Great hotel, wonderful staff
Wonderful and quiet room, exceptional welcome, service and care throughout our stay, and a great breakfast. We’ve enjoyed many great hotels in Dubai but our experience in the Waldorf Astoria was truly amongst the very best.

THE hotel to stay and feel taken care of
The overall stay at Astoria was fantastic; hotel is super nice and new, rooms are big and modern, and the hotel employees go above and beyond in helping guests feel taken care of and relaxed. On my last day I managed to leave my suitcase in a taxi, and Neville and Allwyn tracked the taxi driver, retrieved my suitcase, arranged to have it picked up by a colleague, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I could not be more thankful for the help and peace of mind in a highly stressful moment. Thank you for fantastic stay and as a Marriott gold for life, I don’t say that lightly.

Best hotel in DIFC
Amazing stay from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and perfectly located. The staff truly made the difference warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, special thanks to Ms. Rachelle Moarbes Check in was smooth, the room was spacious and luxurious, and everything felt well organised. A perfect 5-star experience highly recommended, and I’d gladly return.

Wonderful stay after initial hiccup
This is an update to my previous not so stellar review. The service recovery at the Hotel was excellent and our stay was wonderful. This is what we expect of WA properties and the management team stepped in to get a messy last minute cancellation resolved to the best of their ability. Everybody at the hotel was fantastic and the service was excellent. If i could give 4.5 I would, the only negative being the initial hiccup. Proactive cancellation communication for a reservation that was made 6+ months in advance is just table stakes. Hope the management takes that as a learning experience.
