An unforgettable trip in the beautifully grand Dubai @Taj Dubai!
Touring eastern Europe with 3 friends where we extended 2 days in Dubai before transiting back to SG. It was an eye-opener experiencing Dubai’s 40 degrees extremely hot weather in June, so glad we stayed at the prestigious Taj Dubai hotel which is excellently located, close proximity to the famous super grand Dubai Mall as well as to some of the famous monuments like Burj Khalifa, Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, Dubai Frame, Mueseum of The Future, etc. Special appreciation to the most hospitable Duty Mgrs Mr Saif Khan & Mr Khaleed, the very helpful Front Office Associate Ms Khushi & Conceirge Mr Selvestor, as well as a very honest Housekeeping staff Ms Mary whom found my rose gold bracelet on the floor in the room which I’ve dropped without knowing, when I returned to ask & seek help from the hotel, she readily returned it to me. THANK YOU all again for making my Dubai trip a most memorable one & please keep up your amazing service excellence! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Very poor service, not up to Taj standards
The guests in room next to me were arguing until late into the night. I had to change room at 1am. The way the move was handled was very poor and the support I received for this inconvenience was dreadful. In fact I was so dissatisfied with the service that I curtailed my stay and left a day early. This is very unlike the service I have received at other Taj properties which has been excellent.
