Waldorf Astoria Dubai International Financial Centre

My wife and I have just completed our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai, and I can say without hesitation that this is one of the finest hotel experiences we have ever had. I travel extensively for business and spend two to three weeks of every month outside the UK, moving between countries and staying in some of the world's most prestigious hotels and resorts. Over the years I've experienced many exceptional properties, including renowned luxury brands and five-star destinations across multiple continents. Because of that, I believe I have a very good benchmark when it comes to hospitality. Quite simply, the Waldorf Astoria Dubai stands above them all. What makes this property so extraordinary is not just the beautiful surroundings, the immaculate rooms, or the outstanding facilities—it's the people. Every single employee we encountered delivered a level of service that I can only describe as world-class. From the front desk team, concierge staff, restaurant teams, pool attendants, spa staff, housekeeping, and everyone in between, every interaction was met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and sincere hospitality. A special thank you to Stacy at the front desk, who was exceptional, Beatrice from the concierge team, whose assistance and professionalism helped make our stay seamless, and to the gentleman from Indonesia who looked after us by the pool and made every day feel effortless. That said, what impressed me most was that these individuals were not exceptions—they were representative of the entire team. I genuinely cannot fault a single employee. Everywhere we went we were greeted with friendly smiles, genuine enthusiasm, and a level of attentiveness that made us feel completely at home. The team somehow manages to anticipate your needs before you even realise you have them. You truly feel as though you want for nothing. The hotel itself is stunning. Arriving at the property is an experience in itself—the grand entrance immediately sets the tone for what awaits inside. Access is easy, the grounds are immaculate, and every area of the resort is maintained to an exceptionally high standard. Our room was beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, and meticulously maintained throughout our stay. The housekeeping team deserves enormous credit for the pride they clearly take in their work. The pool facilities are phenomenal and provide the perfect place to relax. The spa is equally impressive, offering the same attention to detail and service excelle

I have to say, this place is absolutely amazing. The service is impeccable，Gloria take care of me and the food is fantastic. I don’t have any suggestions for improvement at all.

I decided to spend 3 nights at Waldorf and it turned out to be a great choice. I’ve stayed in other hotels in Dubai as well but Waldorf is so far the best one with great service and amazing food. Gloria at Bull and Bear always has great smile on her face and very nice to all customers. The noodle soup is also awesome for my Asian stomach (better than the crab cake.) I’d love to come again for the great service and the breakfast. Also the gym is clean and well equipped. Morning exercise vibe is good.

Knowledgeable helpful desk staff, beautifully appointed rooms, delicious, varied buffet breakfast supplemented by a la carte menu with selected items. Waiters remembered my preferences after the first day and made helpful suggestions about new things to try. Nice clean outdoor pool, excellent spa. Housekeeping excellent. I think they could do more for diamond Hilton Honors members in addition to room upgrade (which i did get). There is no executive lounge to sit in with friends/clients, no happy hour or afternoon tea.
