The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm

I'm staying at Room 11XX. It's been a few days but I am already blown away by every details of this hotel. The breakfast is super nice, the room is very pretty and clean; which is something I highly put significance onto. I am already swooped by the hospitality; thanks to Housekeeping Supervisor Anoop, I feel very pleased during my stay. I would like to give my thanks to them for making my stay feel better.

Beautiful rooms with brilliant serice and great location when on the Palm. The ability to walk into the mall made a huge difference when considering what to do. Traffic is a nightmare and the mall made this liveable. Parking was easy, food was great and the overall experience was very good. Would go back if it wasn't for traffic on the Palm.

St. Regis Dubai Palm is everything you’d expect from a St. Regis property. Impeccably clean, attentive staff and amazing food make this property an excellent choice in Dubai. Buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was amazing. I stayed in the Grand Deluxe King room with sea view and 24hr butler and breakfast. This room was on the 9th floor. I suggest this exact room for the best experience. Every butler that attended me treated me like royalty. I even requested laundry service for dry cleaning and wash and fold which was extremely convenient. Two butlers stood out to me and they went over and beyond to make my stay extremely comfortable. Thank you Praveen and Khadeisha for always greeting me with a smile with so much respect and professionalism. The Butlers are truly what makes the whole hotel experience special. If you ever plan a stay at this hotel I hope you are blessed with one of the butlers I mentioned. Everything else like the location of the hotel near the beach, a mall connected to the hotel, the train at the top of the hotel, and multiple restaurants, etc made my stay a 5 star experience. I had a wonderful stay at The St. Regis on Palm Jumeirah. The suite, the view, and the bathtub were incredibly relaxing, and the complimentary beach access offered stunning sunset views. The buffet breakfast was rich and delicious, with a great variety of options — I especially enjoyed being able to order different styles of coffee and eggs. After just a few visits, Khin remembered my preferences and warmly helped me get exactly what I liked every time. I’d also like to thank Kul and Thomas for keeping the room spotless, Abla for assisting with packing as our butler, and Pascaline and Godfrey for helping with the room move.
