Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort

My recent stay at Mazagan was, in terms of service and hospitality, absolutely perfect. I cannot emphasize enough how incredible the staff is across the board. Every interaction was professional, welcoming, and genuinely top-tier. I want to specifically recognize the individuals who made my experience so memorable. A huge thank you to Abdellah, Mouad, and the entire front desk team for their seamless assistance. The service at the bar was equally outstanding—special shout-outs to Yassine, Ilyas, Zakaria, Ayoub, Marouane, and Najwa for their exceptional care. Additionally, the team at the pool, especially Ouard, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. These staff members are true assets to your hotel, and their hard work deserves to be recognized. However, there is one major issue that needs to be addressed: the inability to leave tips via credit card. In this day and age, it is extremely frustrating not to be able to reward such exemplary service through digital payment methods. I wanted to tip the wonderful staff who took care of me, but the lack of this option made it unnecessarily difficult. I strongly urge management to change this policy immediately. Your staff works incredibly hard and they deserve the convenience of receiving gratuities electronically. Please fix this—it is the only thing preventing this experience from being flawless

This was our eighth stay at Mazagan, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. We’ve been visiting with our family since 2013, and every trip reminds us why we keep coming back. The golf course is always in excellent condition, the restaurants offer outstanding food and service, and the recently refurbished rooms are modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The spa is one of the best we’ve experienced—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. What truly sets Mazagan apart is its exceptional customer service. Every member of staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and nothing is ever too much trouble. As an Indian family, we really appreciate having authentic Indian food available. A special thank you to Hamza, who prepared some absolutely delicious Indian meals for us. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay even more special. Thank you also to Samir in the Lebanese section of the Market Place restaurant. He was exceptionally attentive to our needs throughout our meals, always ensuring we were well looked after with a warm smile and outstanding service. A special mention also goes to Adnane in the gym. I have been dealing with a shoulder issue, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He took the time to offer advice and exercises that really made a difference, and his genuine care was greatly appreciated. Finally, a sincere thank you to Ayoub, the night shift manager, who was always approachable, professional, and incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance. His commitment to ensuring guests have a wonderful stay is a real credit to Mazagan. Thank you to the entire Mazagan team for another unforgettable family holiday. Your consistently high standards and genuine hospitality are the reason we’ve been returning since 2013, and we are already looking forward to our ninth visit!

I am extremely pleased and happy with my stay, the resort is stunning, clean and welcoming. I was impressed by the staff and the service over there!! A beautiful lady named Dounia working at the Marketplace buffet was EXCELLENT, she provided me with the best service and care, she went above and beyond and she definitely deserves to be the employee of the year!!! We had so much fun my kids and I, and we will come back next year for more fun!!!

Wonderful stay at Mazagan. The resort is beautiful and our family had a great time. There are many choices for food although we generally ate at the MarketPlace buffet most nights where we were taken care of by the staff, especially Brahim and Hamza the chef. Being Indian, I often miss Indian food when traveling so Hamza’s Indian food filled the void and was excellent. The rice, keema and chicken tikka were all delicious. Leila was also very helpful in getting our trampoline and Quad activities setup for the day. We enjoyed our stay!
