Conrad Dublin

At check-in we we’re not informed of €100 being added for mini bar.. clarification got on returning to reception Room Room dirty, dust on mirror, pictures and tv. Floor not hoovered properly. Walked on a hairbrush tooth during the night. Asked for fresh milk from turndown service to receive UHT milk. Breakfast had to ask three service staff for coffee refill. On sitting down we were offered tea/coffee/water and juice. Got tea and coffee, had to request juice / water again. Not told toast had to be offered from kitchen. Arrived after we had eaten breakfast. Not told fried eggs were on request, to late as i had got other items from buffet. On checking out, the receptionist walked away as we approached. This was not the 5star service we expected. Liked coffee to go at checkout Liked nuts/ crisps with drinks in bar Overall very disappointed and would not recommend Conrad nor revisit.

I had an absolutely outstanding time at The Coburg. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, elegant, and effortlessly welcoming. But what truly elevated the entire evening was the phenomenal service provided by Gio and Pedro. They were the kind of team that makes a restaurant unforgettable—attentive without hovering, genuinely friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. Every recommendation they made was spot‑on, and they managed to strike that perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. It’s rare to encounter service that feels this personal and polished at the same time. The food was exquisite, the ambiance refined, but it was Gio and Pedro who transformed a great dinner into a memorable experience. Their energy, care, and attention to detail made the night feel special in a way that’s hard to put into words. If you’re considering The Coburg, don’t hesitate. And if you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Gio and Pedro, you’re in for something truly exceptional.

I ordered a cappuccino from the bar. This lovely polite girl called Reyna served me. The cappuccino was excellent. Skinny milk and hot just what i ordered...absolutely gorgeous. The girl was so friendly and her English was Impeccible. I will be back for another. Well done Reyna.

We always enjoy staying at the Conrad Dublin — one of our favorite Conrad and Hilton properties. The breakfast is simply outstanding: a full Irish breakfast, vegetarian options, sparkling wine, a Bloody Mary station every morning, fresh juices, and an à la carte menu. Best breakfast in Dublin by far Service is where this hotel really shines — especially Fabiola, Mia, Lucia,and the breakfast hostess, the lovely girl from Morocco (sorry forget her beautiful name), who are all warm, attentive, and professional. At the bar, Reina and Victor offer excellent service as well. Very hospitable staff at f&B Rooms are comfortable and spotless, though door insulation could be improved, and reception can be hit (awesome sometimes) or miss, as sometimes they don’t want to concede Diamond benefits. Breakfast staff clearly work hard and could use a bit more help during busy mornings. Overall, the Conrad Dublin stands out for its genuine hospitality and world-class breakfast — we always look forward to returning again and again. Have tried all 5 stars in Dublin, and Conrad is the top.

Gio and Diego made our dining experience outstanding! Their attention to detail and providing excellent service was wonderful! They attended to our every need and went over and above to make sure that we had all the information we needed. I would highly recommend dining with them!
