I had an excellent stay at Virgin Hotels Edinburgh. From the moment I arrived, everything was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are stylish and comfortable, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. What really made the stay special was the staff. Every member of the team was friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. Their outstanding customer service made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my visit. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Edinburgh. I will definitely be back and look forward to staying again in the future!

From check-in to check-out, everything was amazing. The staff were specially to note. They all went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Katherine at check-in was friendly, attentive and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay. Christina from the bar was absolutely amazing, she made incredible recommendations about the cocktails and kept checking back in to make sure everything was perfect. Beatrice on check out were great, making sure i had a great stay and offered to get me a taxi if I needed. They honestly could not have been more helpful which makes this hotel stay out. Rooms were quiet and comfortable and breakfast was quiet. Will be back ❤️

Absolutely best stay during our two weeks in the UK. We had taken an overnight train from London to Edinburgh and arrived super early in the morning. Mark at the concierge immediately took our bags until our room was ready and had them waiting for us the moment it became available. The room was spacious, well stocked and had every amenity we could want. After we spent the morning adventuring around the city on a hop on hop off bus, we arrived back at the hotel to some prosecco that we took up to the rooftop and enjoyed the sunset overlooking Edinburgh castle, while tucked into the cozy tartan blankets awaiting us. We were so tired we couldn’t bear to sit and eat, and Eve, the delicious and elegant restaurant downstairs packed up our dinners and we enjoyed an in-room picnic and passed out. The shower was glorious, the robes and slippers put to use, and the Nespresso machine (after mornings of powdered coffees, which I do find nostalgic) was the perfect treat to start off the next day of mad dash sight seeing. Located within walking distance (if you’re going to walk from the train station, check the route for up hills and stairs 😩), it’s a centrally located spot to check out the Royal Mile, Grassmarket square and all of the bus stops. Can’t wait to come back to this hip and welcoming hotel.

We stayed for one night but had a glorious time. I'm pregnant and the night we stayed, Scotland were playing in the world cup so the Virgin team specifically gave us a quieter room so I wouldn't be disturbed. There were so many lovely touches including welcome drink, turndown service, spirit hour and just the overall feel of the hotel that made our stay feel really special. We ate at Eve in the evening and at breakfast. Would highly recommend the breakfast - lots of options, very attentive staff and great quality. The bar was beautiful. My partner enjoyed a cocktail there and I can't wait to go back when I'm able to enjoy a few myself!

Our stay at the Virgin Hotel was great. The room was incredible and the staff, at every touch point, could not have been more helpful. We dined at the Commons Club. The space was so fun and the food was delicious! Martin welcomed us and filled our heads with great tips for visiting Edinburgh.
