My visit here at Waldorf Astoria was amazing. From the moment i entered the building to leaving Dubai it was exceptional. Ahmed and Stephen during my daily breakfast made my experience so much better. They are very welcoming and make me feel more than a guest, a valued member of the Waldorf family. It was really comfortable and warm staying at the hotel as always! Everything was well organized and quickly. The atmosphere is quiet and friendly, making it easy to relax and enjoy your stay. The staff is polite and always ready to help, which is especially nice. E

I went for dinner to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and everything was fantastic. Katherine was so nice to arrange the best table with a view and a surprise cake for my girlfriend. Heads off to Sanjay as well for the amazing service ,he is very knowledgeable. 10/10

Exceptional Stay at Waldorf Astoria DIFC Dubai We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, beautiful smiles, and outstanding hospitality. A very special thank you to Janava at the reception for her professionalism, kindness, and for fulfilling every single request we had quickly and gracefully. She made our stay smooth and comfortable from the very beginning. Also, a big thank you to Mahmoud at breakfast for his excellent service, kindness, and the way he took care of us every morning. His hospitality truly made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. One thing that impressed us the most was their flexibility and understanding. Due to the heavy rain, we decided to change our dates, and the hotel staff handled everything with such kindness and positivity. They agreed and supported our request with a smile, which we truly appreciated. They also changed our room floor immediately without any delay, and when we arrived, we asked them to prepare the room for my brother’s birthday — and amazingly, within just 10 minutes, everything was beautifully arranged and ready. That level of speed, care, and attention to detail was truly impressive. I would also like to thank the entire team, including the hotel manager, who was present in the lobby and clearly attentive to the comfort and service of the guests. This reflects the high level of professionalism and care throughout the hotel. The housekeeping team was also incredibly fast, efficient, and always on point. And of course, the location of the hotel is perfect — right in the heart of Dubai, close to everything, and extremely convenient. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We truly felt welcomed, cared for, and valued. We will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Located at the financial center of Dubai, still a walking distance from Dubai mall. Since the brand itself is the apex of all the brands of Hilton, all the aspects from the greeting to checking out, loved every single one of them.
