Wow! As soon as we stepped out of our taxi at the front doors, we knew this stay was going to be special! From the moment we arrived, until checking out we were treated exceptionally well by all staff who could not do enough to make our stay so special. All staff were so friendly, professional and appeared to truly care about customer satisfaction. The attention to detail was of a standard we have never experienced before. They really do go above and beyond. The staff are what sets the Westbury Hotel in a league of it's own! We enjoyed the most exquisite afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings. This was the most perfect way to spend the afternoon. A fabulous experience and all the food was incredible. We were even offered extra sandwiches and the tea and coffee pots were never empty! By far, the best afternoon tea we have ever had! Dinner in Wilde was exceptional. Food was delicious, ambience was fabulous and serving staff wonderful. Every course was beautifully presented, perfectly balanced and cooked to perfection! A delight! We enjoyed excellent cocktails in The Sidecar. There was a fabulous atmosphere, made special by the delightful staff. We asked for a surprise cocktail and this did not disappoint! Rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated with beautiful furnishings. There was a wide range of amenities and beautiful toiletries. The turn down service was a delight! I'm not sure the last time I slept as well! Our room was immaculate! Breakfast was served in Wilde and surpassed our expectations. The cooked breakfast was beautiful, quality of ingredients excellent! There was an excellent selection of juices, cereals, fruit, pastries, cheese, meats etc! Tea and coffee was plentiful and we were served by wonderful staff. This was our first stay and will definitely not be be the last. Our experience at The Westbury Hotel exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed, pampered and valued.Thank you all for the most enjoyable stay! It is very much appreciated!

Beautiful setting for afternoon tea, food was great and staff were exceptionally helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We made a couple of substitutions on the day and they were extremely accommodating. We were even offered extra sandwiches which I've never had at afternoon tea before. Lovely touch. Portions were decent, we brought some desserts home in an equally beautiful box My only note is that we did list that we didn't want fish and that the occasion was a birthday ahead of time on the booking form and it wasn't acknowledged so not sure why it's an option on the form since we had to say about the fish again when we arrived. That being said, still a lovely experience

WOW! The place is beautiful. So much to do from here also. We did not have time for tea but see it is something we need to do next time. Also, the Guest Service was so OUTSTANDING. We had a small problem and Sarah looked after it right away and fixed it. She made us feel that she really cared. This type of service rarely exists anymore. Thank you all!

Stayed at the Westbury for two nights in a suite connected to a twin. Family of five with three teen children. Worked really well and especially the suite was very spacious. Bathrooms are a little small and should be renovated soon - otherwise beds and cleanliness was great! The hotel is located spot on next to shopping and restaurants. There’s a valet parking! Can surely recommend if in Dublin!
