Fabulous room and staff!
Had a fantastic stay at the W. Everyone from check-in to check-out was super friendly and professional and made our stay even more special. We were upgraded to a huge amazing modern suite with breathtaking views. There was a audible “Wow” from both of us as we were shown the room. The bar Joao’s Place was also incredible with stunning views. The mixologist (Chris?) was clearly passionate about his amazing cocktails and couldn’t be friendlier. He took time to walk us to the balcony and pointed out the best places to go. We had a few bites at Sushisamba which were all delicious! I only wish we had more time to explore more of this menu. This is one of our favorite hotel stays and the staff should be super proud of the service they provide. Not every hotel understands great service.

The W is right next to high end shopping on Multrees Walk and St James Place. Hotel staff was fantastic and my room was small but comfortable. One of the comfiest beds ever. Huge balcony and the roof top deck has an amazing view. Only ✍️ is it is a bit of a walk to the royal mile. Room layout is weird for couples. This was in the new building.

I’m a local & been to the W bar a good few times but this night was fabulous.. Myself & my friends came for drinks. It was get atmosphere & very attentive staff.. Shout out to Tony who looked after us all night & the team that was on that night! Thank you Tony for being so accommodating & friendly.. You were brilliant. We will definitely be back!!
