We had a wonderful time at the Virgin Hotel in Edingburg... They welcomed us to Scotland with smiles and so much help . Ronald especially was superior in his care .. They handled all our luggage with car and the hotel itself is so very convenient to downtown Edingburg and a short walk to Edingburg Castle . We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE !!!

We had a great overnight here. We loved the hotel decor, location and the staff were amazing. Everything from checking in to getting our car taken care of was seamless. A social mention to Jamie from the Know team, he was excellent with us even before we arrived. He was very knowledgeable about everything Virgin.

We had a great experience at the Virgin Hotels Edinburgh. From the moment we arrived and staff opened our taxi door and brought our bags to our room to the friendly concierge and receptionist who accommodated an early check-in. Nice lobby and comfortable rooms, had a nice view of the castle and the clear rooftop view was a plus. Location wasn't too far from the airport and was easily walkable to local sights so we could explore the city for the first time. Stocked minibar with local treats was a nice touch. Nice experiences at the hotel restaurant, breakfast service, and bar. First experience with the Virgin Hotels company and hopeful to try other locations in the future.
