The Merrion

My wife Elvira and I had a drinks celebration with our friends to celebrate our recent nuptials. The Merrion was our first choice in terms of our venue and it did not disappoint. Our wedding event coordinator Alma made the whole process seamless, and we could not have been more impressed with all the staff across the hotel and venue. Our evening at House 24 could not have gone better, the venue was superb and our guests all absolutely loved every minute of it. Elvira and I could not have asked for more from the staff who were all incredible. Our suite was impeccable and the hospitality throughout our stay was pure 5* the whole time. The Merrion and its staff are a the very finest example of Irish hospitality. (made up of many wonderful nationalities). A special thanks to everyone who looked after us on our wedding celebration, to the reception and concierge team, the valets and the restaurant and bar staff. Thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a special event - a truly memorable experience and we look forward to coming back on our anniversary!

A haven of peace, tranquility and quality in the centre of Dublin. The food in the Garden room was so good and the service from reception, to the restaurant to the bar is just the best. The Merrion is truly a little gem.

Stunning hotel in every way possible. Exceptional service and staff. Quality, comfortable bed and sofa with clever lighting. The restaurant was amazing. The bar is a must. We could easily say, in the top three best hotels we’ve ever stayed in.

We got married in the Merrion last year and returned for our Wedding Anniversary. We were looked after incredibly well. The weekend was peppered with personal touches from the staff and we hope to make it an annual visit based upon our superb weekend. Mark & Ais
