Location, staff friendliness. I had a few small issues with my room that were immediately addressed and I was granted a very nice upgrade. Very close to many Malls and local shops, I definitely recommend this hot

They could not find my pre-paid booking and in order to stay at the hotel I had to authorize charge in my visa for the first night while they could look for it….. Not very nice start after a long flight !!

The most amazing thing about the hotel was its view, definitely get one of the higher level rooms (its 50 floors!) Ours was on 32 and had Museum of Future and Sheikh Zayed Road, with a little bit of water and i thought it was perfect view! The breakfast was good, maybe not amazing but very, very good. Good choices and fresh ingredients the only really not so good thing was the overcooked poached eggs, try to avoid them if possible but then the egg and avocado toast was heavenly The hotelpeople, all that we had interaction with were super nice, helpful and smiling. A special shout out to Ms. Phoo, who was so helpful and so nice. The hotel pool was the only "meh" thing, a bit on the small side BUT with lots of sunbeds, and while from 8 to 10 ish the pool was in the shadow, from 10.30 on it was sun all over. Though if you wanted to swin, then 8 was the perfect time, as from 11 on the pool was filled with happy kids!!! And the from the hotel restaurants, we only tried the windiws, GREAT view, good drinks and the monday night sushi buffet was heavely.
