Accidentally picked the perfect spot. This property is gorgeous and rooms are spacious. We also were in the heart of the city and everything was so walkable. I will always recommend this location to future travelers. We walked to Temple Bar area for dinner, walked to Guinness and Jameson. A historic walk around the college and churches were all so easy to get to. It also felt very safe.

Upon arrival at 7:30am from an overnight flight, Vanessa quickly arranged for us to check into two of our three rooms, which was a blessing. The third was ready later that morning. Overall, our family enjoyed a six night stay visiting my daughter who was studying at Trinity (across the street) for the semester. Fantastic location in Dublin that allowed us to walk to most of our tours, Temple Bar area, and great local restaurants for dinner. Our adult kids raved about the breakfast buffet daily and we enjoyed drinks and light dinner in The Mint Bar two nights. Our final day we scheduled high tea, which presented a fantastic selection of treats and sandwiches, as well as the best hot chocolate. The rooms were small but well kept and we enjoyed the Signature tea and biscuits refreshed daily. Nightly turndown service included tasty chocolates and we received a small tray of macarons and fruit on some other days. Beds were very comfortable. The room was a bit stuffy upon our arrival and after calling, they promptly sent someone who fixed the cooling unit. Front desk, concierge, and doormen were polite, friendly, and engaging, as were the staff in the restaurant and downstairs at the Mint. It was a great stay in a great space.

The hotel is beautiful, the doorman is amazing, Luis the concierge is a young gentleman who not only exudes the passion for what he does, but multi tasks while giving you exceptional service, welcoming us as we walked in day one and was always there to assist in every possible way including calling us when we had left our tickets to guinness tour at his desk, he took photos of the tickets and texted them to us, and said if there was an issue to please call him. It was all just above and beyond. If this is the career that Luis is passionate about and pursuing, he will be the general manager of that hotel or another in a short time. As for the accommodations, the room was suppose to be an upgrade, we asked for a view, we were put on the Mezzanine level, but that is the 2nd floor, no view and the window was so tiny and difficult to get to, it was subpar at best. not sure what the allure is to the mezzanine, maybe the over the top tea room? but there are no other great features. the room was small which was expected, the bathroom was odd, there was no where to grab a towel or hang or rest a towel coming out of the shower, the drain in the sink was slow and filled the sink with water. the AC worked the first day only, and the breakfast....... The runny eggs on the buffet was the first turn off and the food that should be hot was not, anyway, mentioned all these things when leaving and we got a nod of an apology. personally would not recommend this hotel., which is a shame as it is beautiful.

Beautiful Bonvoy hotel in the heart of Dublin. The rooms are comfortable, the service is exceptional, and the location can’t be beat. Luis the concierge was particularly wonderful, with excellent advise and impeccable timing. We had a wonderful time, basing our operations from the College Green and stretching out legs all the way to the Karan Isles to the west and Howth to the east.

Yesterday, I had dinner at Morelands Grill and I have to say — the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish we had was beautifully presented and full of flavor. A special thank you to the wonderful Fernanda, who took excellent care of our table. She was amazing, explaining the menu and giving us great suggestions. I also want to thank Sarah and Jiyoung for their attentive and friendly service. After dinner, we went to the Mint Bar, and Abhishek was amazing with us. He suggested a new drink from the menu, and it was delicious! The Mint Bar had live music and a very cool atmosphere — we loved it. Overall, my night at the hotel was a 10 out of 10 — the venues, the friendly staff, the food — everything was perfect. I’ll definitely come back for sure!
