The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the busy and vibrant city. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere with attentive staff. Mirjana, especially, was an excellent hostess who ensured our every request was delivered as soon as possible. Check out was seemless and professional. Thomas at the front of house was friendly and professional. Balfes restaurant and The Sidecar bar was lovely with a nice atmosphere. See you again soon we hope.

I booked a room with two double beds for me and my two Daughters. We stayed for three nights. All of the staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We had a problem with the safe in our room and it was fixed straight away. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would say is that this is a city centre hotel so whilst it is a perfect central location. There is some traffic noise from outside. As other reviews have pointed out, the walls are very thin. We could hear some of the conversation that was being held by our neighbors.

A brief 1 night stay but memorable just the same. From check in to dinner in Wilde and a sublime breakfast it’s easy to see why it’s held in such regard. The staff personalise it all from welcome amenities to simply knowing your name it really elevates the experience. Tom, Pamela and each and every team member looked after us. I could sit looking out over the city every day, it’s a real treat. Thank you to all the team
