Very clean hotel with perfect service.the views were amazing .the check in was quick and ample as well. Richard in particular was excellent in service

We for sure enjoyed the hotel,the rooms are wide and clean.the meals were delicious and the staff were helpful especially Richard at the main door

The experience at Voco was second to none. The care provided from my wonderful cleaner Vinod to the front desk staff was superb.

It was a wonderful experience, and the service was good and clean. My mother fell out of the bathtub and went to Hani, the receptionist. Hani Azar was very helpful, providing my mother with excellent service and moving her to a large room with a beautiful view. In short, the service was 10/10 thank you group hotel “voco” and thanks for ”hani azar”👌⭐️

This is a great hotel great location for metro been many times now and are always welcomed with open arms food very good pool area not massive but still good .Could do with more shade across kids pool and new folding shade across front beds we’re going to be replaced two years ago but still haven’t been replaced. Pool staff always obliging like our family now Rudra Jude Suman and if ever replacing cushions on beds back cushions need to be much higher to cover top of chair so when relaxing back your head would be on cushion and not the hard chair Hotel great view from front back view down to satwa Great breakfast evening dining also themed nights and windows bar food nice too even if a bit pricy All in all this is a great hotel to stay inshalla we will be back
