Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai

I don’t usually write reviews, but my recent stay at the Taj on the Palm was genuinely one of the best family experiences we’ve had in years. From Mustafa at the door to Amrinder Bains, every detail of our stay was handled with such warmth and care that we truly felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail and personal touches made all the difference. We don’t often treat ourselves to luxury stays, so when we do, we want the experience to live up to the occasion — and this one exceeded every expectation. A big thank you to the entire team, and especially to Mustafa and Amrinder, who went above and beyond. I hope they’re recognised for the wonderful impression they make on guests. We have been to Dubai many times and are very impressed by the Taj Exotica. When we first arrived I had a major back flare up and the hotel were so helpful they provided a nurse visit, a hot water bottle and cushion, and also assigned chairs/tables which were more suited for my injury. They did everything possible to make our stay more comfortable. One of the hi-lights of our stay has been the club lounge Joseph and his team, he was extremely helpful and really went above and beyond to provide such a a top class customer experience. What a credit to the team at the Taj! Muhesh working by the pool was so attentive, he couldn’t do enough for you and he has a sparkling personality, he is one of the most hard working people I have come across. Also the house keeping staff have done an excellent job, Kazi soon learnt what we like and room was immaculate everyday. In terms of improvements I would like to suggest maybe once per week a bouncy castle or inflatable day, for suite guests perhaps something once per week left for the children as a surprise like sweets or a small treat. My daughter loves something being left on her bed during a turn down service, maybe this could be considered. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to family and friends. Really good service. We had Soorabh as our waiter at one restaurant and the service was excellent. Super friendly, attentative and service minded, exceeded our expectstions!

Great custumer services and very clean stayed two weeks !staff try their best to make your stay comfortable and the moment we checked it was pleasant , check in manager sirthak was amazing and made or stay very enjoyable. and chef irfan at buffet dinner made us special vegetarian dishes from northern india. great guy and thank you very much 😊😊 and see you soon next year in march !!!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the entire team made me feel so welcome. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. The housekeeping staff were outstanding — the rooms were spotless and maintained with such care and attention to detail. A special mention to Prateekji, whose kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude made a real difference during my visit. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so special. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this hotel to family and friends!
