Supreme Service
A brief 1 night stay but memorable just the same. From check in to dinner in Wilde and a sublime breakfast it’s easy to see why it’s held in such regard. The staff personalise it all from welcome amenities to simply knowing your name it really elevates the experience. Tom, Pamela and each and every team member looked after us. I could sit looking out over the city every day, it’s a real treat. Thank you to all the team

Lovely hotel
This is a great place to stay in Dublin. Perfectly central, lovely rooms and a great hotel overall. The sidecar bar is great for drinks and the hotel has a savoy feel to it. The comfiest beds we’ve stayed in and lovely breakfast.

Luxurious 5 Star world
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed into a luxurious 5 Star world. Check-in to our beautiful Luxury Suite (444) was smooth, considering we arrived before the check-in time, everything was ready. Our gorgeous suite had ample space to relax, packed with all the amenities we could need, and a lovely welcome bottle of bubbles too! We enjoyed some delicious cocktails during our stay in the Sidecar Bar, served by some great bar people. Dinner in their Wildes Restaurant is always top class, with the most knowledgeable staff on hand to help with any food or wine recommendations. Breakfast was in the same restaurant in the morning, with a generous spread on offer, as well as all the cooked to order hot breakfasts. The perfect start to any day. It's hard to believe such a cosy relaxing hotel is 1 mins walk from the main shopping street. Thank you to all the brilliant staff that looked after us.

Afternoon tea
We had a wonderful afternoon tea at The Westbury. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, the food was good and the service truly stood out. Lais looked after our table and was exceptionally attentive.

Exceptional Afternoon Tea Experience
We had a wonderful afternoon tea experience and couldn’t fault the service today. Everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, but what really made the visit special was the outstanding care we received from Lais. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Her professionalism and warm personality added a personal touch that elevated the whole experience. Thank you to the team for such a lovely afternoon, and special thanks to Lais for looking after us so well – we’ll definitely be back!
