Delivers its LHW promise
I stayed at The Westbury quite a few times over the last few years but never actually wrote a review. The Westbury is one of those hotels that just delivers solidly on its 5 star LHW promise. From recognition at front desk, to well appointed rooms and great personalised breakfast experience. The full Irish is cooked spot on and staff is very attentive. Overall, any issues (if any) are resolved with the guest in mind straight away. As city busienss hotels go, this is a benchmark.

Lovely Christmas experience
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Sergio was very pleasant and attentive. Mulled wine was delicious and a nice extra.

We had such an amazing experience at the Festive Afternoon Tea. Mulled wine to start and service was excellent. Our server Federico couldn't do enough for us. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful Experience at The Westbury
My visit to The Westbury was absolutely exceptional. The afternoon tea was truly wonderful, beautifully presented, delicious, and served in a charming atmosphere that made the whole experience unforgettable. I would also like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Ana Pacheco. She was incredibly attentive and helpful, especially when giving me information about the dining options within the hotel. Her warm and professional manner made me feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. I highly recommend The Westbury to anyone looking for a refined and memorable experience. I can’t wait to return!
