Friday Night Club Music is INSANELY LOUD!
We had ONE major issue on the last night of our stay. There was a DANCE CLUB that blasted music as LOUD as it would go until 5AM - we were on the eighth floor and heard the music so clearly. We had a morning flight the next day and didn't get any restful sleep. In the future, the hotel should warn customers of this CLUB and at the very least provide ear plugs. It made the overall experience feel less premium.

Great stay in Edinburgh
Celebrating 25 years married in Edinburgh. The hotel is in a fantastic location in the Old Town, with friendly and helpful staff. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are large, great cocktail bar and great food (I highly recommend the sunday roast!)

Exceptional hotel, well above expectations.
Absolutely loved this hotel, would've rated it a 6 out of 5 if possible. Right from the outset the staff were welcoming and helpful, the room exceeded expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant and bar facilities. Exceptional in every way.

The Best Place to Stay in Edinburgh!
The location of this hotel is perfect and only a short distance away from many attractions. The breakfast and room service experience were outstanding. The staff was always friendly and the chamber was always impeccably clean. I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it to all of my friends visiting Edinburgh.
