We recently stayed at Hotel Roseate and were thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. They also shared some fantastic local tips that helped us discover hidden gems around the city. The breakfast was absolutely top-notch — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented each morning. The entire hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, combining elegance with a cozy, relaxed vibe. One of the biggest highlights for us was how dog-friendly the hotel is! Our pups were welcomed with treats and lots of love, which made our stay even more enjoyable. If you're visiting the area, I highly recommend Hotel Roseate — a perfect blend of comfort, service, and charm. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is beautiful and located in a quiet neighborhood. Though it is a little removed from the city center, there is a bus stop right outside, and it is quite easy to access other parts of the city, as well as the airport. We had a very pleasant stay in a room in The House, which is across the street from the main hotel. All of the staff were very welcoming and super helpful. We enjoyed dinner at the Dunstane restaurant. We had breakfast included with our room rate, and were glad to have the option of room service for breakfast. The room itself was very nice and spacious. Some drawbacks - Not having lifts or ramps made it difficult to get our bags to reception to check in and then to our room on the second floor. There is no A/C, so if visiting during warmer weather, it can get uncomfortably warm in the room. A fan was provided, which was helpful, but I think it would be much more comfortable to visit this hotel when the weather is cooler.

We LOVED our stay at the Roseate! We wish we could have stayed longer. We got upgraded for free and our room was beyond beautiful. The bed was comfortable, they provided robes, and the room was stocked with amenities. The restaurant at the hotel has great options for breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff is AMAZING. Every single person we interacted with made us feel like we were kings and queens. They met us at the door and brought our bags up the stairs for us, so even though there isn't an elevator, we didn't have to struggle with our bags. The whole manor is stunning. I wish there was overnight food options but it makes sense there isn't as this is a more BNB style hotel. We can't wait to come back.

I stayed at Roseate Edinburgh while I was down there as the 1st day my UK trip with my daughter and had a fantastic experience. The location is ideal, easy from EDI (Airport Link100) and to all attractions, Bus stop only 50 meters around, 10 mints walk to train station. Hotel offer a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Wonderful food provided by restaurant and comfortable patio outside. The room was clean, will be equipped, and unbelievable Yoga mat in room. The lady was really nice who help my clean and comfortable room, sorry I could not remember her name. The management team also present their professional after I check out and find a tiny mistake, they made prompt response and resolved it. I'm sure I will choose Roseate in my next trip.
