Nice Stay with Family and thanks to Sandy she was very helpful

We booked 4 rooms with friends and noticed the reception staff seems hostile in dealing with us especially the lady. Good thing, in the end Mr. Akshat/Akshay, whose kind enough to help us to make our stay somewhat convenient. Breakfast was good and so the dinner. Not so happy with room as they have to adjust the air conditioning unit as it hits directly to our head overnight that makes uncomfortable for us to sleep.

I commend Ashat and Akshay for their outanding service. They were friendly, attentive, and ensured everything was handled quickly and professionally. Thank you for making our stay more comfortable.

Where you wake up on the 33rd floor wondering if you’ve accidentally upgraded your life. The views? Absolutely stunning. Housekeeping? So on point, I briefly considered moving in permanently. Now let’s talk about breakfast; because wow. The chefs don’t just cook, they care. Like genuinely invested in your happiness level before 10am. Daily egg variations, a buffet that could solve emotional problems, and a vibe that makes you look forward to mornings (which frankly feels suspicious). Plenty of F&B spots too, all serving food with a side of ‘look at that view.’ Only small reality check: valet parking. Your car goes on a little adventure into what feels like a vintage parking labyrinth, and returns… eventually. Patience becomes part of the luxury experience. Overall? Loved it. Would absolutely come back: ideally with slightly less attachment to punctual car retrieval.

We chose this hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and they truly made it an unforgettable experience. The food was excellent, the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and the views were stunning. The service was outstanding, especially from the reception and restaurant teams, and the dining experience was exceptional throughout. A special thanks to the Reception Manager, Hani Azar, for his remarkable service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
