Taj Dubai

Fantastic experience. From check in where we were given the room at 7am when we arrived from the airport. High quality hotel in a great central location, very friendly staff and high quality breakfast and dinner options. Could not fault it.

The Taj Dubai is an outstanding and truly luxurious property with a distinct and charming Indian character, which I found quite appealing. The rooms at the hotel are large, spacious, and technologically current, with remarkably comfortable beds, and the service is exceptionally good throughout the property. Housekeeping, handled by Muhammad and Maria, was excellent throughout my stay, and my room was maintained immaculately at all times. The bathrooms are stocked with toiletries from Molton Brown, which happens to be one of my favorite brands. My stay included breakfast, with both buffet and a la carte options. The quality and taste of the food were excellent, even though the buffet was not extensive and the a la carte choices were somewhat limited. Mayank Tahpilal, the restaurant manager, was very attentive and made sure that breakfast was to my liking on each day of my stay. I ordered room service twice, during my stay, and the food was very good on both occasions. The Chicken Tikka Masala, in particular, along with paratha were very good. The servings were huge and I was unable to finish the meal on my own on both occasions. I experienced a billing issue on the day of my checkout that required attention, but the hotel's response was prompt, professional, and generous. The management of the hotel, and in particular Assistant Front Office Manager, Rajib Dey, handled the matter effectively, with sincerity and efficiency. Rajib Dey is a particularly capable and dedicated hospitality professional, and his efforts to make things right were evident. He made my stay special in more ways than one. The hotel is located very near the Dubai Mall, which has some great shops and wonderful eateries. The hotel no longer offers the shuttle service it once did, and despite the short distance, Dubai heat makes walking to the mall impractical. It is best to drive or take a cab. I look forward to returning to the Taj Dubai and recommend the hotel highly.

Everything was perfect the Vallet staff was friendly at the reception Adrianne was friendly she gave us room with burj khalifa view room was clean really highly recommended.
