Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai

Just returned from a lovely holiday at the Taj, it was very relaxing, the Hotel was exceptional and very good value for money. It is on the end of the palm so is quiet, maybe not suited to families with older children who may want more excitement. The best thing about the hotel was the staff, so caring and attentive, especially our new friend Shubham. I will definitely be visiting again in the near future.

We stayed at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm in December 2025 for our honeymoon, traveling as a family, my husband, our 8-month-old baby, and me, and this hotel exceeded every possible expectation. From the very moment we stepped into the hotel, we were met with exceptional warmth, kindness, and genuine care. We arrived very early in the morning and were informed that the official check-in would be about five hours later. However, the staff went above and beyond and managed to prepare our room within just one hour, which meant so much to us, especially with a baby. As it was our honeymoon, the hotel surprised us with a beautiful honeymoon gesture, which made our stay even more special and memorable. The cleanliness throughout the entire resort is impeccable: rooms, restaurants, common areas, pool, and beach are all spotless. The staff is truly outstanding: professional, attentive, incredibly kind, and always smiling. They are without question the heart and soul of this hotel. The food was absolutely perfect. We had breakfast and dinner included, and honestly, we were “angry” in the best possible way because the dinner options changed constantly, with new and exciting dishes every evening. We felt obliged to try everything and yes, we may have gained a little weight because everything was simply too delicious to resist. The pool is stunning, the beach is beautiful and pristine, and the entire resort feels peaceful, luxurious, and perfectly maintained. This hotel is made exceptional by its people the staff working both behind the scenes and in direct contact with guests. They are the reason this place deserves 10 stars, not just 5, although it unquestionably meets and exceeds every five-star standard. We will cherish this honeymoon forever and cannot wait to return. For the best experience in Dubai, Visit this Taj There's seriously nothing to complain. Food was delicious + rooms were clean + Hospitality was great.

Absolutely excellent room in terms of space , comfort and layout . The hotel was absolutely superb . The service and quality of food in all of the restaurants was exceptional . Also enjoyed the club lounge . Probably the best hotel we’ve stayed in due to the quality of the hotel , the staff , etc. Would we return ? Most definitely.
