We came to this wonderful hotel to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. ✨🎂 A truly luxurious hotel with exceptional service and attention to every detail. We stayed at this beautiful hotel for nine days, and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was truly outstanding. Every single one of our wishes was taken care of, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. The food was also excellent, and our room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The entire hotel is stunning and offers such a wonderful atmosphere. A special thank you to Sarthak, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. His warm and friendly service really stood out to us and made our experience even more special. Thank you to the entire team for making our nine-day stay so wonderful. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely come back again!

We had a great time at the hotel clean comfortable and beautiful location. Didn’t enjoy the burger much but all else was great, Zia was great in the checkout process from picking up are back to assisting when we realised we left me phone and escorted me back and back car with luggage, kind and professional!

We have just returned home from the Taj as a family of 5. The hotel was a wonderful stay, the staff were amazing and had the highest standard of customer service, nothing was too much, you could tell they really cared about their guests. The pool and loungers were always available no matter the time of day, no sunbed wars here. The staff provided you with ice cold water bottles throughout the day, unlimited. The restaurant staff were so attentive, remembering your coffee and drinks orders as the week went on. They really made you feel welcome and again the customer service was unmatched. A special praise to Ryan, Nishan and Sudhir, they were so sweet and kind to us and our children. There is a lot of Indian cuisine but a lot a lot of international choice, a really good balance. The breakfast was really good and fresh, you can order some items freshly made for you. Ice coffees, french toast and hot drinks all included in half board. We had the à la carte lunch one day as we dined out in the evening and it was some of the best hotel food we have ever had. We also enjoyed the family brunch on Saturday, that was great, open to the public, small supplement to pay. They had a fantastic singer and the vibe was great, clown for the kids entertainment and performer making balloons. The hotel was spotless, welcoming and definitely 5 star experience.
