Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa

We had an excellent experience at the Sheraton Grand Edinburgh. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the whole team made us feel very welcome. The Spa was also excellent — a great place to relax and unwind. A special mention to the Concierge team, who were absolutely amazing. A big thank you to Massimo and Alan for their excellent dinner recommendation. Overall, a wonderful experience from start to finish. We would definitely return and highly recommend the Sheraton Edinburgh!

Georgina at the concierge desk was a true highlight of our stay at the Sheraton Edinburgh. She was so friendly, helpful, and lovely to talk to, making us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after. She’s an amazing concierge who went out of her way to help us plan our sightseeing during our first trip to Edinburgh. Her thoughtful recommendations made our visit even more special.

Great location and friendly staff. would highly recommend. Gym facilities are exceptional. Issac at the reception was kind and helpful. The concierge team were also really kind.

Findlay serves us and was very helpful with the menu, he knew exactly what we would need and like and gave us the best service we could ask for. Would recommend 100% to family and friends travelling to Edinburgh. Recommended: whisky sour and peat and tide.

Excellent stay at this hotel . The staff were really on top form . Young chap who took our bags to our room was particularly informative and helpful . Will definitely stay at this hotel again whilst staying in Edinburgh. Many thanks indeed .
