Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Conrad Dublin. The service here is 10/10. Our favorite part of each day was coming down to see Reyna for the best cappuccinos ever! She was warm and welcoming and extremely talented.

Gio, the Head Sommelier, was genuinely the highlight of our stay. His service was consistently outstanding, warm, attentive, and always professional. He remembered our names and preferences, which made the experience feel personal and special every single day. He is a true key asset to the Conrad in Dublin and represents the hotel at the highest standard. Gio absolutely deserves all the recognition!

I went for dinner with my friends on Saturday in your restaurant and Gio could not have looked after us any better! Make sure to look after him, he seems to be the backbone of your F&B department.
