Rixos Premium Dubrovnik

Whole experience was great ! The staff was friendly, drinks were amazing and the food Was a different level ! 5* approved - the dessert - see the picture - was cherry on TOP - Thank you Very much !

We a great time in this resort. The views from the room are absolutely amazing. The resort is a nice 15 minute walk back to the old town. Breakfast is great. We ate out for lunch and dinner as the resort is very expensive for food. $42 euros for a pasta compared to $15 outside of the resort. There are some great restaurants within a moment stroll from the resort so it’s easy to eat out. Our favourite employee for service and fun is Deniz. Yeah.

Just returning from a fantastic week here. Was met by Deniz who was very accommodating, friendly and professional and checked in with us throughout our holiday. Couldn’t fault the room. So much choice for breakfast was spoilt for choice! Never struggled to get a bed by the pool and the bar staff were very attentive.. they even had Maurice with an Aperol trolley passing by throughout the day which of course we had to take advantage of. Would definitely recommend this place as it’s within walking distance of the old town which is stunning and we will be coming back next year!!

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff and food. Dining in the main restaurant on half board basis was worth it. But it would have been nice to have some local wine included in the half board. Food options were plentiful and quality very high. Location was an easy 20 min stroll into the old town. Pricing of food and drinks in the hotel is very high. If it had been more reasonable we would have had lunch in the hotel instead of out and explored the cocktail choice more. Room was great with beautiful views, although there were some issues with water not draining from the sink / bath and the wrong plug fitted to the sink that wouldn’t work. Reported and they attempted to resolve without success, but it didn’t really matter. A lovely holiday in Dubrovnik made special by the staff, thank you.

Rixos premium is lovely hotel food amazing staff in turquoise restaraunt so lovely my problem is the spa my husband booked the Rixos premium in Dubrovnik for my birthday and our anniversary I thought I would book a facial gold for myself the TUI rep had told me they are giving a 15% discount for treatments I went in to book a facial and I was taken back when the girl said it only applies to certain rooms in other words if we had booked a suite it would be ok I felt as if I was being looked down on when she said that I said it’s what the TUI rep had told she then said she would have to confirm with her manager which she did then told me I was right I was not happy at all with customer service they should have been told about discount it was a complete embarrassment. We stayed at the Rixos in belek never had a problem like this the reason for this review is so it does not happen again did have a lovely facial in the end
