We were very impressed with chef Ravi, who was very courteous, respectful and attentive. He prepared very good Indian meal on Sunday. He greeted us with smiling face and made a point to meet us everyday.

Black mould around the shower mixer valve, basin plug pop up is stuck up and you can’t fill the basin with water. The bath is horridly stained in about 20 % of its surface.

Location is great, 15 min walk to the old down. Lovely pool and sea to access too. Great staff especially mr.gokhan at the Greek restaurant. Also Hamza is very attentive and helpful around the hotel! Great experience, only thing that we did struggle with was sometimes the DJ around the pool can get quite loud! Apart from that great staff, food and location. Would recommend!

What we loved: From check-in, we were impressed by this hotel. We immediately received two glasses of prosecco and an upgrade for our 4-night stay to a beautiful suite with water views. The room itself was incredible - views of the Adriatic Sea are expansive, our balcony had plenty of seating including a swing chair. Air conditioning in the room was stellar. As is Eurpoean culture, the hallways, elevator, and common spaces are not as cool. The room itself was spotless. If you are a coffee fan - Croatia is the most amazing coffee culture in the world. We had an incredible espresso machine with delicious Julius Meinl espresso in our room. The best part of this entire stay was the AMAZING BREAKFAST! Imagine the most amazing breakfast buffet you can think of - then multiply that times three. That's it. Fresh fruit, greek salads, incredible olives and tomatoes (basil that you can pick fresh off the platns) various fresh and roasted/grilled veggies, hot food bar with eggs, waffles, potatoes, etc. Yogurt bar, cereal bar, every alternate milk product you could hope for, nuts, chia and flax seeds, dried fruit, and again - Fresh made coffee or espresso drinks of your choice. You can sit inside or out and relax as long as you like. On site, there are two pools and a cordoned-off area of the Sea to swim in. Plenty of restaurants on property to choose from and easy walking distance to Old Town (about 20 mintues) with many cafes and shops just 5-10 minutes away. Book ahead of time for best prices and make sure to get an view of the Adriatic. Enjoy the 24-hour gym Improvements we would love to see: We did not know that we had free use of the baths in the spa during our stay. That was the one area I wish the front desk had informed us about at check-in. Also, we later found out there are tennis courts available. At the gym, I was castigated for using the water refill bottles by the attendant. She said because I had a refillable water bottle, I needed to use a sink in the spa across the way to fill my bottle (with warm water) while people using disposable cups could use the water. She would be fine if I used a disposable cup and then poured it into my bottle (wasteful). I would highly recommend to the hotel to install at least two water refill stations - one at the entrance (maybe with lemons and cucumbers) and one in the gym. This is an upscale 5-star hotel and this should be a no-brainer.
