Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai

We had the loveliest Sunday afternoon tea as a family myself, my husband Steve, our daughter Sophia, and little Roman. The atmosphere was beautiful, made even more special by the live pianist playing softly in the background. Everything felt relaxed and elegant, with a perfect balance of indulgence and calm. The food was delicious beautifully presented and full of flavour and our waitress, Elaine, was absolutely fabulous. She was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel extra personal. It was such a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon, and we all left smiling. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special, relaxing afternoon tea experience!

Dubai is crazy so it was always nice to come back to the calm of this hotel. Staff let us check in early which was greatly appreciated as we flew through the night with no sleep but we did not get a welcome drink nor a face flannel which would have been a nice touch. We got a room upgrade and the cleaner decorated our room and left treats daily. Breakfast buffet was nice. Eggs were cooked to perfection-I am fussy with my fried eggs but never had to ask them to cook more. Some food was warm and not hot hot hot so you should look into that. Ankita and Anjun were amazing at breakfast and arranged fruit and freshly baked almond croissants. Staff like this are an asset to the Taj Group. Pool area is lovely and they provide free water in a little cooler box. Pool does not get rowdy as some resorts can feel overcrowded. Beach was clean and well kept. Spa very overpriced and you would get more guests use the facilities it was slightly cheaper. They did sound bath healing and yoga which was nice: The gym was small for the size of the hotel. The hotel is at the far end on the crescent of the palm so it takes 20 mins to drive round so taxis will be expensive to get anywhere. Traffic is also bad. Next time I would stay in town at Dubai Marina or the JBR area as nearer to everything. West Palm Beach is nice at night if you don't want to venture to far. There is self parking at the hotel if you hire a car.

As usual the Taj Exotica was amazing. Spotlessly clean and the service was outstanding. Auyb and Diksha in the Club Lounge were just fantastic. Joseph also took time to talk to us and listen to feedback. He has created an excellent team who looked after us very well. Can’t wait to go back 😊

What an amazing hotel . We were met by Sarthak in reception not only did he check us in but also looked after us for our 2 weeks stay his attention to detail is brilliant and a credit to hotel ,the girl on guest relations was so helpful to us and Karzi who cleaned our room was great. The food was amazing a great mix of Indian and European and the different restaurants to eat in on the half board option with plenty of choices was great. The pool was very big with a pool bar again staffed by some great guys . The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean , We have stayed on the Palm on numerous occasions at different hotels but this our amazing find and will definitely return in the future.
