Voco Dubai

We enjoyed our stay at both the hotel & the time share. The amenities are very nice. The staff are what made this 10 day stay very special. The first person we met was ibrahim , in reception he was very happy, kind & helpful. made our trip so much fun. he's love helping the guest have fun. We didn’t want to leave! Absolutely fabulous atmosphere, service, food, and wine! Definitely worth trying at least once! We enjoyed learning about all the different Dubai wine regions, and how the Dubai culture has begun to embrace wine and fine dining. ibrahim was not present, but the welcome at arrival from him for each guest was a nice touch. A long day, but so worth it! Felt a little rushed at the ruins, and would have enjoyed a bit more history and explanation of all the sites, but we did learn about the Pok-Ta-Pok Mayan sacrificial ball game, and some of the archeoastronomy details of the architecture. 📸 Photos: So worth the purchase! The photo stations are genius and really make it almost unnecessary to bring a phone for additional photos, except I did like to have it for videos. but always when the fourth fact comes and impeccable my congratulations to her, I will return as a couple because I want to enjoy more of the activities and everything you have but I will definitely return, beautiful room with bathroom , Thank you!From start to finish I had excellent attention, their very friendly and helpful staff especially Ibrahim , from our arrival explained perfectly, locations, restaurants, tips etc. Helped us in everything, with our reservations, doubts, in the end there was a mix-up with a room charge and helped and guided us to resolve it. Snacks and delicious food, you do not finish meeting or touring between hotel and parks!! Thanks, we'll definitely be back soon ❤️My daughters loved playing in chiquitinn dinners are booked with concierge who recommended the best times to enjoy other shows without doubt we will return we love the whole concept of the top Voco Hotel AN IHG experience in hotel and entertainment all fun inclusive! A modern, centrally located hotel. Most areas were easily walkable, I've seen some reviews that mentioned very Nice hotel he it was,We came in really early from a cruise. They have a luggage room with lockers that fit large cases. Its a modern building with elevators. Our room is big, well equipped and complete amenities. Hotel ideally located. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The small rooftop pool offers a beautiful view. The staff is friendly and helpful. Upon departure, we asked to leave the car in the parking lot until 1pm and they kindly agreed. i want to appropriate ibrahim from concierge he's very lovely and knowledgeable his assistance much appreciated, thank you ibrahim for last Night helpful, there is a lot of destitute and if there is a Mood of insecurity on the street, although it is not the fault of the hotel of course, but it is a con point, unfortunately. Still, we will definitely come back!!!!

This hotel was fabulous! The location was very convenient to walk to a lot of places, especially the city's quarter. The hotel was clean, had a wonderful rooftop area where you could order lunch or dinner, or just hang out and overlook the city, including the the airport very close. Our room was huge, interior so it was very quiet - the bathroom was large and beautiful. All of the hotel staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful! ibrahim at concierge very nice and helpful Thank you ibrahim , Everything you could want and more. Great location, beautiful rooms, fantastic view and food on the terrace, and welcoming staff that go the extra mile to make you feel at home - if your home happens to be your dream house come true. It’s a perfect example of what a boutique hotel should be.

Good quality rooms. It coudl be improved the overall sensation of modernity, actually missed. Not easy as well to switch on and off the lights. A little bit hard to understand why there is no plug for the air drier in the bathroom. High level at breakfast and high courtesy of the staff
