Very simply put: this is the perfect hotel.

From the moment we walked in, we felt truly welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean and offered an amazing view. For my son’s birthday, the team had decorated the room beautifully, and shortly after, they surprised us with a delicious cake. On our first morning, the breakfast team sang for my son, making him feel incredibly special. The service and quality of the food were outstanding. It was without doubt the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. We mentioned to the restaurant staff that after check-out we would be moving to a Hilton on the Palm, and the next morning they surprised my son with toys to enjoy at the beach. That kind of thoughtful gesture is what turns a great stay into an unforgettable one. The pool staff, including the lifeguard, were equally friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We will never visit Dubai again without spending at least one night in this hotel. Thank you once again for everything. You made our stay truly memorable.

15/10 I would highly recommend you visit the Waldorf in Dubai international financial center! I over enjoyed my stay here it’s going to be hard to leave. The most amazing staff a few really stood out at the bar they make sure you are hydrated and really enjoying your stay they had the BEST recommendations on things to do my most memorable is Fatima and Toya at the pool bar they treated with so much love in care I will most definitely be back to visit soon.
