Perfect place to stay
It was the best place we could have imagined to stay, in a normal holiday and especially in this special situation. We have felt very welcome from the beginning, all staff are really kind, the rooms clean, food delicious and the gym well equiped. Also the pool and beach area are perfect. We have felt safe in the hotel when the attacks started and were really happy that everyone was so helpful in this situation. Even in the garage, where we spent several hours, everything was done to comfort all the guests. We would fully recommend the hotel to everyone.

A heartfelt thank you
The Taj in Dubai looked after us for a few days last week after our flight back to the UK was cancelled. We are now safely home. They couldn’t do enough for us; we felt welcome and cared for with food, a room and a beautifully calm and pristine setting. All the staff were so polite and professional and they clearly have strong and consistent values. They were excellent ambassadors of the company. We wanted to thank the Taj and to say that it’s the hotel group we will definitely use again and including in Dubai. With thanks and best wishes to all at the Taj.

They don't accommodate paying fasting guests adequately during Ramadan. No compassion for elderly either.
Paid for breakfast, it is the fasting month. Elderly travels 2x over 70. People are fasting so reception said breakfast can be supplied in room. They supply minimum yet charge full price for each breakfast. They don't assist only want to charge extras for really small stuff. No follow up from manager. Bad service. Not like other 5 stars in dxb. Just a shadow of the best.

Taj Exotica Hotel & Spa-Thank you for your exceptional hospitality during the crisis
We are UK travellers who had connecting flights via Dubai when the Middle East crisis began and the airspace shut down leaving us trapped in Dubai. Emirates placed us in the Taj Exotica as a place of refuge. We would like to offer profound thanks to everyone here who has looked after us and fed us well. Under other circumstances this would be a beautiful place to stay. Particular thanks to Srinivas who took care of our room and checked in on our welfare each day. Everyone has been so kind and calm under exceptional conditions. 5 stars everyone!
