My first time to Ireland and The Wedtbury set the high standard. Servive wad exceptional, friendly and knowledgable. Highly recomend The Westbury for seasoned and new travelers. The place to stay if walking the Centre City or a quick trip to the many sites beyond. New York resident with many a stay at fine Hotels with The Westbury at and better.

We recently celebrated our engagement at The Westbury Hotel and wanted to share our heartfelt thanks to the entire team for making it such an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our celebration feel truly special. Every interaction was warm, thoughtful and attentive, and it was clear that the team genuinely cared about making the occasion perfect for us. There were so many lovely touches throughout our stay — all so beautifully considered — that made the moment feel even more magical. The level of service was exceptional. The staff anticipated everything we might need and delivered it with such kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to experience hospitality that feels so personal and sincere. We’re incredibly grateful to everyone at The Westbury for helping us celebrate such an important milestone in our lives. Thank you for making our engagement so memorable — it’s something we will always look back on with huge appreciation. The Waiters blew me away with their culinary knowledge, expertise and accommodating nature especially Anderson who went about his business like Neo from The Matrix hunting down your every need and anticipating your every wish whim and want . No matter what it was nothing was too much to ask for . It was my 45th birthday party celebration on the 18th of February which is the reason why we were eating out and I can safely say with confidence, assurance and strong belief that this was one of the best meals I have ever in my whole life and I've ate in premium hotels and restaurants all over the country. Outside of my own mum's legendary cooking spreads I don't think it would be possible or even probable to look for more from a dining experience. Myself and my Lynney sampled cocktails initially which were absolutely delicious 🤤 😋 I mean am talking levels that way surpass anything Gavin Noone has ever produced, then came the starters of Mozzarella and prawns followed by steaks that tasted so good I was slowly savouring every mouthful and taking my time to absorb the cacophony of flavours that was taking over all my sense . If this had of been my last ever bite I would have happily died on the spot in that moment believing that I really had died and gone to heaven. If that wasn't enough there was more yet still to come with a delightful dessert made up of some kinda exotic strawberry crumble with not just the usual duo accompaniment of vanilla ice-cream and custard there was a separate bowl of cream which took the cake 🍰 🎂 altogether but somehow like it had just dropped down straight out of space there landed down on the table 🌌 🚀 🍓 🍨 (apparently after an anonymous tip off) a scoop of this delicious mouthwatering creamy strawberry ice-cream which should have only been available if the ice-cream dessert had of been selected but they somehow had the heads up like they were somehow psychic or clairvoyant . This kind of Love and Light I felt from the smiling upbeat skilled restaurant staff left me feeling like I was on cloud 9 and made this birthday of mine one of the most beautifully intimate and memorable birthday celebration occasions I have ever been lucky enough to be served up . Mind Blown Moment🎉🥳💕🌞🫠🤯 The Wilde Room in the Westbury left no stone unturned and far exceeded my expectations and what I could have hoped and wished for even in my wildest dreams hence why it is so aptly named . If you are looking to get masterfully cared for and intimately thought of with all the finer details fully taken care of the ambient atmospheric confines of the luxurious Way Above and Way Out Westbury Hotel and it's wonderful Wilde Restaurant environment is your only destination whilst in Dub. The five star team whose names I wish I could remember ( watch this editable space) ✨ ⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐✨⭐ looked after us amazingly well and the training, professionalism, high standards on show was truly masterful from an A -Team who know how to treat customers beyond comparison. Finally, I really can't recommend the Wilde Room at the Westbury Hotel highly enough...Quite Simply It's The Best you will ever see and is well worth every penny. Never has it been more true than that night to say that you really do get what you pay for and am so glad we chose to go there for my birthday and can't wait to return sometime soon in the very near future. Truly a gift and a joy to behold, thoroughly satisfying and enjoyable which paved the path forward for an amazing time and brilliant night out in the Big Smoke. Big Thank you to All the crew @ The Wilde Room for such an unforgettable epic exceptional time and meal for my birthday. You really do all deserve pay rises after this review is read by the management team and with a bit of luck Vincent O Gorman himself who deserves great credits thank you for your kindness and hospitality It was a real honour and a privilege to dine at your house and table I appreciate it .
