Virgin Hotels Edinburgh

The staff were wonderful and so accommodating even though you could tell they were so very busy. We were able to check in to our room early which was so helpful. The room itself was amazing! The layout was so great for letting someone get rest while another was up and getting ready for the day. The vanity, the shower, the storage areas worked out perfectly for us. The room was also so clean and the bed was very comfortable. Their location was also amazing, you were so close to so much!

The Virgin Edinburgh is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. Terrific service, extremely comfortable rooms, beautifully designed public spaces that delight and surprise at every turn. Every restaurant in the hotel had delicious food which was a wonderful surprise. And the bar was a total delight. The bar staff have created a fun environment and make perfect drinks. They were extremely helpful. The staff at this hotel are also friendly, delightful and super helpful. We are definitely returning. All in all, a perfect hotel experience.

We were in the Virgin Edinburgh for a long weekend and we just loved everything about it. It was in the middle of crazy busy August and the second we entered the Hotel, we immediately felt relaxed and kind of home in contrast to the crowded busy streets. First and foremost the Virgin manages to create a relaxed luxury that I know from no other place. The staff was very nice and helpful and created a warm, relaxed welcoming atmosphere while making us feel special at any time. Also, the decoration is something special, there are places to sit and relax anywhere, the room was spotless and big enough, it also had great views and thanks to the two layers of isolated windows it was always very calm and silent in the room while being in the absolute city center, literally minutes from everything. We loved everything about this Hotel and will definitely be back. In fact, we are going to try many other Virgin Hotels just because of this experience. Thank you to everyone there! PS: Reasonable Minibar prices for a very nicely stocked Minibar are also something worth noting!

Hotel was fantastic, all the staff encountered were grate. Very good location. Great rooftop views of the castle. Couldn’t fault anything.

This hotel is 💯💯💯💯 everything. The best location, amazing restaurants, friendly and amazing team along with one of the most comfortable beds ever.
