Great hotel and great staff. The hospitality is unmatched. The room l, quiet and comfortable. Shoutout to Pamela and Rebecca for giving us some tips on some local spots to check out. One thing to note is that the bathroom has an automatic light that can’t be turned off.

Avoid this hotel. They're also contesting any negative reviews. We stayed here for our wedding night and they caused us so much unnecessary stress. They promised us parking, twice, verbally and written and when my husband arrived he was told there was no parking. There was no offer of help or anything, he was just told point blank there's no parking, come back at 2pm. They knew we were getting married at 2pm. The shower door in our room was also broken which resulted in a flooded bathroom. The staff were incredibly rude. I'm so upset we had this experience here as we had such high hopes.

Very good hotel and probably the best I have stayed in in Dublin. Location - nothing beats it. Breakfast lovely with very attentive staff. Gripe? Hard to think of one. Perhaps that it’s so busy but what you expect Saturday before Christmas.

I have just enjoyed a mainly fabulous stay at the Westbury ( some renovation works slightly clouded my stay). The service, the attention to details, the staffs, all get a 10/10 in my books. The rooms, despite being a tad "faded" are spotlessly clean & bed very comfortable. How wonderfully refreshing to see so many Irish staffs, always smiling, enhancing your experience. I had a wonderful, scrumptious afternoon tea which was simply divine. I will definitively return.

Great atmosphere felt very Christmassy. Federico looked after us very well and ensured we had a great experience. We celebrated two birthdays with afternoon tea. Food was high quality.
