Exceeding Expectations at Every Turn
I brought my wife and sister to Dublin for four days in order to celebrate my sister's seventieth birthday. It was her first time to Ireland. I am familiar with the hotel because my work frequently brings me to Dublin and I stay at this property. The exceptionally conscientious staff made my family feel right at home. They made sure that my sister was assigned the room that I had requested ahead of time. The in-room gift not only exceeded my expectations for quantity and quality but also including a hand-written personalized note to my sister. The food served in the hotel is excellent and the service always exceeded expectation. The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. They made us all feel like VIP's. And the Bell staff is the best I have ever encountered in my 35 plus years of traveling the globe. At every turn the staff went above and beyond to provide my family and me with a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will always cherish.

We had a fantastic family lunch in the Atrium. The food, service, and atmosphere were all perfect for a relaxed family get‑together. A big thank you to all the staff, and especially to Thomas, who took great care of our table.
