Exceptional property and staff
Awesome two night stay at the Roseate. My fiancée and I stayed in a junior suite and it was fantastic! The hotel was beautiful and has a lovely staff that provided incredible service. A bus stop is located directly out front making it very easy to commute to the castle, old town, etc.

Amazing!!
Can’t say enough about our stay here. We were upgraded to the most romantic suite and the whole place is out of a romance novel! The staff is so attentive and everything is very luxurious. We booked on points but would gladly pay the price to stay again! The staff also gives the best advise and the bus stop is right outside the door so it could not be more easy to explore the city!

The KIN restaurant was absolutely fabulous! The service was fantastic and the whole experience was sublime. The entire boutique restaurant and bar were adorable but sophisticated. We loved every minute!

Best Boutique hotel
We had a wonderful two-day stay at this hotel. The property is situated in a prime location, making it very convenient for exploring the area. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and excellent quality. A special mention goes to Piyush, who looked after us exceptionally well throughout our stay. His attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

Best place to stay in Edinburgh
An absolute lovely stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially Alexander. He make us feel right at home. The rooms spotless and the location perfect for our group of 10. Highly Recommend!! Alexander took care of our every need, from restaurant suggestions to booking the reservations and getting us taxis to all our locations and destinations. I would give The Roseate a 10 on every scale! Don’t miss this stay in Edinburgh and ask for Alexander, he’s amazing.
