Dinner at The Coburg

We cannot recommend the restaurant enough. The food, drink, service and atmosphere were impeccable from beginning to end. Gio made our meal completely unforgettable - thank you Gio!

Superb service.

Just the best! From check in to check out, every interaction was spot on. The rooms were room and comfortable. The food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, the drinks in the bar... lovely. What made it all super special though was the authentic, warm and charming customer service. I was visiting with my brother and at every turn we both felt that we were met with kindness. Rachel in the restaurant was amazing... Leading Hotels of the World, if you are reading this... you should poach her. Pedro in the restaurant was wonderful, fun, kind, considerate and efficient. Reception and bar staff were just great! Thanks a million to everyone of you at Conrad Dublin - inclusing brilliant Declan in the Sixt car rental on the first floor.

Chaos

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

We are diamond Hilton Members and have stayed in this hotel on many occasions I can only say breakfast was chaos We waited on line for 10-15 minutes to get a table only to find it the restaurant most of the tables were empty. Waiting staff under pressure, order mixed up Eventually got served a freezing cold poached eggs on bread that wasn’t toasted. Staff seemed confused and no one was taking direction or managing the restaurant. Service in the bar beyond awful , same problem, busy, poorly staffed, no one managing the bar. Our room was a premier king room , with a heavily scored floor. Terribly disappointed with level of service at this Conrad hotel, maybe take an example from Conrad in DC and NYC this hotel is poorly Managed and poorly staffed .

Perfect home base in Dublin (& a no-brainer for Hilton Honors members)

Super convenient location and could not have found a better home base for exploring Dubllin. It's a 10 minute walk to Trinity College, the historic Kennedys pub (came highly recommend for traditional Irish food) and Dawson Street. You're barely a half-block away from a bank ATM, 3 cute little coffee places and the southeast corner/ entrance to St. Stephen's Green, which we walked through to get to just about everything. If you're doing the tourist thing, you can catch the Big Bus hop-on/hop-off tour &/or the Vintage Tea Trips afternoon tea tour at the north side of St. Stephen's Green, maybe a 10-minute walk (if that). Rock clubs and Leeson Lower stop for Aircoach express bus to airport are one street over (behind the hotel). I booked a twin bedded room since I was there with my adult son. I was able to use a Hilton free night award and points for this stay. My Diamond status gave us free breakfast (both buffet and a la carte menus) each morning, which was a very nice way to start each day. (And my son really enjoyed the bottomless coffee they had in the lobby.) If we got a Diamond upgrade on the room, it wasn't apparent. While nicely appointed and comfortable enough, our room was on the smallish side, on a lower floor and didn't have any special view. That may have been because the hotel was very busy. There seemed to be a few different groups and events, which lent a very friendly and lively vibe whether you were on the elevator or passing people in the lobby. The entire staff, including front desk, bellmen and restaurant staff, were all very happy, welcoming and accommodating. They really seem to love what they do and helped to make our first trip to Dublin a wonderful one.

Conrad Dublin for the stay!

Great location by St. Stephen’s Green. People were fantastic - absolutely the most attentive staff! The hotel was nicely updated throughout. The room was exceptional, breakfast was great every day, and the restaurants and bars were very relaxing and enjoyable. In sum, top notch hotel and everyone was so hospitable — could not have had a better experience.
