Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic stay at the St Regis (from 28.06 until 05.07.25). From the moment we arrived, the exceptional customer service truly stood out, particularly from the butlers who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special shoutout goes to Pintu, who welcomed us with such warmth and genuine energy. From our very first day, he made us feel right at home. His attentiveness and ability to remember all our preferences throughout our stay made every breakfast smooth and filled with positive vibes. It was such a delight to start our mornings with his cheerful presence! We also want to express our gratitude to Deepak for his outstanding service and to the lovely Zhuldyz. We appreciate the team who made our room clean to perfection every single day!The entire staff was incredible, making us feel valued and cared throughout all our visit. The hotel itself was excellent, with fantastic facilities that catered perfectly to our family needs. We had everything we could ask for to enjoy our time together, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the St. Regis the Palm! Living in old house

I recently stayed at the St. Regis Dubai, The Palm in the Metropolitan Suite and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations for a hotel of this caliber. From the start, the suite had several issues: the lighting system was problematic and difficult to operate, and the hotel telephone was not functioning properly, which made it inconvenient to reach the front desk or room service. To add to the discomfort, I found some of the pillows to be visibly dirty, which was disappointing and concerning in terms of hygiene. On the last day of my stay, I requested a late checkout. I was informed that I would need to pay 900 SAR for a half-day extension, which I agreed to and paid. However, after the payment was processed, I was later told that they would refund the amount — something that could have been clarified earlier to avoid confusion. While I appreciate the gesture of the refund, the overall experience left much to be desired, especially considering the reputation and price point of the St. Regis brand. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to improve future guest experiences.

The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm is one of the most gorgeous hotels I have ever stayed at. The service is impeccable and the team made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Small details such as the in-room notes/letters and the thoughtfulness and friendliness of the team made my experience really special! The spa is beautiful and I had an incredible massage while there. The food selections are varied and the breakfast is really stunning. I would return here in a heartbeat! Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a sophisticated, refined and luxurious experience.

Zaw Myo Thant service

I had lost my suitcase and was stressed Zaw Myo Thant really went above and beyond for me helping me to call the airport and look for my bag . He got me all the information and quickly located my suitcase for me . Being in a new country and not having access to contacts is always daunting . His service really made my trip comfortable

I'm staying at Room 11XX. It's been a few days but I am already blown away by every details of this hotel. The breakfast is super nice, the room is very pretty and clean; which is something I highly put significance onto. I am already swooped by the hospitality; thanks to Housekeeping Supervisor Anoop, I feel very pleased during my stay. I would like to give my thanks to them for making my stay feel better.
