I was more than happy with the time we stayed at the hotel for my wife’s birthday. When I first booked i had emails from Josh lambert welcoming me and communicating with me through the time leading up to the stay. No question was too much and everything was answered in a timely and efficient manner, he was extremely accommodating and helpful. The staff were very welcoming and friendly when we arrived. I was happy with the room and the view 10/10. They even brought my wife a chocolate and orange cake once we checked in and were in the room it tasted incredible !! The location of the hotel is bang on and everything is only a brisk walk away. I would recommend and will be back again.

He kindly upgraded us to a stunning Castle View room and had arranged some thoughtful treats for our arrival. Every member of staff we encountered, from the breakfast team to the concierge was wonderful, kind, friendly, and always willing to help. Their genuine warmth added so much to our stay. This exceptional attention to detail and the kindness shown to us have already made us recommend the hotel to our friends and family. The hotel is in an ideal location for exploring Edinburgh, and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa. From start to finish, everything was excellent — the hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere relaxing, and the food was absolutely amazing. A very special thank you to Ryan and Georgina, who truly went above and beyond. When I accidentally left my handbag in a taxi, they provided the utmost support and outstanding customer service. They helped retrieve it and even looked after us for an extra day until it was safely located. Nothing was too much trouble, and their care, professionalism, and kindness made what could have been a stressful situation completely manageable. Thank you to Mim for taking care of us in the club lounge - you certainly made us smile. Another Stay at Sharaton Edinburgh and it didn't disappoint. From the concierge staff to housekeeping and front desk , everyone so professional happy to greet you and assist. The breakfast choice was phenomenal and snacks from the bar also very good. We enjoyed the One Spa thermal suite, extra cost but absolutely a must. From super comfortable bedding and excellent facilities , we will absolutely be back to visit again soon as a special treat.
