Staff like family, hotel impeccable
Stunning, perfect, amazing hotel in the heart of the financial district in Dubai. We absolutely loved every single second of our stay here. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and they went above and beyond for the decorations. We even were given a surprise candle and decoration at breakfast, they knew before that it was her birthday. The service was impeccable, staff were amazing, hotel design was perfection. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and will be back for sure!

BReakfast At Bear and Bread
Omg! The breakfast was amazing. It was clean , healthy, wide variety of international cuisine with a mix of à la carte and buffet. Chef Usman culinary skills and his staff were amazing and accommodating to dietary restrictions, and of course, the food was a five star. Gloria Kariviki and Grace Sonnie were polite , attentive and professional. Our special requests were handled with care. FRank Grosfeld ( manager ) took so much time to help us , talk to us and to make us feel at home. His management of the restaurant creates the stage for five star dining experience. Warm Hospitality in an Elegant Setting
A great location, professional staff, and a stunning design. We were truly enchanted! Yasemin welcomed us and kindly offered us coffee while we were waiting for our room. We especially loved the chocolates she offered for our daughter, and her warmth and sincerity were wonderful. Having live piano music in the lounge is very elegant. At breakfast, Ahmed and Yulian took care of all our requests. We definitely recommend it.
