotel pool—waitstaff explicitly expected you to order something to use the lounge chairs. Rooms are clean, with good views over the Palm. As a Bonvoy Ambassador elite member, I had a king room with a great view, but it was on the smaller side for luxury properties in Dubai, including what I've previously experienced at the St. Regis Downtown Dubai. Service was wonderful throughout my stay, from the front desk to the front door team.

The one St. Regis to stay in Dubai as it is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed. Although we had a standard room, this hotel had our hearts melted. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and we felt like royals in this hotel. Located in the heart of the Palm right next to shopping mall. You could access the mall directly from the hotel lobby. Breakfast was amazing with vast selection of food options. The pool area had really comfortable sun beds with signature St. Regis towels and amenities.

A lovely place to have a coffee or a dessert. Staff is super welcoming. Very beautiful interior.Rooms in the hotel are beautiful decorated in light colours. Cardia restaurant serves delicious breakfast, lunch or dinner.

I went to Del Mar restaurant. It’s a Russian restaurant. It’s very nice! I had a really good experience there. The food was yummy and the drinks were delicious
