Disappointing return
We stayed at the Taj in December 2024 and had a lovely time. Came back again in December 2025 and the experience was disappointing to say the least. The concept of Full Board at Taj is different to what we're used to and that is fine but to not cover all restaurants inside the hotel + charge for tea/coffee was a bit beyond us. I'd highly recommend the hotel to reconsider it's full board policies. Also, the kids club was very much of a let down. Last year our daughter was a bit too young to make much use of it so we didn't really spend much time there. This time though when we did, we found the staff to be more busy with their phones rather than the kids. There was very little, if any, effort from them to interact with the kids. Lastly, there were parts of the kids play area near the pool that were damaged. The floor had holes in it which isn't ideal for little kids playing there. On the positive side, the hotel staff was nice and very willing to help. Though that isn't enough for us to return or to recommend the hotel.

Cobwebs in room
We are staying with taj exotica, the palm right now.. it’s a Beautiful property with amazing hospitality. Just a little disappointment came on when we find cobwebs in our room’s wardrobe.. with a brand as big as taj, it’s definitely not expected..

Wonderful stay
Awesome experience and thanks to Pragun loads !!! Food is awesome and all the amenities as well. Staff is delightful. The hotel is magnificent.
