100 Princes Street

We had the opportunity to stay at 100 Princes Street, Edinburgh recently on our trip to Scotland. The hotel is truly so beautiful - it has a true Scottish feel to it, making our arrival into Scotland so exciting. 100 Princes street is a smaller boutique hotel - which we really enjoyed. Our hotel room was very nice, though very small. This is to be expected in Europe though, so just be prepared, with that said, our room was beautiful. The walls were covered in tartan wool, and the bed...heavenly comfortable. The blinds are room darkening, which is so helpful with jet lag. Finishes in the room and bathroom were very high quality - so overall the room was excellent. Location of the hotel is awesome, makes everything walkable. When we looked out our bedroom window, Edinburgh castle was right in front of us!!! Beautiful. Also - since you are not on the Royal Mile, you do not have the tourist traffic. Again, great location to Old town and New. Now the best part of our hotel stay was the service. Everyone was extremely attentive, and gave EXCELLENT service, In particular was Hannah the concierge, she went above and beyond in her assistance. Well done to the staff at 100 Princes street! Thank you again for making our stay in Edinburgh so lovely.

Everything about the hotel is incredible. Location is great, within easy walking distance to the Royal Mile, yet away from the noise and crowds. Service was amazing, from being greeted at the door, front desk, help with luggage, housekeeping, restaurant, lounge, etc. Food was great, varied selections and the selection of whiskeys in the lounge is unparalleled. Again, just a fantastic stay

This was an extraordinary experience in all the best ways. A delightful blend of tasteful traditional decor and modern facilities. The staff was delightful and attentive. The food and beverage was fantastic I hope to visit again soon.

Every member of staff I met was warm, attentive, polished and genuinely interested in making the stay special. The service never felt forced or overly formal, just exceptionally well delivered. The location is absolutely on point, right in the heart of Edinburgh and perfectly placed for enjoying the city. The hotel itself is beautifully presented, and my room was impeccable: spotless, comfortable, elegant and finished to an extremely high standard. What stood out most, though, was the people. The staff created the kind of atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, and that is what turned a very short visit to Edinburgh into such a memorable stay. A huge thank you to everyone at 100 Princes Street. You are doing a fantastic job. I will definitely return, and next time I hope to bring my family so they can experience it too.
