Beautiful hotel with a professional team of staff and management. Special shout out to Kaylin who made our stay feel special and like we were at home. This was our first trip to MV and we couldn't have picked a more perfect location for a active family with a 2 year old and 8 month old. Hotel made it easy to stay with kids. The location was perfect. Edgartown felt like the best town for walkability and quality. The hotel is an easy walk but far enough away you don't get any noise. Just steps away out the front doors is the inner light house and a beach to explore. The staff also can give you rides into town should you not want to walk the 5 or 8 minutes. Our number one priority was staying in a resort style location and this met all our objectives. Wonderful restaurant and amazing property inside and out. We will certainly stay here again in the future. We accessed rhe rest of the island by car so staying anywhere else isn't necessary. We preferred the higher end amenities and location here.

Wow! What a fabulous hotel with fabulous employees! Every single person we encountered made us feel special! What a breath of fresh air it is to find a staff that truly wants to make your experience amazing! Each person played a special role. Mary, who greets you in the restaurant, is so kind and friendly, and always happy to see you. Caroline, our waitress for the multiple meals we enjoyed at Bettini, wanted each experience we had in the restaurant to be top notch. It was. Francisco, the restaurant manager and sommelier, put together a fabulous wine tasting experience! His knowledge was extraordinary, and he was a pleasure to get to know. (Definitely sign up for the Wine Tasting Experience!). Cierra was so friendly and kind in her role at the front desk, as were the guys that helped us with borrowing the house car for a self-guided tour of the island. It’s first come, first serve, and a real treat. The housekeeping staff was very attentive (with great smiles!), and our room was spotless. We were incredibly impressed with Wendy, who has worked at the hotel for more than 3 decades. She makes the hotel feel like home. When you go (and I hope you will after reading this review!), please be sure to seek her out. She’s delightful! Enjoy your stay…we sure did!

We went to Bettini for our 20th wedding anniversary dinner. It was simply amazing! Yoanna and Mary were incredible. I truly appreciate their attention to detail. The food was amazing as well. But a special thank you to Yoanna and Mary for making our night unforgettable.

Gorgeous property paired with an amazing staff. I have never received better service than this. Best in the business!!!

We have stayed here a few times before and had great visits, but unfortunately, this last time fell short- not only was there no Wi-Fi or access to the television, but the pool was not even filled, and no one let us know prior to arrival that the heated pool would not be Available. There are some little things like the lotion in our room was half full and the shampoo as well but -overall it was clean and comfortable.
