Outstanding hotel. You can see why they were voted best hotel. I stayed on the second floor in a newly renovated room. Backstreet Boys were there at the same time. Every aspect of my stay was excellent, not just good. Excellent. Lounge area is really inviting with the complementary snacks and drinks. Gym is very good for a hotel. Equipment is top notch and plenty for almost any level. Pool is very cozy and relaxing. The snacks in n the room are also complimentary and refilled daily by a very professional cleaning team. No complaints, just praise. Breakfast is a little expensive. Would be nice to have it more affordable as there aren’t other immediate options.

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The arrival and check-in process is seamless. I've never stayed at a hotel where every guest has access to a guest only lounge with snacks and beverages. Our suite was fantastic. My wife was reading in the sitting area of our suite, a little chilly, hoping for a blanket when she opened a nearby closet only to find a lap blanket right there, amazing. The security level is very high but only adds to the intimacy of the hotel. The Duchy Restaurant is equally cozy and satisfying with excellent continental cuisine served in a refined yet relaxing setting. The gym is relatively small but I loved the Peloton plus bike.

My family, two adults and two children (6 and 8 years) booked two adjoining rooms for a 5 night stay. We chose this hotel for the great location and the indoor pool. The hotel has those things but so much more! It is a truly exceptional hotel. What I think stands out the most was the amazing, friendly service of every staff member that we encountered during our stay. Bravo for having a top-notch staff who not only knows how to provide impeccable service, but how to do so in a friendly and accessible manner. Staying at fine hotels is not always pleasant with young children. My family never felt bothersome and the children were met with smiles and kindness everywhere they turned. The personal assistants were incredibly helpful with answering questions, offering suggestions, and booking reservations. Hani was especially helpful. Thank you! The rooms are clean and well-appointed. The pool was lovely as well as the dry and wet sauna rooms. Yes, this is a pricier option, but I think it was well priced for the experience. I have stayed at more expensive hotels that could not compare to this. Well done, Breidenbacher Hof! You deserve the 2026 award that you received.

Having to be in Düsseldorf on business we were advised to stay at the Breidenbacher Hof . Little did we realize that it would be the finest hotel we had ever stayed in . Everything was perfect , the room , the cleanliness, the food , the relaxing “ living room “, but most importantly the wonderful staff . Each and every one of them were friendly , caring , efficient and helpful. On checkout I am always looking forward to the next adventure. Here I am disappointed to leave .
