We had an amazing post Christmas stay in The Westbury. As always, cannot fault anything. We had the Sunday roast in Wilde, so tasty and a really decent portion size. Presentation was impeccable. In the evening we had small plates in Balfes, the service was outstanding, Aakrit really couldn't have done anymore for us. The gambas are absolutely delicious. Beatrice was so friendly this morning at breakfast and Pamela ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy a 5 star breakfast. All in all, a really wonderful stay.

One of the best experiences we have had staying in any hotel. An amazing hotel. The ambience was second to none, the hotel room was spotless, room staff came to us twice asking to we need our bed turned. Really nice touch with chocolates delivered. We ate in the Wilde restaurant and the food was unbelievable, both had steak, I had the ribeye, which melted in your mouth like butter. My wife hadu the fillet steak 086 3220441 haand she absolutely loved if. The portions we vaery big and satisfying. Service was incredible, they couldn't do enough for you. The thing that made it for us was the staff. I don't remember all the names and I would love to name them all but there was a Bar man named Lee and he was brilliant and such a gentleman and a pure professional. He is a credit to the Westbury and a great ambassador for the hotel. One of the best hotel experiences we've ever had staying in a hotel and we have stayed in hotels around the world. Thank you to all the staff in the Westbury for an amazing time.

Waited for a table for two in the lounge area or cocktail bar, after maybe 15 minutes we were shown out to an overflow area off the cocktail bar. When you go to the Westbury and pay top euro prices for cocktails you expect at least a view! Very poor and service not much better!!
