**Our Favorite Hotel in Dublin! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** We have been visiting The Shelbourne every September for the past four years, and it never disappoints! From the moment we arrive, the staff makes us feel so welcome and truly goes above and beyond to make every stay special. We’ve been fortunate to receive wonderful room upgrades, which are always such a lovely surprise. The food is absolutely amazing, the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is simply beautiful. What really sets The Shelbourne apart is the warmth and hospitality of the staff. They make us feel like we're coming home each year. It has become one of our favorite traditions, and we already look forward to returning next September. Thank you to everyone at The Shelbourne for making every visit so memorable!

Nicest place I have ever stayed at. It was the people. The best staff I have ever witnessed. We felt so taken care of. From the restaurant to the turning back of the bed with the slippers. Just perfect. The doorman, so professional and kind, the people seating you at breakfast and dinner, the wait staff. The people make your beautiful place off the chart. My hats are off to all of them.”

What an experience myself and my friend had at an afternoon tea here. It was flawless from start to finish. We had the lovely Roisin tending to us and truly pampered us, with amazing service, friendliness, and she is just a genuinely lovely girl. She explained the teas, coffees, and the food on offer, which were absolutly delicious. The selection was beautiful, even to the Shelbourne name on the pistachio dark chocolate slices. The beautiful plates, table linen, the antique silver teapots just added to the experience. We had a beautiful seat just at the end of the ornate room, with a lovely windowbox of flowers catching our eye.The Shelbourne is a little more expensive than other places for afternoon tea, but it is worth it. It is just on an other level. All of the staff seemed to be so attentive to the tables they were assigned to, but Roisin you were the icing on the cake. Your lovely manner, was just a joy to experience, and we both are still talking about it. Take a bow because you deserve it. Also I noted while waiting for my friend to arrive how attentive a doorman was in chatting to 2 Canadian ladies, in the lobby re Patrick Kavanagh the poet, and music of Raglan rd. It was so lovely in this busy world, to experience the hush of the busy world, in this wonderful hotel. Wouldnt it be wonderful to experience this level of customer service everywhere, what a great world it would be.We visited at 2.30 pm / 30.09.26
