The cost of the trip from The normal hotel to the airport is 60 dirhams. He did not tell me the price. He put my things in the car and went to the car to be surprised by the price. I only had 70 dirhams. The driver and I were confused, but he told me that it was not my fault, but that the doorman, whose name was Arthur, was the one who put the price for the trip, and that its cost in cash was only 80 dirhams. This worker should not be in a branded, five-star hotel. Arthur is an example of a thieving employee. He stole my money, and the hotel must take legal action in such cases. very nice landscape views of the room, the best experence check in the club lounge, special compliment for lounge reception girl Happy and Mae, delight and warm for me and my friend, will stay in this Voco next time when travel to dubai again.

Hotel voco is a nice small boutique hotel just few blocks away from city center. The hotel is a cozy, stylish and quite well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and decorated tastefully. our rooms was a bit cold in the middle of the night and we heard similar comments upon check outs from other guests. The reception staff was friendly but their ability to handle the complaints seemed to be limited. The breakfast is served in cozy area next to reception. The room was totally quiet, and the beds were not too soft/not too hard. The breakfast was amazing with lots of healthy fresh choices for everyone.The nice thing is that Ibrahim helped us find my wife’s digital watch and send it to the airport via taxi, but unfortunately he paid us the transportation price and we could not return his money because there is not enough time. Really thank you, Ibrahim. One day we will invite you to our homes and all costs will be paid for you, and if we return to Dubai we will pay you. Thank you very much.
