Fantastic experience
This is a lovely hotel and everything was immaculate. Staff are superb, hard working, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We have been working in the club lounge and the staff have been absolutely fantastic- the most attentive of any hotel I have ever been to. Especially thanks to Shabbir, Madhuri and Timira who honestly could not have done more to look after us. Absolutely outstanding service- they are a credit to the hotel. Will be recommending the Taj to others.

Outstanding Hotel & Club Lounge
Absolutely outstanding experience so far at this hotel. In the club lounge where we have been working, the staff Shabbir, Timira and Mabhuri have been amazing. Wonderful service, fast, helpful and the food and drink has been delicious. Thank you so much for helping us during our work.

Best hotel
The hotel was beautiful, the staff were excellent - great service could not do enough for you always with a smile , very friendly and clearly take pride in making your stay special.Food was the best we have ever had. We usually stay in the hotels in Jumeirah beach whilst they are beautiful they feel so impersonal in comparison. At the Taj they make you feel very welcome , we were very impressed with the cleaning of our room the service at dining Helped by Abdul and the manager who clearly dedicated to their work and I do believe this exceptional effort they make made our stay very enjoyable . The spa treatments are a little pricey my son said it was very relaxing first time he had an Ayurvedic treatment thoroughly enjoyed it and again fantastic staff . Will definitely stay at their resorts again !

Amazing service.
The facility is very high quality and the service is extraordinary. In fact, the service is perhaps unmatched in my experience, especially in the club lounge. Everyone there was incredibly attentive and genuinely helpful, but I have to especially thank Shabbir and Sufiyan for their kindness and extra efforts to make our entire family feel welcome.

Good Coffee-Bar!
The Hotel & the overall experience was perfect! Everything like you would expect from a nice Hotel in Palm Jumeirah. Especially the opportunity to grab a really quality coffee at the little coffeshopp in the lobby was great! Thats not really comon in hotels. The waitress Miheeka was so kind & friendly. I think i will always keep her in mind. Thanks for a professional & lovely Experience
