Wonderful staff!

The staff was kind, attentive and the sandwiches were excellent. They offered us more sandwiches on the house right from the top, which was lovely! We took them up on it, they were so good. Federico’s service was fantastic as well! Thank you.

Sunday tea at the Westbury

We had the tea service. Molly and Daniel and Iago (?) were excellent and attentive. We had soy allergies so they were extra sensitive to meeting our needs. Wonderful establishment. I would come here again definitely.

A solid option in a great location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

My family stayed at The Westbury for 2 nights with our daughter in a suite with an adjoining king room. THE GOOD: - The hotel itself was centrally located, and the ambiance was lovely. - They were able to accommodate an early check-in and our rooms were modern, spotless, and larger than I expected. - Everything felt polished and upscale and the service was very good. Bags were delivered quickly, everyone was very amicable and helpful. THE JUST OK: - We were on a high floor, but still experienced loud street noise (cars honking, tires squealing, people shouting). It's in a busy part of town, so this is kind of to be expected but it happened over a rather extended period of time and late into the night. - The water temperature was all over the place. Our (tiny) shower would shift from hot to freezing to scalding. This also happened in the bath tub with our 6 year old and I'm lucky she wasn't burned. The shower in our daughter's room was larger. However, the temp wouldn't adjust in her shower at all, so you got luke warm and that was that. Overall, we had a very nice stay. We also stayed at The Shelbourne on this trip, and in our opinion The Westbury was a superior property with a nicer room and a better overall value.
