My room service is excellent - thank you Milan. He is very good at folding towels making arts and keeping me supplied. They regularly ask if I am OK and look after my room very well. The beds are extremely comfortable and the amenities are excellent RIXOS premium Dubrovnik was best memories

I had a truly wonderful stay at Rixos Premium Dubrovnik. The hotel is elegant, peaceful and beautifully located with stunning sea views. I especially appreciated the room on a higher floor with a breathtaking view - it made my stay even more special. The staff were warm, professional and attentive. A thoughtful birthday surprise in my room was a lovely touch that I will always remember. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Dubrovnik. I will happily return.

We booked a suite with an Adriatic Sea view, which was stunning. Restaurant verandas offer even better vistas. Most staff are Nepali migrant workers. Reception staff weren't very friendly, but housekeeping team was excellent. They kept the suite tidy and clean. January's low season meant fewer guests and common areas not fully lighted. Breakfast is mediocre. If I do come back again, it is for the view of the ocean especially during sunset.

The hotel itself is very nice and on very beautiful location although the roof of the hotel is very ancient and I think they should be renovating a lot of things into hotel considering the star Range and the price of the hotel there were a lot of Flaws and a lot of old and broken things in the hotel also there were a lot of unclean items in my room and I have changed two rooms in the bathroom there was an unclean personal hygiene items etc but the view from the room is spectacular so the management of the hotel should take care of the cleanliness and the whole maintains of the indoor and outdoor spaces of the hotel much better. Secondly I got very disappointed with the behavior of the staff at the reception they have never given my message to the friends I was staying with and I had a lot of issues with them after this because one of the employers on the reception was very rude in polite and was not doing her job at all she refused to collaborate and to help me out with my request and the final stage I was referred to the manager of the hotel and when I had the chat with him the next day he was completely reserved and basically was taking the side of his staff not listening to what I was saying at all and saying basically that if I don't like something in the hotel I should leave. Very disappointing experience in total. Although I must give credits to the restaurant the buffet and the food or quite excellent as well as the spa but I don't understand their policy of using the saunas with your swimming suit on.

The hotel has many excellent features. Firstly, all the staff were friendly and helpful: they arranged an appointment I needed unexpectedly instantly. Secondly, the food, breakfast and dinner, served at the Turquoise restaurant was very delicious. Thirdly, the equipments in the gym were maintained very well. Its cleanliness and replenishment of water were good. Being branded as ‘premium’, I have to spot its flaws. Firstly, the room desperately needs a refresh: the decoration/furniture is peeling off, the floorboards are loose and the drainage in the bathtub is slow. The bedside lights were not working during our stay but they were replaced quickly. Secondly, the spa could benefit from a renovation too: the seal of the sauna, tiles/walls of the pool areas, the rest area and even the ventilation in the toilets. Thirdly, one of the table tennis tables needs a net assembly. Lastly, it is a slight shame only tap water is included for free for dinner at the Turquoise restaurant.
