Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai

On the whole a very good stay. However, the pool needed to be heated and on multiple occasions got the same answer that it will take time etc. Generally, with some things closed due to the ongoing Iran war, it felt strange as if the some staff forgot how to provide service the "Taj way". When we have stayed in the past, the service has been impeccable and could feel the Taj level of service and expectations. Having said that, Nora was fantastic in the pool bar/restaurant area. Her service and attitude was good and she was very helpful. Thanks Nora for the service and long may it continue. Furthermore, the staff in Palm Kitchen were very nice, helpful and the food was good for breakfast and the buffet dinners. One night we had dinner at Varq - this is meant to be a fine dining restaurant. The food was good, no doubt. However, the service was average and had to keep trying to get the attention of the waiter on multiple occasions as opposed to them keeping an eye on the table. The main issue though, was the level of communication noise between the chef and the main waiter outside the kitchen on the orders - it for sure did not feel like a premium dining experience and we could almost hear all the food orders being shouted across. Again, on previous visits this was not the case so not sure why it was happening on this occasion. To add further, the housekeeping was not the usual standard, when the bathroom was cleaned, not all the toiletries were topped up sufficiently, something I would expect. On the whole, the stay was satisfactory, but I wouldn't say it was amazing. It didn't feel like the typical Taj experience and was below par compared to previous stays. I hope and wish the feedback helps improve the service and revert back to the original standard. Thank you.

Taj Exotica was all about the outstanding Taj hospitality, the staff, the warm reception and service. Spectacular! By far the best property on the Palm. The food at the restaurant was fabulous, the pool, the pool bar, spa, games room, padel court - just unbelievably good. Each and every one of the staff at Taj Exotica, clearly are the best! A must-visit resort in Dubai! Special mentions for the fabulous team at Taj - Alka, Sunanda, Sarthak, Velang, Saurabh, Suman, Grace, Rohan, Murtaza.

It was a great stay and super experience at Taj Exotica.Right from check in till the minute we left it was a great experience overall. Rooms are good, breakfast buffet was nice with ample vegetarian options and best part was the availability of eggless pastries and bakery items. Had a good time at the Spa; the playroom is well equipped to keep you busy; decent choice of onsite restaurants. We had a very good stay and would definitely love to visit again.

Had an excellent experience at TAJ! The level of customer service was truly outstanding. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and made us feel warmly welcomed throughout our visit. Their hospitality and professionalism really stood out and made the entire experience memorable. Looking forward to visiting again!
