I was told I would receive my deposit of 100 euro but I still didn't get it! They don't reply to my emails, my phone calls. Doesn't seem to be a reliable hotel!

The hotel lost in quality and that's really sad. The breakfast, room service and check-in experience were really low compared to what we were used to .

This hotel is for me one of the best. Location, view, clean room, food services include club lounge, most of your staff are kind. Of course there are always some small things to be dissatisfied. But my last stay at Hyatt Regency Dusseldorf, I was so disappointed how they handled me. - You need to check your invoice always in detail. - They don't answer your email in time. Just say "We are checking your issues. Please wait" would be very helpful. No Answer means ignoring.. Here is in detail 1. They charged me so called "Business Package". It's a breakfast but my room rate was include breakfast. (Club level) -> You need to check your invoice from them always. 2. I have complained to the Hotel and I've got refunded with "Sorry" Email. So far so good. 3. Then, I've got a new payment request via email and also an email it said only that "Business package is a breakfast". 4. So, I wrote Email -> no answer. 5. So I called to the Hotel and the person who sent me a payment request link via Email said that she didn't sent it and I was blamed why I complained. She requested me to send the email back. So I did it with in 5 minutes. 6. No answer... 7. As I waited her response more than 7 hours, I wrote email to the Hotel that I need to response from General Manger because I thought this is how they do business to guests. 8. The person who sent me the Email, did answer via Email two days later. But not from General Manager and I think as my understanding is correct, she didn't say "Sorry". 9. They made mistake but I was the person who is blamed... I had good stay at the hotel but this experience made me bad experience. I hope they will notice it that always Answer email with in short time span.

Terrible experience. The lobby staff is completely untrained. I am a Globalist & have stayed in this hotel many times but the new staff is clueless. I have been wrongly charged Eur 1200 to my credit card. I have sent 3 reminders & there is no reply!!

the staff were very courteous , excellent location , good bar and rooms clean and well maintained . warm welcome and value for money
