We stayed in this hotel many times already, and we will keep coming back. Our last stay was for New Year's Eve. Nikoleta checked is in and she was very kind and helpful during our stay. We went for fine dining, and our server Gio was amazing, you could really tell he loves his job and he is great at it. He was very friendly and checked on us regularly. I would also like to mention Helena and Pedro, we see them almost every time we stay in the hotel and they make us feel special and very welcomed. Lovely hotel and lovely staff

A group of us used to meet regularly in the bar or downstairs. One person would arrive and be joined by others later; each person would place an individual order for food or drink. When we went to pay individually we were charged 10% extra if there were 5 or more people at the table. A cup of coffee can cost you over €6! The food is good but very over-priced -particularly the desserts and the number of options on the is the smallest I have seen anywhere. Some of us have taken our custom elsewhere. There is no point in complaining to staff - all you get are shrugs - they don't care.

Breakfast was lovely and the hotel common areas were nice. However, our room was subject to alot of noise .. we felt like we were sleeping outside on the street. This is bad enough but when I complained the following morning I was told someone would contact me. I have since emailed 3 times if nothing else but to get an acknowledgement but unfortunately no one has bothered to respond. Definitely not 5 star service, I guess Hilton are too big and lack personal touch.

A group of us went to the Conrad after attending a lunchtime concert across the road in the NCH. We were cold and hungry ! We were seated in the beautifully decorated bar area and it was warm and cosy . There was a good choice of food available . The service was very efficient and friendly . The soup was delicious and the presentation a of the various food items was excellent . Nothing was too much trouble . It was a lovely place for a chat and some nice food

We stayed at this hotel with my wife, and it is located right in the heart of Dublin. The rooms are spacious and very cozy, with everything clean and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. The staff are polite and genuinely eager to help. The breakfasts are delicious, with a good variety, and you can also order from the menu. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely be back!
