We had great experiences with Alan Ingoldsby, a private tour operator recommended by the hotel concierge. Alan is a first class professional: reliable, knowledgeable, and fun! His luxury van is spotless and our party of seven thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Dublin in the morning and transfer to and from Croke Park later in the day. Alan went the extra mile for us!

A Perfect Stay at College Green Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying at College Green Hotel in Dublin, and I can confidently say it was such a lovely experience. The location was amazing next to Trinity College, Dublin Castle and grafton street for shopping/ restaurants. The rooms are modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was pristine and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. The staff at College Green Hotel truly made my stay memorable. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any queries or recommendations. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful breakfast with a variety of options, from traditional Irish breakfast to healthy choices and gluten free options. I also enjoyed a lovely dinner there, with dishes that were delicious and well presented. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Dublin. I can’t wait to return!

My husband, our son and I had a fabulous stay at The College Green Hotel Dublin from June 28 thru July 2. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Dublin, closed to all the city’s popular spots. The staff is amazing. I’d like to mention the following in particular. 1. Luis at the Concierge who helped me with all my questions about day trips from Dublin. 2. Jack at Morelands Breakfast is very warm and accommodating. Met Joe as well who is equally nice. 3. Tracy who checked us in. 4. Hasan who helped us with our luggages. We are really pleased with our stay. The breakfast selection at Moreland’s Breakfast Room was very good. We will definitely stay at The College Green when we visit Dublin again in the future.

Luis was very attentive to details, offered great suggestions and was extremely helpful. He made sure our reservations for dinner were taken care of. Luis is what you want in a concierge! All of the concierge staff and front desk staff was fabulous- I can’t say enough. Highly recommend staying here. The breakfast buffet will get you through the day. Lots of wonderful choices from fresh fruit, lox, cheese, and traditional Irish breakfast! Perfect city center location for those that like to walk and explore.

Beyond let down. I can’t even justify to myself paying €450 a night to stay here, let alone to friends & family when I talk about it. To add, I do great hotels, frequently. Check-in was like arriving at Premier Inn impersonal & ‘bleh’ - I’d travelled for 24 hours, my luggage hadn’t arrived -‘do you want a toothbrush?’ Was all that was said. I found the lifts, upon investigation. At this price point, breakfast should be s delight…. It broke me! Yes plentiful array of ‘stuff’ - however, hot breakfast of cheap, overly salty products served with a slop pool of ‘scrambled’ egg - to add to this a ‘-€7.50’ surcharge for two ‘al la carte’ menu items… the rest of which were menu staples in any cheap cafe. I repeat €450 a night, no table service and ‘a la carte’ surcharges. Marriott Autograph? How do you allow this? Shocking experience for the price point… far from luxury, avoid.
