Absolutely perfect

We had an absolute perfect time from start to finish. We did not want to leave. Katarina and Delila at the spa who helped me search for my phone when I had accidentally changed in the men’s changing room and left my stuff in their lockers 🫣. Andrea who gave the BEST massage I have ever had and I have had a lot of massages. Really though everyone we met was so kind, warm and pleasant and a credit to your hotel. The breakfast was also perfection as were the pizzas we had and burrata salad. Out of this world. We really couldn’t complain about anything on our whole stay apart from having to leave 🤣. This holiday was to celebrate (a bit late) my 40th birthday and we were treated like kings and queens. We thank you so much for making our stay so special and would really hope to be able to come back some time.

Beautiful hotel on the water

Beautiful hotel right on the water. The views were stunning, the rooms were very large and nicely decorated. The breakfast was amazing every day and staff were lovely.

Stayed here for a city break, once checked in we noticed our room air-con was not working we asked twice to fix it. We cane back from town in the evening still not fixed i don’t think they even looked at it. They moved us to another room without showing us the room first. However the next room was not up to standard and was worse, these are not 5 star rooms they need a lot or upgrading. We were not happy and they were aware and tried to put things right and offer evening Meal however we were notified too late and had eaten out before we returned back to hotel to see the note they should have emailed or called as they had all our details we tried some desserts though. Plus had free bottle of wine and fruit. The staff are very nice and you can see customer satisfaction is high on their agenda. The breakfast is very good and the best part of the stay. On the second day hand towels were not supplied in our rooms. Overall we had a poor stay and the rooms that we stayed need upgrading and look tired. The quality rooms are not 5 star.

Amazing views, Amazing food

We stayed a week for my partners birthday. We had a rental car while staying at the hotel. Up until our last day we thought there was only the small car park at the front of the hotel so parking was difficult. If the valet had told us that there was a big parking garage across the road and our tickets would be validated each day it would have made things easier. The hotel parking was €8 a day. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The buffet dinner was also amazing but that was an additional cost of €45 ea so we only ate there for dinner twice. The lobby food and drinks were all quite expensive and costs really add up. In regards to the room, the first night we got there late and there was no hot water for a shower. We were both very tired and just wanted to have a hot shower and get into bed. For the rest of the stay we had hot water. The rooms safe didn’t work when we arrived and maintenance quickly changed the battery. Then it stopped working a couple of days later. The rooms finish wasn’t very good for a 5* hotel. Paint all over the walls and just looks rough. There wasn’t proper eu plugs close to the bed, there was only one. Each side had a usb port, however the one on my side didn’t work well. For the last couple of days I stopped receiving milk when they restocked the coffee pods. The TV channel selection was not great. Most of the time the English channels didn’t have a connection. You cannot stream from your phone to the tv. The views were amazing and overall we had a nice, comfortable stay.
