Voco Dubai

Add this hotel to my list of favorites! Really lovely experience staying here for 4 days on vacation in centrally located Dubai SHZ. The front desk took time and gave great restaurant recommendations. The Concierge called a Taxi for us and gave us insider tips for must see gardens. The breakfast team was fast, courteous and attentive. The room was stylish, clean and comfortable - and laid out in a user friendly fashion. We had a one bedroom suite that gave us ample room to spread out. If I ever get back to Dubai , I won't stay anyplace but here! The Concierge ibrahim always made sure we were all taken care of asking . This helped a lot! They made an effort to chat about our plans for the day even went to get a map to share some places to go. ibrahim also wrote down and suggested some nearby playgrounds the kids would enjoy. They were so warm and truly made us feel comfortable. One of the times we asked water Couldn't refuse that one! When we were checking out .we asking ibrahim to stored our wagon for us as long as we needed so we could get our stuff sorted and packed. We also all had some long entertaining conversations about the kids on our way out. Small gestures go a long way! The staff here is doing an excellent job making guests feel comfortable and hospitable. We will stay here again when visiting Dubai! Highly reccommended!

Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Voco is one of 2 hotels I prefer to stay at when in Dubai. Staff are friendly. Rooms are tastefully appointed - this time I had a great view of Sheikh Zayed Road from the 36th floor. The breakfast buffet is excellent and sets you up for the days meetings ahead. The Metro (World Trade Centre) is just a 5min walk from the hotel and just 3 stops from Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa - do not bother to take a taxi/ Uber

The housekeeping was excellent! A big thank you to Sanju who cleaned my room everything was spotless, neat, and well organised. He was friendly, professional, and did a great job. Really appreciated the attention to detail and care.

Of all the hotels we’ve stayed at over the years, voco Dubai stands out — and the reason is one person: Front Office Manager Sabri Chouaib. Sabri is, without exaggeration, one of the most professional hotel managers we have ever encountered. What impressed us most was the way he communicates — attentive, warm, and genuinely putting the guest first. Every interaction with him left us feeling relaxed and completely at ease, which is rare and says everything about his professionalism. We were travelling as a family with our child, and Sabri went out of his way to arrange a quiet, spacious room. Our little one had plenty of space to play and slept wonderfully — exactly what a family needs. His thoughtful arrangements made all the difference. We will absolutely choose voco again. A genuinely outstanding experience.

The rooms are fine, but they don’t have much of a “wow” factor. The view, however, is definitely the highlight of the stay and is absolutely stunning. The pillows had a slight unpleasant smell, which could be improved. If you’re planning to stay, I’d recommend requesting a high-floor room, but be aware that you may still hear loud music from the 49th floor, especially at night. The breakfast was average—there was a decent selection, but nothing particularly memorable. I also found the room service experience disappointing. The operator who answered the phone wasn’t very welcoming and ended the call quite abruptly, which made the service feel impersonal. Overall, the amazing view is the hotel’s biggest selling point, but there are a few areas where the guest experience could be improved.
