Reviews for Taj Dubai
Worst experience ever from a 5* hotel.
Staff accidentally charged me my accomodation twice. Being told "Don't worry, you 'll be refunded in 4-5 days". Day 5th I ask again - don't worry, you'll be refunded in 14-21 days. Day 7 is my checkout, I check with my bank (I'm a developer there, I know how payments work) - and I see that the refund hasn't even been initiated by the hotel. Got in touch with 3-4 people so far, everyone is ignoring me. This is how you run a 5* hotel?

Great hospitality & tasty food
Too good to stay. Food is next level especially if you are interested in Indian food. Swimming pool is not deep, ok ok. Hospitality is great.

Luxury Stay with Stunning Views
Stayed at Taj Dubai for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The view of the city skyline, especially around Downtown, was fantastic. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast had a great selection and everything was fresh and well prepared. The location is also very convenient, close to major attractions and shopping areas. Would happily return when visiting Dubai again.

Beyond great hotel
I want yo say thank you the team overall . The Duty manager Priyanshi. Everything was great despite what happened in Dubai with the airspace . Priyanshi Stand out with her personalize service. She make my son feel comfortable and make sure he was happy and getting the welcome drink he love so much . They guys at the pool to were great . I received balloons 🎈 and cake 🍰 to celebrate my birthday that was a nice surprise from the hotel . My feedback was about flexibility with the calls from the room in the middle of a crisis I didn’t expect to have to pay for emergency calls to get a flight home . I am sure the team will handle this feedback.
