We booked two rooms, each with two adults and two children. We were greeted warmly with a welcome drink and a seashell garland, which have been wonderfully crafted and are currently worn by children. Ms. Kartika handled the check-in process professionally; she greeted us warmly and thoroughly discussed all of the hotel's amenities. She was also quite cooperative during check-out, which was completed quickly and without any wait. We had booked full board, so the buffet included a wide range of Indian and international foods that even our children enjoyed. Despite the busy times, the restaurant crew always manages to put a smile on their faces and assist every customer. We were even more impressed when we realised that they were all doing it from the bottom of their hearts. In the pool area, the lifeguards were friendly and helpful, and the pool was clean and tidy. Children enjoyed playing the video games, chess, and other indoor games that were available in the kids' play area. Most importantly, I would like to express sincere thanks to Usman for the wonderful Arabic coffee and dates, the front desk manager, and Linu for helping me reserve the best parking spot when I returned from a quick drive with my family during my stay since I prefer to park vehicle on my own. Last but not least, the room was immaculate and rather large, with a balcony that overlooked a breathtaking vista. Thus, our total experience has definitely convinced us to return to Taj The Palm for our staycation.

Our stay was fantastic with the kindest staff who went above and beyond at every opportunity to tend to any need. We came as a group of friends for a relaxing weekend/mommy getaway. Spa was fantastic, I had amazing 3 services with Lawmi & the spa staff were all great and there was a high attention to detail. We had a great meal at Varq - the whole meal was memorable, (we had both the veg and non veg exotica samplers and everything we tried was delicious) and we had a kind waiter from Indore although I can’t recall his name. Lobby, housekeeping, in room dining and pool/beach staff were all very attentive and friendly. We cannot fault the entire staff for anything from start to finish during our visit. They all exceeded expectations. The room was well appointed & I appreciated the attached wardrobe room. The bed was very comfortable. Lighting in the bathroom was a bit dark but it was ok because of the strong lighting from the vanity mirror so makeup wasn’t an issue, and the room seemed smaller than 40 meters but I think that included the wardrobe space and maybe since it was so well appointed with furniture. The balcony was amazing and surprisingly private; the sea view was well worth the upgrade. Soundproofing was really good - I couldn’t hear the loud neighbors at all once inside my room and I couldn’t hear anything from outside when the balcony door was closed. You can hear everything from the hallway which is why I knew I had loud neighbors but that is not an issue since within the room all I heard was silence from all directions. The hotel is very clean in all public and private areas. The vegan burger I had for in room dining was the best I’ve ever had. The only complaint I have about the entire stay was that there was apparently a birthday party for a bunch of young girls in the pool, and that hindered our plans to enjoy the pool and pool bar that afternoon before heading out. We expect kids and we also know that hotels fill their pools with day passes. But this was really an onslaught of so many kids who parked themselves at the bar and prevented us from enjoying the ambiance we came to enjoy or give us space to make our own orders. I think they should have been moved to the other side of the pool and enjoyed their drinks at the second bar that wasn’t in operation. The only other thing I wished is that the night life was more lively. We didn’t feel the vibes in raia any night we were there as it was very dark and aged (surprising for a new & beautiful property) and was always empty. We checked a few nights and always decided to go off property instead. Maybe this is because it was low season so might be more lively in high season but we did find better ambiance at the locations we chose to visit off property. Would return to this hotel without hesitation & would definitely consider coming with the kids next time too. It is clear that is is very well managed and they care so much about the guest experience. Highly recommend.

The right resort for the last days of our first vacation in the UAE. Nice room and very attentive staff. We booked half board and tried a different restaurant for every dinner of our vacation. We loved every single food experience! Especially at Raia with a very nice view! Very nice experience, which is highly recommended!

We loved our two day stay, the hospitality is very good. We got upgraded for a sea view room and the room was really nice. There are lot of activities for kids, there is a kids club and games room so if one is looking for some fun for kids this is the place.The food is scrumptious we tried their spice soiree and even though our stomach was full we couldn't stop eating. The ambiance is really nice. People looking for vegetarian food in Indian cuisine you can try so many options. Overall we had a an awesome stay
