100 Princes Street

We stayed here for two nights to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was a perfect stay. The staff are welcoming, professional and accommodating. The service levels are some I haven't experienced elsewhere, having had two back surgeries they made sure the room was comfortable for my husband and nothing was too much trouble. My husband had a whisky tasting with Dario in the beautiful Ghillies Pantry. We had a wonderful time learning as much as possible and tasting some special whiskies. Every detail of this hotel and the experience is so well considered, I hope we can return one day!

This was my first time in Edinburgh as well as my first trip solo and I am so happy to have stayed at this beautiful hotel. From the moment I arrived the staff was extremely accommodating and kind. I felt very safe here as a female solo traveler and the location was perfect to get to old town, Stockbridge and had beautiful views of the castle from the sitting area. The room was absolutely beautiful and very cozy. I truly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough from the rooms, the location and the incredible staff it is a must stay when visiting Edinburgh!

We booked 100 Princes Street as a last minute break away. It’s perfect in every way with the most helpful and charming staff. Stunningly decorated and furnished, impeccably maintained and providing the best night’s sleep. The glass of champagne on arrival was perfect too. We’ll definitely return.

Stayed 2 nights, first night myself, 2nd night my friend booked to stay also. First time at this special hotel, and wow!! Its so special, staff where amazing! So attentive, nothing was to much bother, 5star service, food was absolutely beautiful, cocktails where divine!! The views onto Castle so beautiful, the hotel decor is sheer opulence 🤩 my room (503) was small but gorgeous (frosted glass on windows as no view) Only thing is tea/coffee making facilities would have been nice as there was lovely cookies in room and given sweet treats each day, so a wee cuppa tea would have been good! I look forward to staying again 👌 amazing 5⭐️ boutique hotel!! Best service ever!! You get what you pay for 🤩

We were looking for something a bit special for a birthday celebration, and booked 100 Princess Street for a one night stay. This is a unique, luxury hotel delivering the highest level of service and attention, it deserves more than the level 5 rating. The staff are so welcoming and make you feel right at home - from settling you in with complimentary champagne on arrival, taking time to make sure everything is tailored to your taste and expectation, nothing is to much trouble. The decor ( the staircase is out of this World - never thought id ever spend time going up and down 4 flights of stairs taking pictures of a staircase ! ) Super comfortable, great views from the bar / restaurant, we opted to eat in and the cocktails were superb, dinner excellent with the Steak being exceptional. Nice log burning fire in that area as well, once your settled in its hard to get up and leave. This really is an experience and for a special treat, it would be hard to beat, easily the best luxury hotel in Edinburgh. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it as a must do, you cant enter the hotel without being a guest so it feels exclusive and luxurious but most important for us, makes you feel comfortable, now just looking for an excuse to rebook.
