Nice stay
Beautiful hotel, very well located in the center of old town Edinburg. We got a free upgrade as club member with a beautiful balcony room. Good breakfast, buffet or a la carte with plenty of choice. Helpful staff. Dont miss the rooftop view ! Nonetheless, the room could have been a bit cleaner room as we found a used q-tip under the sink + a small orange sticky spot on the floor. Also, a bit of a lack of personalization for a five stars establishment. It was my husband birthday, not even a birthday wish or a simple note.

Great location, close to Royal Mile. Rooms were small but comfortable. Concierge very pleased with, but check-in and check-out were difficult because of lack of area to park a car to load and unload. Hotel layout was confusing and cumbersome to maneuver with luggage, especially bc no valet to help.

Not worth the money...would look elsewhere.
Way overpriced for what you get. Our room was not clean, with stained upholstery and poor overall maintenance. Very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel.

Our weekend break
From start to finish our trip was excellent no faults at all the staff were excellent in every way the room was very clean and relaxing as for the restaurants and service 💯 on behalf of me and my wife thank you 🙏 so much for everything 🐻

Wow what an amazing hotel very modern everyone so friendly,staff all so helpful ❤️rooms spotless too and whacky designs x Even a roof top terrace we used due to hot weather x Food excellent/drinks very pricy but we expected this x Had amazing break the only down side we were on level 2 and our room looked onto a hostel which was rather noisy as footy on!!! But we still had an amazing break Thankyou x
