An outstanding stay at voco IHG Dubai. The service is truly above and beyond, with exceptional cleanliness and a fantastic, varied breakfast. The entire staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and I would especially like to praise them for their support, patience, and calming attitude during the difficult and stressful period of the war with Iran. The hotel is perfectly located, about a 5-minute walk from the spectacular Museum of the Future and close to many great restaurants on Sheikh Zayed Road. Highly recommended.

All good, nothing to complain about it. Very close to Dubai Conference Halll which is very convenient, the breakfast was very good and direct access to the clubs make it very convenient . Will choose this again.

Just located in downtown area, 200m away from metro station, and you can take metro to anywhere you want, such as airport, Dubaimall and so on Perfect inside decoration, especially the fatasitic city view from room and lounge As Dimond Elite member, enjoyed breakfast in both canteens, also the happy hours in lounge the most important is the nice and friendly hotel staff: receptionists and housekeeper(Binder) and even the hotel manager

The hotel is well situated in the heart of the city with everything around the corner. Coffee shops, restaurants and mall are close by and the metro is in a 5 minute walking distance which connects you with all parts of the city. The hotel is okey, the staff are helpful and don't spare effort to help. Rooms require renovation, housekeeping services not the best but still reasonable. I had a special occasion where Mr. Ramez arranged for us a nice room with a panoramic view and a cake to celebrate my wife's birthday which was unexpected surprise. His professionalism and way of dealing with our requests made it smooth stay and now voco is our hotel in dubai.
