Welcoming check in process. Alka was very professional and spot on with her efficiency. Vikas at the concierge is the reason that we decided to stay there. Suman at the Palm Kitchen was very professional and welcoming.

We are currently at the Taj Exotica and the stay here is nothing short of what you'd associate with the Taj brand. From the moment you step in you'll be left in awe. Dubai is known for it's unique buildings sprinkling the skyline which are a marvel to see! The interior designer here has also injected just that into this space. Stepping into what I can say is one of the most gorgeous lobby I have seen, with it's high ceilings and graceful centre pieces as the focal point and it's clean sleek lines gives you the wow factor immediately and you'll know you're stay here is going to be a memorable one. After the refreshing welcome drink and orientation we went to our room. A fabulous space decorated in my favourite colours teal, warm browns and gold where everything you will need and more for your stay has been provided. The rooms are spacious and I was immensely grateful for a palm facing view - this really has been the highlight. I have stayed at numerous hotels in Dubai and this stay has made me realise I am someone who appreciates having a balcony. To wake up and walk onto the balcony and be able to unwind with this spectacular ocean view is truly a feeling I will cherish. I have travelled here with my 14 year old and this place has made an impression on her - so much so I'm told this is the only hotel she wants to come back to! Kids love a fab swimming pool and the one here is very inviting and maintained to a high standard. There are ample sun loungers with large umbrellas, much appreciated in this heat. There are numerous cabanas lining the swimming pool to really elevate the experience. We were lucky enough to relax in these but I can imagine in peak season these would be highly sought after! The hard work provided in the open sun by the lifeguards and pool attendants does not go unnoticed. Thank you for staying so upbeat and looking after everyone during these hottest summer days. I love walking and one of the best things about this site was that it has ample indoor space in the Emperor lounge and a huge open outdoor space with lots of pockets of seating again both indoors and out. What's a review without dedicating space for the best part of a holiday - the food! There is plenty of choice for dining. Varq, the onsite Indian restaurant, Roaring Rabbit which is like a British pub, Raia which is closed currently and the Palm Kitchen which is where we had our breakfast and dinners. We have quite specific dietary requirements, we are vegan and do not have onion/garlic. Majority of the buffet was not suitable for us unfortunately. Saying that, I don't think I've ever come across a team of individuals who have been so inclusively minded. We have had so many willing to help but I wanted to shout out a few who have made the dining here so effortless for us. The chefs Arjun, Asheesh and Raj, you and your team have prepared our meals with so much love and flavour, Taj Exotica are very privileged to have you as their chefs. The waiting team Suman, Avinash, Sudhir and Abdul have served our food with smiles and we have been made to feel special with your attention to our orders, thank you to you all. So apparently we'll be back ;) and honestly I can't wait!

We recently spent a weekend at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai to celebrate my father's birthday, and I can confidently say this was one of the finest hotel experiences our family has had in the UAE. As Indians, the Taj brand has always carried a sense of warmth and hospitality for us, and this stay exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived until the moment we departed, every interaction reflected genuine care, professionalism, and an attention to detail that is becoming increasingly rare. The resort itself is beautifully located at the end of the Eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, offering a peaceful, spacious atmosphere away from the bustle of the city. Despite the hotel being busy with families and children, it remained remarkably calm and quiet throughout our stay, making for an incredibly restful weekend. We stayed in one of the suites, and the accommodation was outstanding—beautifully furnished, exceptionally spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully equipped for the Dubai summer with plenty of complimentary water. The turndown service was excellent, including preparing the sofa bed for the evening, embellishing it for my father's birthday with decoration, and every aspect of housekeeping was handled with care. A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team members who made our stay so memorable: - Karthika, whose warm, genuine smile made check-in feel effortless from the very beginning. - Rishi, who welcomed us by name the moment we arrived and ensured we were comfortably settled in with remarkable professionalism. - Kapil from Housekeeping, whose attention to detail during turndown service and responsiveness to every request was exceptional. - Shabbir at the pool, who looked after us throughout the day, ensuring our loungers were perfectly arranged and refreshments were never far away. - Shubham at the Taj Club Lounge, whose hospitality and attentiveness made every visit to the lounge a pleasure. - Pragun and Raj at Varq, who hosted us so graciously and ensured our birthday dinner was a memorable one. My sincere compliments also go to the chefs at Varq. As vegetarians, we were genuinely impressed by the quality of every dish we ordered, particularly the dal, which was among the finest I have ever tasted. It was an outstanding meal from start to finish. One detail that particularly stood out was the communication between departments. Because we were celebrating my father's birthday, staff members across the resort—from restaurants to the Club Lounge and beyond—acknowledged the occasion and wished him personally. That level of coordination speaks volumes about the culture and professionalism of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the Club Lounge was beautifully managed, the pool area was expansive and relaxing, and while the pool itself is relatively shallow for anyone hoping to swim laps, it is perfect for unwinding and spending the day by the water. The breakfast experience deserves a special mention. The spread was expansive, exceptionally well managed, and offered something for every palate, but what stood out most to us were the Indian breakfast offerings. As an Indian family, we often find that even excellent international hotels struggle to capture the authenticity of familiar dishes. That certainly wasn't the case here. Our compliments go to the entire breakfast kitchen team for the care and craftsmanship that went into every dish. The Puri Aloo was simply outstanding—beautifully balanced, perfectly cooked, and among the very best we have had anywhere, including many renowned restaurants. It was one of those memorable dishes that had us returning for seconds, and it perfectly reflected the high culinary standards maintained throughout the resort. What impressed us most, however, was the service. It wasn't simply efficient—it was intuitive. So many thoughtful touches happened before we even had to ask, and every interaction was accompanied by genuine warmth and a smile. That is true luxury. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in luxury—the fresh flowers in the lounge zone smelled amazing, and the entire atmosphere felt so refined. Even the authentic Masala Chai was perfection. Safe & Engaging Kids' Club: As a parent, this hotel was a dream. The girls working at the Kids' Club were incredibly sweet. They made beautiful bracelets with my 8-year-old daughter, who was able to safely entertain herself all day long. The entire resort felt completely secure, giving me total peace of mind. Stunning Rooms & View-Focused Gym: The rooms were beautiful, luxurious, and immaculate. A huge highlight for me was the fitness center—working out in a gym with a direct view of the sea was incredibly motivating! Perfect Mornings: Every morning, I went for a run along the boardwalk/pier. The surrounding area is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers breathtaking views. Exceptional Dining: From the breakfast spread to the specialized dishes, the culinary experience was exquisite. Conclusion: Taj Palm Dubai delivers flawless luxury with a warm, genuine heart. We had an amazing stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai to celebrate my son's birthday. The team made the celebration extra special with a lovely birthday cake and beautiful room decorations, which brought a big smile to his face. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were warm and caring, and the service was excellent throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious food, the beautiful pool, and the peaceful atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Taj Exotica for making our son's birthday so memorable.
