Really good service and hygienic and good quality of food the staff was really respectful humble.subodha provided us with very good service. She is a careful person. Superb staff in this wonderful hotel & Quality customer service. That hotel is very beautiful. staff is very friendly.

Our stay at taj Exotica Dubai the palm was fantastic. The hotel was comfortable exceptionally clean and all staff were professional and very attentive to our every need. The hotel interior is impressive and opulent with beautiful furniture and carefully presented displays. The grounds are perfectly manicured and standards of cleanliness are constantly maintained throughout the day. Staff numbers are plentiful ensuring every need is met. Nothing is too much trouble, the desire of the staff to make your stay memorable is genuine. My wife unfortunately fell ill during our stay (nothing to do with the stay). The hotel staff were outstanding, sending the hotel nurse to assess my wife and then put in place a call from a doctor. They amended our package to recognise the fact that my wife could not leave the room for a few days and provided room service at no extra cost to our half board package. The staff frequently asked after my wife and if there was anything else they could do to help. The restaurants were equally good with a good range of food options from buffet meal options and gourmet pub food through to high end Lebanese and Indian dinning. We also used the 'club lounge' facility. The quality of food and drink provided at the club was exceptional in taste and presentation. Club Lounge staff were attentive and caring towards individual needs, remembering individual requests and just generally interested in how you are and what you have done during the day. The club lounge staff were particularly caring with regards to my wife always asking after her and going the extra mile to provide little luxuries to make her feel better. Of note, our thanks to the Taj Club Lounge Team Bijaya, Malkeim, Simran, Shabbir, Sifiyan and Thinira. The pool was large and well maintained as was the beach area with lifeguards always on hand.

We stayed at Taj Palm resort for the 1st time & had a lovely experience from the moment we arrived! The welcome ceremony set the tone for next few days as it was very personal and easy. Everywhere we visited from breakfast, poolside to dinner the staff were always very attentive & welcoming and every point. Aditi on reception was great from begging to end of our stay & the biggest shout-out to Billion at the Poolside 🙌 High energy along with John & team… One thing to point out would be for the cx team to work on the poolside ambience - music could be louder at the right times, and the vibe itself could do with some attention. Will definitely be coming back soon!! Viren 😎

An exceptional experience in every sense. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cuisine was exquisite, the location absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself immaculately clean and beautifully maintained. What truly sets this property apart is the outstanding staff—gracious, attentive, and genuinely world-class. A flawless stay and truly one of the finest experiences we’ve ever had. We very much look forward to returning.

Just back from a week at the Taj Exotica and in summary would thoroughly recommend the hotel and its excellent staff. From the moment we arrived our luggage was whisked from out taxi, and the concierge "Vaas" sat us down in reception with a welcome drink, we felt at home. The hotel is new and therefore the room decor and communal areas are of a very high standard. We stayed during what appeared to be a quiter period but there was no sign of the hotel downgrading services or reducing staff as you would get in Europe. There were enough restaurants varirty for a week, and theme nights to complement. Would recommend a cocktail in Raia on the balcony, whether you eat there or not. Great views from either side of the bar - and a special mention to all the staff in here who were ALL excellent, I think Michael served us a few times and was a real star. The pool is superb and enjoyed the swim up bars, I would add it opens early so if you enjoy an early morning swim - I think from 7am before it heats up, this is a big plus. In summary great staff in all areas and high quality service.
