An amazing property in a perfect location. The hotel is so cozy and the team there is fantastic. Will definitely stay again the next time we're in Edinburgh.

Incredible experience! By far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at - staff was exceptional from Neil at the door to Harry at the bar. Clean, thoughtful, friendly, beautiful property, fantastic location and every employee somehow elevated the experience! Highly recommend.

This is a must stay when in Edinburgh! I can’t say enough, about how impressed I was with this hotel!!! Beginning with the customer service starting from the doormen, front desk staff to the bartenders , to concierge’s , and everyone in between! The property itself is absolutely perfectly decorated and the rooms extremely comfortable and welcoming! The breakfast was wonderful, as was the dinner, cocktails and whiskey along with everything else that we enjoyed while staying at this lovely property! The hotel itself is in the perfect location close to everything you need while on holiday! However, the staff are the true superstars!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Having stayed at plenty of 5-star hotels over the years, 100 Princes Street truly stands in a league of its own—it was absolutely amazing, immaculate, and nothing short of perfect! From the moment you arrive, the hospitality sets a whole new standard. The concierge and doorman immediately jump in to take care of your luggage, and the reception team greets you warmly by name, making you feel instantly at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and filled with cozy, stylish rooms. Every detail feels thoughtful, accommodating, and personal, making for an unforgettable stay. A special thank you to the manager, Laura and all of her team who were so friendly and helpful . It's such a very special place !
