Beautiful, understated luxury hotel with second to none service.
This is a beautiful small hotel with a classy feeling in understated luxury style. The warm welcoming and care by Alexander and then Olivia made my trip feel so so good even though it was a difficult time in my life. Thank you for all your high standard service with a heart! Nothing was too much to ask. Beautiful service at bar by all members all day! Delicious coffee and drinks. Clean quiet room, very comfortable and reasonable price. Buses run very often to airport and to city centre and stop is in front of hotel. Very easy.

Lovely Hotel in a lovely location. Very calm Atmosphere. The Room was beautiful, Zoltan upgraded me to a better room & I was extremely happy. Extremely clean hotel :). Thank you Zoltan, Alex, Piyush. (I seem to have forgotten two names but thank you)

Loving Edinburgh!
Everyone who works at The Roseate are so friendly, professional and welcoming. The cleanliness was second to none. Our room always looked immaculate after a day of sightseeing. The location is perfect and you can walk into town within 15 mins. The breakfast was fantastic, great choices for vegetarians, freshly cooked and presented beautifully. The whole ambiance of The Roseate was perfect. The team at The Roseate have made our trip so pleasurable and unforgettable. A Big, big thank you to all the team. We cannot wait to come back.

Wonderful Stay
Amazing stay. Was assisted with where to go what to see Nothing was too much. Hotel itself is very pretty and is centrally located. Breakfast was amazing and thank you to Piyush for hosting me and my friend at breakfast and for a wonderful stay
