Rixos Premium Dubrovnik

This is a massive hotel with breathtaking views. The staff at the hotel couldn't have been nicer. There's a lovely terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea. The hotel, however, seems a bit run-down. Our room and bathroom were both dated, and our bathrobes were frayed.

Pratap Koirala gave us a great experience. The food was incredible and all dishes were well explained. The beef tenderloin was one of the best steaks we’ve ever had. Pratap was also very entertaining which will create a great memory for our stay at the Rixos Premium Dubrovnik.

Brilliant! Brilliant! Brilliant! A wonderful stay in this hotel. I’ve not seen or stayed before in a place quite like this. A very fast check-in by friendly and welcoming staff… and it got better. An incredibly spacious atrium where you enter the hotel at floor 10(!) with rooms and facilities on different floors. Spacious games room with pool and carom billiards table, sports bar, hairdressers, spa, indoor pool and equipped gym, indoor and outdoor (upper level) terrace bar… it goes on! Breakfasts and dinners are exceptional! The whole hotel is immaculate. Rooms, open areas, dining areas - perfect! In terms of location, the sea views along the coastline are perfect. A lovely walk to the old town is under 20 minutes. In late April it was shorts and t-shirts in the evening - with perhaps a light jacket (though not a necessity). Antonio on the front desk was just so helpful! He’s an asset to the hotel - as were all of the staff. I’ll say it again. Brilliant.

Having been fortunate to stay in many lovely hotels, this one now tops the list!! The service was simply fantastic, the hotel immaculately clean, and the facilities are second to none. We loved all the little extras - games in the sports bar, pool tables, live music and umbrellas during storms. A special shout out to Antonio who went above and beyond to ensure I had the best birthday celebrations whilst staying at the hotel. There is nothing not to like about this hotel - highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, great staff and fantastic location. We booked stay with breakfast which was delicious with plenty of choice , fresh juice , sparkling wine, local food and very good coffee . There are few restaurants in the neighborhood, just 5 min walk. Very nice terrace with plenty of sunbeds and nice, big, clean outdoor pool!
