The College Green Hotel Dublin, Autograph Collection

Best location, value and service in Dublin! Another 'chef's kiss' perfection of a stay. This is my favorite hotel in Dublin and possibly anywhere. The rooms are always clean. cozy and comfortable. The bathrooms have lovely amenities, tons of hot water, and huge fluffy towels. More than anything else, the staff are AMAZING! always freindly, endlessly helpful and never flustered. The location can't be beat with singuarly good access to the LUAS (light rail) as well as Trinity and both the North and South side shopping districts. Big bonus it is across the street from Temple Bar, withought the noise and congestion of being right in it. Note that the city center has been optimized for mass transit and pedestrians. There is nearby paid parking (and valet parkging) but visitors should plan to stay without a car when possible.

Can’t beat the location! Next to all the popular bars/restaurants/shopping with Trinity College right nextdoor. Lovely decorated rooms. Breakfast in the morning was the best! Huge selection and attentive service. Beware there are atrium (interior view) rooms, incase you are like me and can get a little claustrophobic.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying Afternoon Tea @ the College Green Hotel. The setting is stunning and attention to detail first class. Our server Stella a lovely lady from Croatia was so welcoming and enthusiastic, she was amazing! The tea itself from sandwiches to delicacies was delicious! If you are in Dublin it's a must! Kay

Great location. Lovely room. We had a spacious suite. For the price, the service in this hotel isn’t great. The lady at check-in was lovely and polite but as our room wasn’t ready we were told we’d get a call in the next 20 mins or so. 2 hours later we were still waiting. We would have gone out or something instead of waiting around. When we finally got our room we ended up having to chase our bags as we were suddenly in a hurry to get changed to go out for dinner. There was always a queue for the breakfast room - this is to even get in, before you then wait for coffee and toast etc. This hotel is not worth what we paid. Unfortunately if you want to charge top rate you have to give top service. I’d happy pay less for a smaller or less quality room but with efficient service.

We had a great stay at the College Green Hotel! The location is perfect and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. Having the Mint Bar in the hotel was a great perk - as a group of 6 we could have a nightcap (and a little music some nights) and then go to our room when ready. The breakfast was wonderful too! (Best chocolate croissants!)
