Disappointing hotel service.
Great location. Lovely room. We had a spacious suite. For the price, the service in this hotel isn’t great. The lady at check-in was lovely and polite but as our room wasn’t ready we were told we’d get a call in the next 20 mins or so. 2 hours later we were still waiting. We would have gone out or something instead of waiting around. When we finally got our room we ended up having to chase our bags as we were suddenly in a hurry to get changed to go out for dinner. There was always a queue for the breakfast room - this is to even get in, before you then wait for coffee and toast etc. This hotel is not worth what we paid. Unfortunately if you want to charge top rate you have to give top service. I’d happy pay less for a smaller or less quality room but with efficient service.

Great location, great stay!
We had a great stay at the College Green Hotel! The location is perfect and the staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. Having the Mint Bar in the hotel was a great perk - as a group of 6 we could have a nightcap (and a little music some nights) and then go to our room when ready. The breakfast was wonderful too! (Best chocolate croissants!)

Great place to stay
We have visited Dublin several times and this is our go-to hotel when we visit. The accommodations are beautiful and the staff is especially friendly and courteous. The rooms are quiet and well appointed, and the location of the property is ideally situated to restaurants, shopping and attractions - close to the Temple Bar area, Grafton St., Trinity University and St. Stephens Square.

Location and excellence
Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Very close to Trinity College, O’Connell Bridge, Temple Bar, Grafton Street and more. Beautiful room and building. Nice breakfast.
