Not Happy with Management
Charged us full price for first night even though flight delay caused us to miss connecting flight to Dublin. Did not even offer us any courtesy during the remainder of our stay for the approx $900 we lost by paying in advance thru AMEX Hotel Collection. Even AMEX could not get them to provide a courtesy. It couldn’t have hurt them to show some us some consideration.

Great hotel, great staff, great location.
Great hotel. The first praise I just give is the entire staff. We were on property for 4 nights and every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal if you want to be in the center of Dublin, during the day it’s pretty active around the hotel but quiets down at night. The bar in the basement is awesome and worth a visit! Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel, the staff and the location.

Couples getaway
On my recent trip to The College Green Hotel I was greeted by the lovely Stephen on the door. He greeted us with such professionalism and friendliness that even before I stepped inside the hotel I had a good opinion of it. He helped with our bags and made sure we were taken care of. Throughout our stay he was so helpful pointing us in the correct directions and gave us some great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Thank you so much Stephen for making our trip memorable. We look forward to meeting you again.

Fun workshop
This was a great way to make an unique souvenir of our stay in Dublin. The instructors made sure that everyone knew what do to every step of the way. But even the unexpected heat wave deterred their enthusiasm.

Amazing Hospitality
What can I say about this hotel. I have been there so many times and the reason we keep returning is the way we are looked after by Stephen the Doorman his welcome and smile makes you feel like you are the most important guest on the premises. I cannot wait to return to your hotel over the next couple of weeks and see all the familiar faces we have grown to know.
