A truly wonderful stay! The hotel, service, and entire team were excellent. A very special thank you to Restaurant staff (Dinner: Chefs Ali / Adil/ Hassan Managers Younes and nabil and in breakfast: Mohammed ) they made my holiday even more memorable with their kindness, warmth, and exceptional service. Everything was perfect, from the food and cleanliness to the beautiful atmosphere. Gluten-free and lactose-free options were always available, which was greatly appreciated. We felt completely taken care of and would definitely love to come back!

Not evening day 1 and I have to say - very disappointed. It’s hot and the ac does not work in the room and they keep claiming it’s been fixed. Temp now 27

Outstanding hospitality and forthcoming service in the GEORGE restaurant of the golf club house are exceptional, thanks in particular to Mr. Abdelilah. I truly enjoy my stay in the Mazagan Beach and Golf Resort here in El Jadida, Morocco. Awesome place and very kind people. Thank you.

My recent stay at Mazagan was, in terms of service and hospitality, absolutely perfect. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible the staff is across the board. Every interaction was professional, welcoming, and genuinely top-tier. I want to specifically recognize the individuals who made my experience so memorable. A huge thank you to Abdellah, Mouad, and the entire front desk team for their seamless assistance. The service at the bar was equally outstanding—special shout-outs to Yassine, Ilyas, Zakaria, Ayoub, Marouane, and Najwa for their exceptional care. Additionally, the team at the pool, especially Ouard, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. These staff members are true assets to your hotel, and their hard work deserves to be recognized. However, there is one major issue that needs to be addressed: the inability to leave tips via credit card. In this day and age, it is extremely frustrating not to be able to reward such exemplary service through digital payment methods. I wanted to tip the wonderful staff who took care of me, but the lack of this option made it unnecessarily difficult. I strongly urge management to change this policy immediately. Your staff works incredibly hard and they deserve the convenience of receiving gratuities electronically. Please fix this—it is the only thing preventing this experience from being flawless
