I stayed at the Conrad Dublin during September/October for almost 4 weeks in room 606. The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to shops & restaurants, taxi from the airport takes about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. The room is clean, bed is comfortable, shower is powerful and the breakfast was good albeit the restaurant is a bit small. The staff were very friendly and helpful, talking about staff, I would like to thank Nikoleta, Alejandro and Eliza from the front office for their great help during my stay, I would like also like to thank Mia, Adama, Luana & Rosemary for looking after me at breakfast, and finally Danialla from housekeeping (turndown service) and the lady who cleaned my room daily but sadly I didn’t catch her name, big thanks to you all and other members of the hotel staff who looked after me during my long stay. The only disappointment with this hotel is that it doesn’t have an executive lounge nor a swimming pool!

Everything was at the highest level — it honestly couldn’t have been better. The service, comfort, and attention to detail were exceptional.

The service at this lovely hotel is top notch and the location cannot be beat. The suites are beautiful and well appointed. The location is absolutely phenomenal as it is right in the heart of everything. The National Concert Hall is literally right across the street. The newly refurbished Dockyards, St. Stephen's Green, The Book of Kells at Trinity, Dublin Castle, and so much more are within easy walking distance. You can also meander down the greenway for as long as you like and enjoy swans, ducks, little waterfalls, and verdant beauty all round you. The (huge!) stadium is a healthy trek (but we walked there just fine) for those who want to catch an exciting game of rugby. For the going-out crowd, there are about a million pubs closeby and for anyone still claiming Ireland lacks delicious food, restaurants abounded, most with vegetarian and even vegan options. A must-try within walking distance of the Conrad is Masa, a Mexican place that offers scrumptious cashew-cheese quesadillas and more. Back to the Conrad, though! The staff was courteous and friendly. The housekeeper noticed that I had laid towels on the floor to do a workout from my iPad and she promptly had a Conrad yoga mat and extra towels sent to my room, without my even asking. Color me impressed. We stayed in the Niven Suite, which was perfect for those desiring a bit of extra space, with plenty of closets, a living room, dining area, bathroom, and large bedroom. Named after Ninian Niven, landscape gardener and designer of the Iveagh Gardens, the suite is filled with nature books, flowers, and greenery. It was a magical place to relax in. My only complaints were (1) that there were a few old stains on one of the couches and throws - nothing icky; it looked like someone had just left an iron on there too long (why they would have thought ironing on the couch was a good idea, I don't know. There is an iron board in the room, for those wondering! Both couch and throw had obviously been cleaned; sometimes stains, especially from an iron, just don't come out; and (2) the menu was a bit limited for room service, however, they did offer a spectacular Irish vegetarian breakfast (!! truly; you must try it, right down to veggie sausages). Additionally, an added bonus is that the hotel is truly pet friendly. Much more so than most places who say they are and really just mean they are pet-tolerant. When we checked in, I was so delighted when I opened the door upon check in because the staff had set up a posh doggie bed, beautiful thick blue blanket, bag of treats, food and water bowls, AND even left us a swathe of doggie bags. My dog is a medical alert dog and travels everywhere with me. He has never been so well-treated by a hotel before. He was in heaven and loved his bed so much I almost considered asking if I could buy it (but he has a bed at home so we left it for the next doggie guest). The room was scrupulously cleaned. For anyone worried about allergies or anything like that, don't be. I am extremely sensitive to allergens and the room was pristine. We had one mix up with staff which the hotel management addressed immediately and made right. Mistakes always happen; it's how they're dealt with that matters and I felt that the staff here were so decent and so kind. I highly recommend!

My husband and I went to Ireland to celebrate a milestone anniversary. We stayed at the Conrad Dublin for two days. When we arrived at the Conrad, we were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff that made us feel very welcome! We were very happy to hear that our room had been upgraded as my husband is a Hilton Honors Gold member. The room was very comfortable and had a nice city view. We had complimentary chocolates as a gift for our anniversary which was a very thoughtful gesture. As the heat wasn’t turned on in the hotel yet (apparently it was the tail end of summer and only air conditioning was working), a very helpful maintenance worker found us a small room heater as it had become chilly. Foodwise, we were so amazed to see such an extensive breakfast buffet with a fresh, delicious selection! We could also order from the a la carte breakfast menu. We ended up having a huge breakfast every day and then dinner in the evening. We also enjoyed talking to the restaurant staff as they were very personable. The knowledgeable concierge helped us with booking the hop-on hop-off bus tour. We explored St. Stephen’s Green and went to the mall nearby. For dinner, I ordered room service while my husband ordered from the Indian restaurant nearby. It was a wonderful stay! I highly recommend the Conrad if you are in Dublin and looking for a very comfortable stay in a luxury hotel with exceptional service! Thank you.
