Not what I’d expect from a luxury brand hotel
Noise pollution in room was unbearable. There was a bar opposite that had screaming customers until around 3am. The room balcony door and windows didn’t offer any sound proofing at all. Room had a cigarette butt and small change stuffed down the side of the bed too. Disgusting !!

Highly recommend this hotel! Loved our stay
Highly recommend this hotel. We travelled as a couple with our 7 month old cockapoo puppy and honestly the hotel could not of done more. From the minute we arrived they made us feel so welcome, the rooms were lovely and clean (even provided a dog bed, bowls and treats) every single staff member was so polite and friendly which made the stay 10/10. The restaurant at this hotel is also fantastic lovely Italian food so fresh and delicious. We are already planning to come back as Edinburgh is such a lovely city but especially to this hotel.

Lovely cosy hotel with the comfiest beds..buffet breakfast was top notch and the location is perfect for sightseeing..plenty of little pubs just round the corner on Grassmarket..staff lovely too

Edinburgh experience was excellent
Wonderful location and friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again! The breakfast was excellent and room was clean and comfortable. Room was quiet despite being near and facing Victoria street. Only thing was some early morning truck traffic.

Good location, comfortable spacious and well equipped room. Overall good service and excellent breakfast. A good place to stay and worth the rate charged.
