Hotel view is amazing, near to the World Trade Center and stuff are polite and friendly Concierge team Dostonbek Ibrahim and Gauresh help much I hope I will come back again

Very good hotel and location was very convenient and hotel staff are very friendly, especially housekeeper Binod Ram who was I knew him

Take taxi from Voco Hotel front door to Souk Al Bahar, charge AED 130, and the taxi ask for tips of AED 5.00. Meanwhile uber only show charge of AED 60.00. Front door securities collaborate with taxi driver. Very bad experience.

From the moment we checked it, everything was okay and brilliant. Richard from the main entrance was so quick to assist with our bags. Rooms were clean , perfect location of the hotel

This review is ONLY for the O Lounge Dubai and not the hotel as such. I figure it’s the same management and the hotel ought to know how the O lounge behaves. The front doorman is just awful. I’m talking about the short, overweight balding Arab doorman. He was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I came during ladies night and he claimed that it wasn’t ladies night even though it was clearly written online that it was. He also said that there is a minimum for ladies night- no where does it say that. Ladies night is meant to be complimentary beverages and yet he was not able to honor that and was straight up lying to the customers face. He was rude and came across as a bigot. I went in anyway- they gave me a menu saying that the drinks were not free. I walked out of there as it was a dead night. Very very disappointing evening. Never going back there. They lie to your face and are rude about it. That doorman is a liability- you can do better trust me.
