The Absolute Best
I visited The Gallery at The Westbury several times during my stay in Dublin, and it quickly became one of my favorite places in the city. The food was consistently excellent, the coffee/matchas were beautifully made, and the atmosphere is elegant without feeling pretentious. What truly sets it apart, though, is the service. Every interaction felt thoughtful and genuine, with so much attention to the little touchpoints that make you feel genuinely welcomed. A special thank you to Erdi, who looked after me so well each time I visited. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made every experience memorable. THANK YOU!!!

Fredick is superb
"Frederick was an absolute delight! It's clear he didn't just walk into the hospitality industry; he aced it with flying colors, probably graduating at the top of his class. From the moment he greeted us, his kindness and professionalism shone through. He was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, always anticipating our needs. Today we came in for some champagne as a little celebration on my brothers new job Ciara was our server and she was so kind and welcoming and professional. So good at her job she’s an asset to the westbury. She even brought us out a little cake to celebrate.
