The room in was very nice and clean with a outstanding view the atmosphere of the hotel and staff in general was lovely and the fiod was very delightful and delicious and special thanks to miss yasemin for her service

Luxurious, great hospitality perfectly located. Felt very looked after. Loved the Sauna and pool facility. Good half board package. They offered Evening housekeeping is available too for new towels and tea as well. Want to thank Yasemin for this great weekend!

This was an incredible stay. Amazing staff who are so helpful and accommodating. Smiles everywhere. Incredible views and beautiful room. Service is second to none. I would recommend this hotel for a high end stay to anyone.

This Waldorf austoria is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in terms of service quality. The staff genuinely care about their guests, safety and comfort all covered. I had no issues at all and anytime that I had a request the staff always went above and beyond, i genuinely felt appreciated by all staff members I interacted with. Yasemin’s warmth and personal care made me feel more than at ease during my stay offered a complimentary super late checkout, and I appreciated the fact that she inquired if i needed service on my room which definitely felt like too much to ask for given that my checkout time was well past 12. All other receptionists and the lady at the spa were very kind and welcoming also including a very helpful concierge. The property itself is beautiful I love the bathrooms the most definitely one of my favourites, his & hers configuration with the cleanest marble that blends in well with the aesthetic. The views are lovely even from the pool and the star of my room experience was the in room suhoor , the best suhoor i have ever had in a hotel. Could honestly say a lot about this property but the staff was the highlight.

Admist the scenario we got stuck in, the staff was very hospitable and went at length to make sure security is the highest priority. It’s like a second home to me. Allwyn and other staff were very helpful in all our needs.
