Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa

All very pleasant to start with. Asked the pleasant waitress whether I could have a child pizza as the Menu offering was a 12 inch pizza, as I knew that I would not be able ro eat the full size pizza. So we ordered pizza and fish. Before we had the food delivered a rather curt floor manager told me that only children could be served the child pizza, so I was left with no option but to decide on another option. I went for the full pizza, and while i was eating, I asked the waitress whether I could have a box to take home HALF of the pizza. I even had to sign a waiver when they came to take it away! My husband went to the carpark to leave the food in the car, and while he was away, the floor team asked my wife to move tables before we had even had the bill as our table was reserved! I had not even finished my soft drink! So why seat us there?

We were thrilled with our stay at the Sheraton Grand Hotel and Spa. The staff are absolute treasures and the restaurant, location, public areas, and the overall vibe was very classy without a hit of stuffiness. Terrific service, beautiful room, superb food in the restaurant and the perfect location for seeing the beautiful city of Edinburgh. Many thanks to the terrific staff from us.

The best Sheraton property we’ve experienced. Very comfortable room on the seventh floor. Outstanding pool and locker room facilities. The club lounge was outstanding, excellent service, great breakfast, and evening snacks and drinks which can serve as dinner. Concierge and front desk staff were outstanding for everything. we stayed for two days and loved it. we realized after we checked our that we left some items in the closet. we connected with Kitty who was WONDERFUL and informed us she had our items. we then realized we were missing another clothing item. while we were there getting what we knew we left behind, Marcin found this other item we only recently new we left behind. we could not have been happier with our stay. the entire staff was amazing, kind and always helpful.

Loved this hotel. Best Lounge, ever. Walker's cookies, and cappacino machine 24/7. Two nights we didn't go out to dinner because food (and drinks) in lounge were so good. Good morning breakfasts in lounge or in restaurant in hotel. Got an upgraded castle-view room....great to be platinum here. (70 stays) Walked to a lot of venues and would never consider staying elsewhere. Bathroom, tub, bed, robes, everyone we came into contact with....top-notch!
