Had great high tea time and Ms Khin was amazing in service . I really appreciate her service with smile , explanation on variety was good . Great experience !

The best hotel/ resort we've stayed in. The staff, facilities, dining, cleanliness and service was outstanding. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, always smiling and with a warm greeting, going above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Only drawback is the location of the resort, whilst quiet and self sufficient it can be costly to go to other attractions in Dubai outside of the shuttle bus times which only run twice a day. A more regular service would be grateful. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this resort with the hope you too will have an amazing stay.

This is our 3rd time at this hotel. Have been to others including the Atlantis and the service here is impeccable. The minute you are greeted you just feel you can relax and start your holiday, this place is soon safe. As usual the cleaning is to an amazing status, the life guards are so friendly and will help you with anyone. Mathias the lifeguard helped us a couple of times when we needed things and was really friendly and efficient. The waiters in the restaurant so professional, always willing to help and especially the you guy from Nepal that used to bring me fresh nan breads 😁😁 lovely to see women working too. As the pool is large there are beautiful sun beds, 4 posters and never did we not get a lounger even coming down midday. Sunbed wars If your looking to switch off and be looked after this is your hotel. It is nearly at the furthest point on the palm but it's peaceful, no swarms of people like the Atlantis. If the hotel could look at one thing it would be the food choice. Breakfast amazing however dinner what you had on the grill stations were then used the next night. Previously lots of fish, salmon etc, this time it was. Steak, then steak in jus etc. Lots of regular faces which was lovely to see. This is amazing hotel, but is far away from attractions and you will need cabs you can't walk. Thank you again for a lovely stay and see you next year 😁

Our family spent 5 wonderful nights at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Room service was consistently outstanding, every meal was of the highest quality, and the staff demonstrated warmth, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. From start to finish, everything was seamless. We left with beautiful memories and look forward to returning soon.
