Hyatt Regency Dusseldorf

This hotel is well located with very helpful, friendly and professional staff. The Regency Club is a nice space to relax or enjoy snacks and cocktails. Breakfast is always excellent! On this particular stay Enrico (Regency Club) and Lena (Chef) went out of their way to accommodate my wife’s lactose intolerance during the canapé and cocktail hour! The bellboy is also always very friendly and welcoming!

Very good hotel although not right in the main city. Only stayed 1 night but the room (on the 12th floor) overlooked the river and was very spacious and well equipped with both a shower and bath in the bathroom. Ate in the bar in the evening and the food was very good as was breakfast too. Staff were very professional and friendly.

Was there for brunch on a Sunday in October, the food was good, not too many choices, but enough for picking… quality and taste also satisfied. Just the environment and deco are quite old, another table got two guests were complaining about the stains on the couch… generally still a not bad experience.

overpriced and missleading. i booked a room for 2 adults and 1 teenager. on arrical was informed that the room did not include a bed for the teenager and wasnt big enough to put an extra bed in, they then charged us 50 a night for a bigger room. when i showed them the booking and confirmation they said it was assumed that the teenager would sleep in the bed with us.....so we paid the extra 50 a night. on departure they then charged us again by mistake and also charged 35 a nigh to park the car in their car park. food was sub standard and overpriced. TV did not work properly. have been waiting for 2 weeks now for the overcharge to be refunded and nothing so far.

Very good hotel, right at the river. The room is spacious well equipped, nice bathroom, huge TV, comfortable bed and nice bedcloths, big bathroom with well functioning facilities. The brekfast room was very nice, a lot of choices and good quality. The fitness room good be a little bigger with more choices. The hotel is not in the city center but the location is very nice.
