Pet policy .what. is it. No restrictions it seems Its like crufts in the lounge area Smell of dog . Dogs bowls of water everywhere . Just lying sbout. Anywhere Saved my self £70. By leaving Coffee. Pots hold small cup and a bit thats it . Who want dogs looking at you munching your food No heath&safey monitoring .

Above and Beyond
Attended my nephews wedding on Easter Sunday. Hotel was beautifully decorated, service was excellent and friendly, food was good too. Rooms were spacious and clean. I would like to personally thank Lucy from customer services who went above and beyond to return my lost property, I truly appreciated your help. Kind regards Brenda x

Delightful spa in Edinburgh
Fantastic spa break at the Norton House Hotel. Really lovely spacious room, delicious food at both dinner and breakfast, amazing spa facilities and the most wonderful massage. Thoroughly recommended for a weekend break. We hope to visit again soon.
