Stayed here solo and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel, room, food & drink were all great but the staff is what shined bright. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist was unrivaled. Can’t wait to come back again!

Our stay of The 100 Princess Street Hotel was fantastic, , The perfect location with the views just in front of the castle and walking distance for the most iconic places of Edinburgh , the food also was amazing,, the hotel is very stilish and charming hotel boutique , in the authentic style Scottish , our suite was amazing and the service of each person in the hotel was incredible . For us this is the best luxury hotel boutique en Edinburgh and we will be there for sure again in our next visit there. I was absolutely wowed by the kindness and care of the staff at 100 Princes street. The hotel was beautiful, my room was cozy and house keeping kept it very tidy. The first Scottish breakfast I've ever had was in their lounge and it was delicious. I was having a bit of a health emergency during my stay and Hannah at reception connected me to a doctor. As an American, I was so concerned I would not be able to get the care I needed, but the staff put me at ease and made sure I was alright. I couldn't speak more highly of my stay at this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, every member of the team made me feel genuinely welcome. The service was warm, professional, and attentive, with so much care given to every detail. It's clear that the staff truly care about their guests. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring Edinburgh. Everything was spotless, and I felt at home throughout my stay. Edinburgh is an incredible city, and this hotel made the experience even more special. If you're visiting. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so memorable. I will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh.

We were enjoying the first night of an incredible stay at 100 Princes St when at 3 AM fire alarms went off and we were evacuated from the hotel as a neighboring property was engulfed by flames. As of two days later authorities have not yet allowed us to return to the hotel. What is remarkable about the experience is the loving, thoroughly professional, tireless and competent service of the 100 Princes staff. They calmly gathered us and took us to a neighboring hotel where we were allowed to shelter. Other accommodations were arranged and we moved into another hotel at 5 AM in the morning. Laura, Neil and others have kept us informed, safe and comfortable. Staff has gathered our belongings and taken them to another hotel where we will soon retrieve them. Hotel management has faced an incredible test with this incident and passed with flying colors.
