Fantastic service ferndo was lovely

We recently enjoyed a two-night stay at the fabulous Westbury, and it did not disappoint. This five-star hotel is effortlessly stylish and set in an unbeatable location. Due to a mix-up with our original booking, we were upgraded to the luxury suite — and Bianca, who checked us in, handled the whole situation so smoothly that we were impressed from the very first moment. The suite itself surpassed every expectation, from its generous size and thoughtful amenities to the butler's chocolates waiting for us on arrival. The turndown service was a delightful touch too, complete with yet more chocolates. The suite itself included a separate living room, bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with both a bath and shower. Dinner at Wilde was an outstanding experience — genuinely some of the best service we've encountered. We also spent time at the Sidecar Bar, enjoying a few excellent cocktails both before dinner and as nightcaps. Breakfast at Balfe's rounded things off nicely too, with fantastic coffee and a solid overall spread. Honestly, I think the Westbury has spoiled me for any future hotel stays! Every member of staff we encountered was wonderful, attentive, and made the whole experience feel effortless. Thank you, Westbury — please keep doing exactly what you're doing!

Just off grafton street we decided to go in for an afternoon drink. Ambiance was so relaxing and staff were so friendly. Drinks were great too. A nice way to spend an afternoon in luxury

I recently stayed here for probably the 8th or 10th time. I love the location, the hotel ambience, the bar and have always enjoyed my stays! Overall another solid and enjoyable stay. There were some small issues with service this time that I think the hotel should pay attention to - these are the things that can distinguish one 5 star hotel from others. There was no conditioner in our shower - completely empty. It also wasn’t replenished after the first or second day - so it went unnoticed by room service. We asked for more and it was swiftly provided. At breakfast, one day our toast did not arrive and we had to ask twice for it. It eventually came when we finished eating. A manager or supervisor did apologize and acknowledge the issue which we appreciated. The next day at breakfast - the toast came out burnt, second round of toast - slightly less burnt. We ordered a drink in the afternoon tea area while we were waiting for our room. 15 minutes later - still no drink. Staff did follow up and apologize but the drink didn’t materialize. Granted it was early but they were open so I’m not sure what happened. When we got our room we were told our bags would be at the room before us (as we were waiting for the aforementioned drink). However the bags were still at reception so we just grabbed them ourselves. All of these things are so minor but they add up in the overall experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the hotel again but would encourage management to pay attention to these small slips in standards.

Had such a fantastic experience at this cocktail bar! The atmosphere was amazing, the cocktails were creative and delicious, and the whole place had such a great vibe. A huge thank you to Imogen, Noa, Oliver, Mateusz, and Victoria for making the night so special. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. Their service really stood out and made the experience unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!
