Great place , wonderfull terrace…. But ! We are disappointed, because we reserve a menu which cost 175€, with lobster and when we arrive at the table, there is no lobster . It we’ll be change by pasta with 3 mussels . Don’t demand to reserve a menu before coming if you change it, it’s not fare !

Fantastic property with great unique location, beautifully designed with high quality finishes, no shortcuts. Our room 403 had a fantastic view, as I assume most rooms do. Breakfast outside is really peaceful, with amazing view of the bay. The rocky beach area was well attended. Swimming in the ocean was fantastic. The unique location makes it a bit hard to get to. The location given by Google is wrong. I would not drive your own car to the property if you can avoid it, given how hard it is to reach.

Villa Dubrovnik is, without question, one of the most beautiful hotels in Croatia. The architecture is elegant, the service is excellent, and the views over the Adriatic are absolutely breathtaking. It has all the ingredients of a world-class luxury retreat—except for one catastrophic flaw that completely destroys the experience. If you are coming here seeking peace, tranquility, and relaxation, look elsewhere. Throughout the day, the north side of the hotel is overwhelmed by relentless, deafening music coming from a nearby abandoned property that has apparently become a gathering place for rave-style parties. The pounding bass is so loud and so constant that it is impossible to relax by the pool, sit on your balcony, read a book, or simply enjoy the magnificent surroundings. Instead of listening to the sound of the sea, you are forced to endure hours of nonstop electronic music echoing across the property. As frustrating as the daytime noise is, the evenings are even worse. When you would expect a luxury hotel to become peaceful and romantic, another outdoor nightclub fills the air with blaring music. Even dinner on the hotel's beautiful terrace becomes an exercise in frustration rather than enjoyment. Conversations are interrupted by the constant pounding of amplified music, completely destroying what should be a memorable dining experience. It is incomprehensible that guests paying thousands of euros for a luxury room are subjected to this level of noise pollution. A five-star hotel should offer an atmosphere of serenity and escape—not the experience of being surrounded by competing nightclubs. The contrast between the hotel's exceptional quality and the relentless noise is astonishing. The beauty of Villa Dubrovnik deserves to be experienced in peace, yet that opportunity is taken away from every guest affected by this constant barrage of music. What should have been an unforgettable luxury escape became an exhausting and deeply disappointing experience. Regrettably, despite the hotel's remarkable beauty and outstanding staff, I will not return. Until this issue is addressed, I cannot recommend Villa Dubrovnik to anyone looking for the quiet, restorative getaway that a property of this caliber should provide. Spending thousands of euros only to have your vacation dominated by relentless music from morning until late at night is simply unacceptable.

Fantastic hotel! Can’t fault it to be honest. Amazing location only 15 min walk from the old town but the hotel runs a shuttle bus hourly. Great rooms especially the sea view ones all mod cons. The hotel smells lovely and the staff take care of your every need. Breakfast is ala carte which we found perfect especially the views. You can sunbathe near the sea or pool both equally good. We preferred near the pool as easy to get in and out. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Whilst staying elsewhere in Dubrovnik, I wanted to visit Villa Dubrovnik as I am currently researching hotels for clients and narrowing down the best options for their upcoming trip. The location is excellent, approximately a 15–20 minute walk from Dubrovnik's city walls, making it close enough to enjoy the Old Town whilst offering a peaceful and exclusive setting away from the crowds. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were warm, welcoming and professional. The reception area was bright, modern and immaculately presented, creating an excellent first impression as soon as we walked through the doors. I explained to the receptionist that I was researching the hotel for potential clients. She kindly spoke with the management team, who very generously welcomed us to look around the public areas and invited us to enjoy a drink on the terrace. I thought this was a wonderful gesture and a reflection of the confidence they have in their hotel and the experience they offer. The hotel itself was beautifully presented throughout and had a luxurious yet understated feel. Every area we visited was immaculate and thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that felt calm, elegant and exclusive. We spent a lovely afternoon on the terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea, enjoying a bottle of wine whilst taking in the breathtaking views. The terrace is the perfect place to relax, and the peaceful atmosphere made it very easy to lose track of time. The service we received from the bar staff was exceptional. We were welcomed with genuine warmth, served promptly and made to feel like valued guests despite not being staying at the hotel. One small detail that particularly impressed me was the attentiveness of the service. Throughout our visit to Dubrovnik, whenever I ordered a drink in restaurants or bars and requested ice, it was often forgotten and I would have to ask again. At Villa Dubrovnik, however, our waiter brought the ice to the table almost immediately, without any reminder. It may seem like a small gesture, but it demonstrated genuine attention to detail and allowed me to enjoy my drink exactly as I had ordered it from the moment it arrived. It is often these little touches that make the biggest difference to the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, as the hotel was fully booked during our visit, I didn't have the opportunity to view any of the guest rooms. However, based on the exceptional hospitality we experienced, the impeccable presentation of the hotel and the overall atmosphere, I left with a very positive impression. The willingness of the team to welcome us, despite knowing we were not overnight guests, speaks volumes about their approach to customer service. They had nothing to gain by extending such kindness, yet they did so with genuine professionalism and warmth. I left Villa Dubrovnik feeling confident that it is a hotel I would happily recommend to clients looking for a luxurious stay in Dubrovnik, and it has certainly earned a place on my own list for a future visit.
