Exceptional
Exceptional hotel. Genuinely welcoming, warm, friendly and competent staff - especially Ciaran who kindly upgraded us to a 1 bedroom suite. Accommodation was luxurious, spacious and above all comfortable, with Byredo toiletries in the bathroom. We enjoyed lunch and drinks in the Lobby Lounge. Varied options at breakfast, however a little disappointing that, although GF toast was provided on request, there was no offer of GF scones, pancakes, pastries etc. We absolutely loved this hotel and look forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Stay with Exceptional Hospitality
What a fabulous stay! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and genuine. The team couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful, nothing was ever a problem, and every request was met with a smile. The food was truly exceptional, with every meal a highlight of the experience. And each evening was pure bliss - peaceful, quiet, and paired with the most comfortable bed for a perfect night’s sleep A flawless experience from start to finish. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful stay at the Intercontinental Dublin! We had a terrific stay with family and friends at the InterContinental, and found the staff accommodating, professional, helpful and very friendly. We will be happy to return in the future. The breakfast was really spectacular, with eggs to order, coffees as we liked them, and very attentive service from the following people: Eric, Alexandra, Jackie, Vanessa, Kauan, Pavel, Karina, Annette, Josephine and Lucy. We even got to meet the general manager, Nicky who made us feel welcome.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!
What can I say? I've stayed here on a few occasions and only ever have good things to say. This hotel is just beautiful! The staff are friendly, efficient, and offer the warmest welcome. Nothing is too big an ask! The rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. There are no words besides 'out of this world' to describe the beds! So comfortable and luxurious. I have never woken up feeling so rested! Already looking forward to my next stay! A huge thank you to all at the Intercontinental Dublin.
