We had a wonderful weekend at the Conrad Hotel! Its great location made it easy to explore the city and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive to our needs. Room was nice and cozy, interior is great. We will certainly return on our next visit to Dublin!

The hotel staff was very helpful and kind and they had a concierge who would help you find places to visit and would tell you how to get there. The Rooms were very comfortable and clean. There were robes and slippers available for you to wear and they had plenty of towels.

Super nice hotel, perfectly situated near the city center yet quiet and close to good restaurants and parks. As indicated in the title, what made this a 5-star experience is the super nice and welcoming staff at the hotel. I felt at home and will definitely come back. Kudos also to the language diversity: 2 German speakers in Dublin. Dankeschön und bis bald

We stayed here for 1 night as we were transiting to Limerick to stay at Adare Manor for the week. The Conrad is located in a fantastic location as its a short walk to St. Stephen's Park and the shops and restaurants right behind the park. Given the weather was stunning (not a cloud in the sky), the walk over made for a nice respite as we arrived from the States at 8a. Upon arrival, we were fortunate to be given a family interconnecting room (300 and 302). While the room was clean, it was quite dated, particularly the bathrooms. The beds were ok in comfort level. Most importantly, they had to bring maintenance over to actually make the rooms connect which was quite annoying. We did use the gym which was very small but had updated equipment. We did have breakfast included via AMEX, but the breakfast was atrocious - both the ala carte options as well as the buffet selections. And, the coffee was very poor, but Mr. Magpie's Coffee is fortunately a block away. Overall, I would only stay here for the location and if its a short overnight to Dublin.

What an amazing stay we had! It started with Eleonora from the front desk. We received a nice upgrade and once she found out it was my birthday trip she passed by the room with a handwritten card and some delicious pastries. The room was beautiful and clean as well with enough amenities. The breakfast staff were truly great as well. We also thank Diego for his amazing tips for pubs to eat, which led to the greatest birthday evening with live music, great food and pints and Irish dancing! Both their hospitality makes us want to return to Dublin and the Conrad soon. Thank you all! :)
