Exceptional service. Personalized treatment and a killer setting. You can’t beat the location or the amazing staff. And the overall ambiance is true Scottish luxury. Plus a perfect view of the castle.

Experience of a lifetime- incredible hotel!
We had an INCREDIBLE experience at 100 Princes Street. From the moment we walked in the door, the team took excellent care of us looking after our every need. This will go down as the best stay I've had at ANY hotel. The location can't be beat. Special shout outs to Neil, Shawn, Will, Pamela and Dermot for making our stay extra special. The hotel itself is absoluley immaculate. Hope to come back and visit sometime soon.

Very Poor Rooms. Busy street very poor value for the money.
Terrible rooms. Location central but on a very busy street. Rooms are tiny with only tiny rod with 6 hangers in the entire room. No drawers for clothes at all. Cannot unpack. If you stay there be prepared to live out of your suite case. When mentioned this to the company they said this is normal for this hotel. Staff friendly but the value for the money definitely not there.

Superb experience in a beautiful hotel.
This hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The staff was very attentive and helpful and our suite was elegant. Sweet treats and fruit were provided each day to our room. The breakfasts were delicious.
