The College Green Hotel Dublin, Autograph Collection

I was in Dublin on business and popped in for some lunch. I was greeted by a lovely gent on the door called, Stephen and the whole experience was 10/10. I would definitely come back on my next trip.

We had a great family trip, staying at this hotel in Dublin before joining a group tour. The entire staff went out of their way to offer assistance. This assistance included the night manager, who assisted with a pre-6 am arrival. He gave directions to open breakfast and coffee places. Most notable among the staff was the concierge, Luis, who dealt with many requests from our group before our arrival (including arranging a private tour guide for a day) and during our trip (including arranging for pre-theater reservations at a fabulous Italian restaurant that met specific dietary restrictions).

A very nice hotel at first glance until I was checked into a room adjoining an active construction site next door. The hotel was aware of this and decided to sell the room anyway. My Marriott Platinum status was obviously worthless. To make matters worse, when I asked during check in if it was a nice room, I was told “ its one of my favorites” - no mention of all day jack hammering.

Everyone was great, specially Carlos, Alejandra and Diana who went above and beyond with their service. The room was nice and everything very clean. Food very good

We recently stayed at the College Green Hotel in Dublin and had an excellent experience. The hotel is very well situated and is very comfortable. The rooms are well appointed and the breakfast is lovely. One thing that I want to share-we had a medical emergency while staying at the hotel. The hotel staff, and particularly Vanessa Fonseca who was on the front desk, was incredibly helpful. We needed to see a physician and Vanessa arranged for first a video consulation and then a 'house' call. It was extremely comforting to have someone help us with this as getting sick away from home is always challenging. This is just an example of someone going above and beyond. All the hotel staff was very welcoming-everyone behind the reception desk, the concierge desk and the bell staff were pleasant and accommodating. If you are going to Dublin, we highly recommend the College Green Hotel.
