Clear Communication and Excellent Service
We stayed at Taj Dubai again, and this time the experience was excellent. During our previous stay, the main issue was communication - it was very difficult to reach the hotel before arrival and even during the stay. This time, however, there was a clear improvement. Every time we reached out, we received timely responses, which made the whole experience much smoother and more comfortable. The service itself was great on both stays, but this time everything felt complete. A special thank you to Mansi at the reception - she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Her attention, care, and willingness to help really stood out. Can definitely recommend.

Amazing experience at Taj business bay
Right from the entrance, all staff are amazing with their welcoming nature and great hospitality. Room was spacious with good views. Best part was the breakfast...Lavish and so much variety. We had great stay at Taj business bay...we definitely recommend

Worst experience ever from a 5* hotel.
Staff accidentally charged me my accomodation twice. Being told "Don't worry, you 'll be refunded in 4-5 days". Day 5th I ask again - don't worry, you'll be refunded in 14-21 days. Day 7 is my checkout, I check with my bank (I'm a developer there, I know how payments work) - and I see that the refund hasn't even been initiated by the hotel. Got in touch with 3-4 people so far, everyone is ignoring me. This is how you run a 5* hotel?
