I had possibly one of the best customer experience moments that I have ever had in a hotel today. I was there for work purposes, and a lovely staff member Mirjana, went above and beyond to make the experience a pleasant one. She was attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does.

Beautiful afternoon tea
I enjoyed a beautiful afternoon tea with my family. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were to die for. A member of staff Frederico couldn't do enough for us, he really made the experience feel luxurious.

Great experience
Lovely dining experience from start to finish. Our waiter Anderson was very attentive, courteous, friendly and helpful. The food and wine were delicious and the atmosphere really nice.
