Excellent stay at Taj Dubai – outstanding service and memorable dining We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Dubai. The hotel itself is elegant and well-located in Business Bay, but what truly stood out was the service. Mgr Rajib and Mgr Birag looked after us exceptionally well throughout our stay — attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their care made the experience feel personal and seamless. A special highlight was the phenomenal service at Bombay Brasserie. Our host, Jagan, went above and beyond to make every meal memorable. From thoughtful recommendations to warm hospitality, Jagan made us feel truly welcome. The food was outstanding — authentic, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The breakfast was also incredible — a generous and high-quality spread that set a great tone for each day. Everything from the variety to the freshness exceeded expectations. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommend the Taj Dubai, and especially the team at Bombay Brasserie. Thank you, Rajib, Birag, and Jagan, for making our visit so special.

Every time we visit, his service is excellent and he always makes us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. I have stayed at Taj Dubai on numerous occasions during my business trips, and it has consistently been a wonderful experience. The hotel offers an excellent blend of comfort, hospitality, and elegance. The breakfast is always excellent, with a great variety and quality, while the ambience throughout the hotel is sophisticated, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff are courteous and professional, making every stay comfortable and seamless. A special mention to Priyanshi at the front desk, who was exceptionally polite, respectful, and welcoming. Her professionalism and warm approach truly reflect the high standards of hospitality at Taj DXB. This property continues to be my preferred choices whenever I visit Dubai for business. I look forward to returning and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding hotel experience.
