Amazing staff and top-notch service
I come to Dubai often for business, and the Waldorf Astoria DIFC has been my home away from home for many years. I keep coming back primarily for the amazing service and top-notch treatment I receive from the staff. Folks like Aliae, Siam, Sabry, Karima, Lina, Souhaila, Sabrine, Steven, Julian, Abdelrahman, and Rachelle go out of their way to ensure you are well taken care of.

Amazing property
The staff were fantastic and very hospitable. Checkin and Checkout was very smooth. Rooms were top notch when it comes to cleanliness, amenities etc.

Great hotel and great concierge!
I'm in for business and I highly recommend this hotel for a variety of reasons, including location, room size and cleanliness, and attentive staff. Specifically, Karima in concierge helped me plan the perfect desert safari with a few special requests. She also. helped me with a request from the pharmacy. She is lovely to work with and I'd stay at the Waldorf again just to have her help with my scheduling and needs!

I had truly a wonderful stay. The rooms and facilities were impeccably maintained, beautifully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. What truly set the experience apart was the staff. Every team member was genuinely warm, highly professional, and incredibly attentive. Their care and hospitality made all the difference—and it’s the reason I’ll always choose to stay here.
